Our 2nd floor/top level, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury condo with loft is tastefully furnished with modern decor and features an open, airy design with floor to ceiling windows.
Smile as you awaken in hypoallergenic bedding and remember you are in the mountains. Sip coffee bathed in the natural light of the living area as you plan today's adventure. Take in the crisp mountain air, scenery and peak views from the private balcony with seating for four. Kick up your feet in the living room in the glow of the fireplace, enjoying picturesque views. Relax while the kids retreat to the loft to play or watch tv. Create memorable meals in our thoughtfully appointed kitchen.

Fox Run at the Terraces is perfectly situated for both beginner and expert winter sports enthusiasts and is truly ski-in/ski-out. The Terraces complex is located in the Meadows ski area, steps from the Sunshine Express (Lift 10) and Chondola (Lift 1). Enjoy easy access to Mountain Village Core via the free Chondola (Lift 1) operating during winter months.
Fox Run at the Terraces is close to it all but far enough away to feel like a serene escape to the mountains. Biking and hiking trails are found right outside the door. During warm months, enjoy a beautiful hike that leads to Mountain Village Core where the free gondola takes you into town or use the free scheduled bus service that connects the condo to Mountain Village Core and Market Plaza. On demand free dial-a-ride service within Mountain Village and Mountain Village Core is also available to guests (except shoulder seasons).
A simple stairway leads to this 2nd floor/top level residence that comfortably accommodates six and is best suited for couples, families with up to 4 children, or 2 smaller families traveling together. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, smart TV, workspace, and ensuite bath with shower, bathtub and bidet. The second bedroom holds a bunk bed with a full XL mattress over a queen size mattress. A full bathroom with shower is located just outside of the bunk room. UNLIKE ANY OTHER LOFTED UNIT IN THE COMPLEX, OUR BUNK ROOM HAS A DOOR FOR PRIVACY. A spiral staircase leads to the loft which contains a twin daybed and smart TV. Curtains provide the loft with privacy if needed. Find in the well equipped kitchen, a gas range and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, walk in pantry and all the dishes, pots/pans, and tools we think any chef would need. Coffee lovers will enjoy the Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, french press and frother.
Additional parking for one car is available in front of the garage as long as the road is not blocked and a parking pass displayed (found in the residence).

NO PETS
Pets are not allowed with our guests per the HOA of the building. An additional $500 pet cleaning fee will be incurred in addition to the cost for any damages to the residence or building.
QUIET HOURS
Please be courteous to the neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
Please include correct number of children and adults during booking. The maximum number of overnight guests is 6. Additional overnight guests will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation at a rate of $125 per person per night.
PARTIES/EVENTS
Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Parties may lead to immediate eviction with no refund. Guest will be billed for any damages to the residence or building.

Our place and location are perfect for families, however do keep in mind we have an open loft and spiral staircase and our residence has not been kid proofed.

There shall be no refunds due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions.
PARKING
Additional cars may park in front of garage space or in other unreserved spaces but must not block road and must display parking pass. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
ACCESS TO PROPERY BY HOMEOWNER
Guest shall allow Homeowner, or designee, access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
RISK
All units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
LATE CHECK OUT
Unauthorized late checkouts will be charged a fee of $75 per half hour, up to 2 hours, then $1000 per night plus any lost revenue from cancelling the next guest will also be charged.
By booking our place, you agree to these rules and involvement of law enforcement for eviction for overstaying if not arranged in advance.

We loved staying here! We are family of four and this place was perfect for us. We stayed here for a week with our two sons ages 10 and 13. The location could not be beat for a ski trip. Super close to the lifts. Literally just a couple steps away. The set up was perfect and the host was terrific. Super clean place and we appreciated all the thoughtful extras the host provided.

This was our fifth ski trip to Telluride and we loved it from start to finish! Best location for our family because we took chondola to gondola to town nearly every night for dinner. We also have teenagers skiing in/out at different times so condo location was perfect for that, coming back for lunch. While smallish size overall, our family of five fit well and we appreciated ease of entry and communication from Benjamin, nice furniture and decor, and thoughtful touches like dishwasher pods, shampoo etc. we’d come back in a second!

This rental was as advertised. The location was convenient to ski or to hop on the Chondola to head to the village base and/or town. Benjamin, the host, was courteous, helpful and quick to respond. The little loft was a nice place for my teenager to hang out. Some of the kitchen drawers and pans could have been a little cleaner, but that was not a big deal and is to be expected at the end of the season sometimes. We had a great week here!

We have stayed at The Terraces several times and the Fox Run condo was our favorite! It has everything you could need in a modern and clean space that is perfect for families. Benjamin responded so quickly to any communication we had with him. The unit was so nicely furnished and is exactly like the photos. Everything worked perfectly from the kitchen appliances, washer-dryer, fireplace and keyless entry. We will definitely look to book Fox Run again! Truly a fabulous ski-in/ski-out location and hassle-free vacation! Thank you!

This was our first time in Telluride and this condo was perfect. Truly ski-in / ski-out with a heated garage to store our equipment was very convenient. With the chondola located right across the street, we were able to ride it at night into Mountain Village and then take the gondola to Telluride. A car is really not necessary. In addition to the great location, the condo was very clean and well-stocked and Benjamin was excellent with communication. We would absolutely stay here again!

Our family of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mountain Village. The condo met all of our needs and is exactly as pictured. The use of the Uber-like ride service that is provided with the rental of this unit was essential for getting us to the gondolas and throughout the village. We found Telluride to be absolutely breathtaking, hiking both the Bear Creek and the Jud Wiebe trails. I would also highly recommend driving at least part of the Million Dollar Highway which you can pick up in Ouray. I can't wait to return to Telluride and would no doubt stay again in this Mountain Village unit.

Clean, modern, cozy and well decorated condo. Layout was perfect. It is an exceptional listing where I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Location also very convenient at the bottom of the chondola and Sunshine Express. Host is very responsive though candidly nothing was lacking so we barely had to communicate.

The pictures of the place show it to be very nice, but in person, it is so gorgeous!
The heated garage, the bathroom heated floors, and the electric chimney were a plus.
We saw a family of 6 elk right out the window- it is right next to a forest.

Excellent location, beautiful unit, and fantastic owners! We were very happy with our stay at Terraces 202! Benjamin was very communicative and helpful, which was so appreciated. The unit was very well stocked with thoughtful touches such as a welcome packed of sunscreen, lip balm, coffee, etc. A few other little things that I appreciated were: lots of hooks for hanging ski gear, two types of coffee makers (k cup and pot), hair dryers in both bathrooms, nice quality cookware, etc. Highly recommend staying here!

This was the prefect spot for my family. Just steps from the Gondola and ski lifts made it so much easier with kids. We rented a car, but we know for next time, we really didn’t need one. Thanks for a great stay!

What a lovely and spacious condo less than 1 mile from village center and the gondola to Telluride. In winter months, the Chondolla runs just outside the front doors. Our summer stay was such a treat! The beautiful mountains and wild flowers surrounded us while we enjoyed all of the modern luxuries of this comfortable home! Benjamin was a generous and gracious host. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Opening up the front door and walking in was breathtaking. It was very lovely and immaculate. The beds were comfortable and my kids loved sleeping in the bunkbeds and lounging in the loft area. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Checking in was easy, as was communicating with the owner. There was very helpful information in the welcome book that helped us figure out where to eat and which hikes we wanted to take. We hiked up to Mountain Village, took the gondola and hiked around San Sophia station and then around Telluride, too. Condo is in such a great location! We had such a peaceful, relaxing few days here and are so grateful to have found this gem!

Great Quiet Location
We loved the location of this condo. It was quick and easy to get on the Chondola to ride into the Mountain Village core and on the Gondola into downtown. We barely had to use our car during our stay. It is also easy to ski in and ski out. The place was nicely decorated, clean, and slept our family of four perfectly for a couple of nights. It is up a couple of flights of stairs, but that really only affected us when we were unpacking and packing.

Amazing stay right across from the Chondola and Sunset Express lifts!
What an amazing property and stay! Benjamin was great, very quick to respond and super helpful! The property was clean and was located in The Terraces which is away from the busy area of Mountain Village but close enough to hop on the Chondola for a quick trip to anywhere we needed to go. Literally across from the Chondola, you exit the front door, cross the smal street, then take the stairs down to see the lifts. Literally didn’t need to use the car at all the entire trip! Used the gondolas to access Mountain Village Core, The Market, and Telluride town.
Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Telluride. Nice fireplace that gets really warm, radiant floor heating, and great water pressure in both bathrooms.
There’s really only 1 true bedroom and two other segmented sleep areas (loft and area underneath stairs to loft) but it was perfect for our group of 4 guys. This is great for a family with lots of kids in younger and older age ranges. Also good for two smaller families with older kids who don’t mind a little less privacy. Perfect in my eyes!
The garbage cans are community cans and fill up fast. I suggest taking out the trash as soon as it’s full to avoid dealing with full cans.

Great quiet, sunny location with a view of the ski hill by the Chondola and Sunshine lift. Excellent access to ski runs, mountain village center and connecting free gondola to town of Telluride. We never needed to get in the car! The gondola system is the fastest, easiest and most convenient way to move around. Loved it! The condo was clean, comfortable and well furnished. This place was awesome! It was furnished perfectly and had everything we needed and more. The view was incredible from the balcony. The entire place was very clean and well maintained. This condo is right next to lift 1 and 10 which made it perfect for our ski trip. This allowed us to maximize our time on the slopes and return to the condo for breaks/lunch. We appreciated the welcoming gifts including hand warmers, Telluride Ski resort maps and bottle of wine. We are already planning to stay here again next year.

This place was awesome! It was furnished perfectly and had everything we needed and more. The view was incredible from the balcony. The entire place was very clean and well maintained. This condo is right next to lift 1 and 10 which made it perfect for our ski trip. This allowed us to maximize our time on the slopes and return to the condo for breaks/lunch. We appreciated the welcoming gifts including hand warmers, Telluride Ski resort maps and bottle of wine. We are already planning to stay here again next year.

Fox Run at the Terraces is Amazing!
Fox Run at the Terraces is a beautiful property. The location is amazing. We did not go there to ski, but when we want to ski, we will book this condo again because of its convenience to the slopes. We took advantage of the nearby trails which were really nicely maintained. The kitchen at the condo had everything we would need for any kind of meal - it is very nicely equipped! We slept so well in the super comfortable beds. The host was super to communicate with and the booking, check-in, and check-out process was seamless! We will definitely be back! Thank you!
