Reserved for one night for a group of 4. Arrived late as we had been at an event in Portland. On arrival, there is a note on one of the toilets that it is broken and can’t be used “sorry for the inconvenience.” And, the AC doesn’t work! It was never below 80 degrees inside. Such a waste of money and the Vacasa team was horrible!!!!

Liked the keyless entry as we arrived after midnight. Hated the fact that we had no running water in the house when we arrived and no one seemed to care until after 9am. Called the water company and found out they had not paid their water bill and it was shut off. Finally had water midday. Other than that, the house was spacious, had some cool features. Stairs are super steep so gotta be careful. It’s also a hike up stairs to get in. Seemed like they went cheap on furniture as the living room had patio furniture which isn’t too comfortable. The house was clean but we quickly found out there was a bad ant problem in the kitchen area. Neighbors park illegally in fire zones making it hard to get in and out of driveway. Other than that, we liked the location and enjoyed our stay. One tricky part is checkout. We had an early morning flight and left the house at 4am. When we landed back in our home state 8 hours later, had text messages asking us to check out via text (kind of hard to do when the message came while we up in the air when the text came in (batter not have charged me for another day). I know we sound like we are complaining but no running water, slowness to respond, ants and cheap furniture are all things under the control of the owner/property manager. Everything else was good.

The house is pretty spacious, however most of the outlets did not work in the kitchen,we had to rearrange appliances and furniture,in order to be able to make coffee and use our laptops.

Attractive home and comfortable . It was perfect for us!

This place had everything you could think of - even an umbrella to take to Multnomah Falls on a rainy day! Accessible to Portland by train though we had to walk over the highway to the station which was a little sketchy. Only complaint was from the teens who shared the downstairs bedroom; they said the mattress was like a rock. Other than that it was was a fantastic stay.

Reserved this place and tried to cancel due to Covid. They denied it and we had until the end of the month to reschedule
When we finally checked in to the place, showers didn’t work. Toilets flushed very weak, barely could take toilet paper. There were stains on a hand towel. When I went to sit on the bed, the mattress sank to the ground. Most appliances were cheap. You get the picture
We called to cancel right away and checked out soon after. We probably spent 1 hour max there.
Asked for a refund from customer service and the property manager
Still waiting to hear back. Pretty sure they scammed us out of our money

The home was located away from all the Portland chaos. Yet, convenient to everything.

Very comfortable and quiet. Great location to stay. We are extending for an additional 6 days. We would definitely rent this home again.
2.0 / 5.0
The location and size of this home were great, but I was extremely disappointed in the overall livability of the space.
The flooring was improperly installed and was VERY noisy throughout the home. The proximity to the interstate added to the constant noise. Add that to the toilet that kept running in the main bath, and you had a perfect combination of sounds to wake the dead.
The living room furniture was literally outdoor furniture from Amazon. I know this, because I have the same set on my back patio. The dining chairs were also cheap. The dishwasher fell out of the cabinet when we opened it.
A great location was ruined by poor construction practices and cheap decorating. The freeway noise would have excusable if the rest of the space didn’t feel like a plastic echo chamber.

Just ok. Property is poorly remodeled.

Our stay was both comfortable and convenient. The projector downstairs and the television upstairs was a plus for our children (ages 4 & 7). They loved it! Our fur-baby also did amazing and was quite comfortable. The board games were a nice touch. There were a couple of items that we brought to the property managers attention, and we received a response in a timely manner. The maintenance manager, Josh is very responsive, courteous and professional. We were able to communicate back and forth with no delay. We will definitely be utilizing this property and Vacasa for our future stays. Thank you!!

Nice Place with a City View
A perfect retreat for a family stay in the Portland area. Our teenagers really enjoyed the projected screen. The kitchen faucet was barely connected and could have easily broken off, but it worked for our long weekend. Thank you!

Nice Accommodations
Clean and comfortable, this two story condo worked well for our family of four. The big screen movie room downstairs was a great touch. There’s only one off-street parking spot and some limited street parking in the cul-de-sac.

Convenient and roomy
This is a nice townhouse. It is not a luxury accommodation but it is convenient, everything works great, and it's very large. The one thing that was hard for us is the limit on the number of people you can have in the building. Usually occupancy limit means how many people can sleep there, but in this case it means how many people you could have in the building, ever. When I asked permission for one more person to be able to be there during the day, they said no, although it says in the write-up that permission is possible. So, take that into consideration. Nice place! Thanks!

Nice place but require some improvements
On first sight, the place is nicely furnished with all the amenities. But as the first day went by, we realized a few things are in dire need of maintenance.
1. (Major) The bottom floor bathroom flush doesn't work without lifting the lid. The tank is completely tilted and feels like it's about to "fall off".
2. (Major) The powder room bathroom at the top is a little sticky - you need to flush a couple of times for it to work.
3. (Minor) The tiling behind the vanity for the bottom floor bathroom is about to fall apart. It is no longer "stuck" to the wall. Overall, really shoddy DIY job done around the house.
4. (Minor) I wish you guys had invested in a better futon. These are <$100 Walmart futons that aren't great if you're sleeping there for more than one night. We rented out for over a week and one of us had to be there.
5. (Major) It was advertised that there was netflix. Sadly, the Netflix account wasn't paid for and so no videos play. In essence, even though there was a nice projector, it was really useless.
6. (Major) The projector has no speakers attached to it. We tried playing a few shows but the built in projector speakers were soooo bad that you couldn't even make out the dialogue unless you are sitting directly underneath the projector and listening intently. Please invest in some speakers as they are not costly at all. They'd make the projector so much more usable.
7. (Minor) The bottom floor queen bed is very "crickety". It makes so much noise even if I lift a finger. If I were to try and toss, my partner would always wake up from the sound. This seems like it's an old bed frame. Even a cheap IKEA one of Zinus one from Amazon does a better job.
There are pros as well. The house is really spacious and comes well equipped with all the necessities. I was surprised to find multiple kinds of coffee machines and a kettle (which i was told wasn't there on site). It can comfortably sleep 6 if the 2 futons are of better quality. If you have a dog, it's extremely convenient as well as there's a small grass patch that's fenced out to let your dog out.
I wish all the small blemishes around the house were fixed and I'd feel much better about staying. As of now, there are so many small issues that it made the overall experience less than ideal. There are other things around the house (like some kitchen tiles have slid out) that didn't bother us but would be great to fix any ways.

Oregon stay
The amount of rooms and bathrooms was nice. I had concerns about cleaning. Toothpaste looking spatter on bathroom faucet. Various fur balls, debris on floor, under futon dusty, crumbs, dust bunnies. So I didn’t feel like it was a super cleaned areas. Made me wonder on rest of cleaning. The floors were ridiculously noisy to walk on. No underlayment under flooring. And lots of stairs up to front door and then down to basement. Would have been nice to have a few items like spices, sugar, etc. Lastly I felt all the add on extra costs at end seemed to double nightly advertised price.
