The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. The communications with the owner were quick, timely, and efficient. The location of the property being so close to Lake Superior was optimal. We stayed two weeks and loved every minute. Can’t wait to go back again next summer.

The home was so spacious, and the location is exceptional! Close to everything we wanted to do. The beach, walking path, microbreweries, Sugarloaf Mountain. Recommend trying the Dia de los Tacos truck!

We had another great stay at Matt’s place. It is perfect for family gatherings and the location is right across from Lake Superior. The kitchen is wonderful and the family room is spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family stayed at this wonderful home to celebrate MTU vs NMU football weekend. We had such a wonderful time with plenty of room. We were able to cook meals and lounge in the living room. We loved how crossing the street could put us on the shore of Lake Superior. Looking forward to returning in the summer and taking advantage of the outdoor area. Highly recommend this home and I already have!!!

We loved our stay at Matt's place! The location is amazing - right across from the Iron Ore Trail and the beach, walking distance to downtown. The house itself is wonderful with lots of outdoor space, a very open first floor layout. The upstairs has three very good sized bedrooms with two full bathrooms. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

It's in a quiet part of town, but it's easy to hop on the bike path and go downtown. It's a big place and it's comfortable with plenty of room for people to spread out.

The views of the water were incomparable. The property is much larger than what we expected based on the photos. The group just loved your property. It was updated, clean, well-equipped, quiet, and just a gem of a property. Thank you so much for being such a kind and congenial host. We have three teenagers so hotels aren’t the best option (would need two rooms). This house was perfect for us, three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a huge living/dining area and kitchen. It came with everything we needed and had an awesome view of Lake Superior!

We loved staying at this house! The location was perfect, right across from the beach and walking distance to downtown. The house is on a dead-end with great views and a nice yard. It was clean and cozy and the beds were comfy! Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again!
