Everything about our stay was top notch and exceeded expectations. The reservation process was smooth and the detailed information provided made for an easy check in and check out. The unit was amazing! Very spacious, clean, comfortable and the best part was the breathtaking corner unit views. Listening to the ocean at night was the best sound machine.
The location on Pacific Beach was central to so many great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Everything is walking distance but if you do have a car, the parking garage is so nice to have access to. We truly loved everything about our stay, made great memories and plan to return to this beautiful unit as often as we can.

All I can say is wow!! Our condo at capri by the sea on the 10th floor with absolutely fantastic… It starts when you walk in the front door to the beautiful starfish picture and turn the corner and look at the ocean thru all of the big beautiful windows, you feel like you’re floating on the water.!!!The condo is decorated in such comforting and calming decor, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in, and we just couldn’t help sitting and enjoying looking at the surfers, the dog walkers, and the beautiful ocean itself. We took 2 mile walks each day on the beach and had some very delicious meals at close by eateries. Thank you capri by the sea for making our holiday beach getaway one we will always remember. We will definitely be back to this beautiful corner unit condo!

Hands down our FAVORITE UNIT AT THE CAPRI BY THE SEA!!! My wife and I have been vacationing at the building for the past several years because we like the pool and being right on the ocean. This year we stayed at the Surf Style unit on the 10th floor and it was impeccable. From the furniture to the furnishings to the corner unit with views towards La Jolla, we really enjoyed it. This will be our go-to from now on.

Fantastic expansive view of the ocean all the way to the horizon. Property was clean and well maintained. It was updated and had very comfortable furnishings. This was my 1st time staying in this particular unit at Capri by the Sea, but my 3rd time at Capri by the Sea. The 10th floor unit was absolutely spectacular. I was with 2 friends celebrating my birthday and the location provided the ideal backdrop for a weekend getaway. The unit itself is very well appointed with beach gear, chairs, etc. We had everything we needed. The location itself is what makes Capri by the Sea so magical. Right at the edge of the beach, so easy to get into town/restaurants/bars, and the sound of the waves rolling helped us all sleep incredibly well. I've stayed on the 3rd floor and the 5th floor, but the 10th floor views were breathtaking. The team at SurfStyle managed the whole process easily and efficiently and stayed in touch, helping us along the way as needed. They were very responsive. I cannot give this unit and the property overall a high enough rating. It has quickly become one of my favorite places on the planet.

We used this as our home base for a family vacation to San Diego, including visiting the zoo, Sea World, and Legoland. It was in a great central location, and in the mornings/evenings we were right on the beach. Lots of little restaurants in the neighborhood. The sound of the ocean was nice to fall asleep to as well.

This is a great condo, stylishly furnished with comfortable beds. The views are fantastic and offer beautiful sunsets. The beach is right outside (down 10 floors) and all the gear you need is included. Can't be bothered? Just open the sliders, lay on the sofa, and listen to the waves.

The view is worth the price. We enjoyed it very much. Convenient underground parking. We stayed for 4 nights and were only given 1 towel per person with no clue where the washer was and not wanting to do laundry while on vacation so hopefully more towels will be provided in the future.

Incredible Stay!
Sometimes the photos aren't accurate when booking rentals but in this case it was a 12/10! The views were incredible and the unit was very clean. I lived in Mission Beach and Pacific Beach for awhile and this was an excellent location to come back and visit. I would stay here again.

Our family fell in love with San Diego and I think the location of this spot contributed to it. The condo was within walking distance of food, shopping and fun and steps - literal steps - from the beach. Everything was super easy and smooth. There were beach toys and towels and all you could want. We didn't use the pool (which is not directly in the building) but it looked awesome. I'd simply recommend a little update with the kitchen utensils and provisions. Otherwise - it was perfect. Thank you!

Stunning Pacific Beach
The view from this corner unit was spectacular. Easy beach access. Beach chairs, towels, etc. were available in the unit. The unit was supplied with all the essentials. Great restaurants were within walking distance. It had secure parking. The beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
