Welcome home to Kahala Beachfront - an elegant 6 bedroom/3 bathroom beachfront home for 19. The kitchen is equipped to cook a feast for many! The dining room table has enough for 10, and the bar has seating for 4. The spacious open-concept home has enough room for all. With living room areas on BOTH levels of the house - this home has room to entertain everyone. The double decks offer views to remember - one deck is covered and the other is open. Kahala Beachfront is a true beachfront home delight and will leave everyone relaxed and rejuvenated. Downtown Galveston is a quick 10 miles away!
All 6 bedrooms have accommodations for couples. Primary and 2nd bedroom have kings, 3rd bedroom has a twin over queen pyramid bunk, 4th bedroom has twin over queen bunk, 5th bedroom has a twin over queen bunk with queen trundle, 6th bedroom has a queen. Sleeper sofa in the loft area. With 2 king beds, 4 queens, 4 twin beds, 1 queen trundle, and 2 queen sleepers - everyone will be accommodated and comfortable!

Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers are welcome. Extended stays or monthly rentals require a stay of 30+ nights, and these reservations are tax exempt. This is an immediate savings of 15%! Although most extended stay reservations are between the middle of November through February, extended stays may be considered anytime between Labor Day and Memorial Day. Extended stay reservations may not be placed online, but a Ryson Vacation Planner would love to answer any questions you may have and help you reserve your extended stay.

The beach house was clean and there were plenty of towels. The soap was almost empty and the ice maker did not work. Despite some broken furniture this was a good place to host a lot of people in a good part of town.

The property is great for multiple families and has full access to the beach. The only issues we ran into were that the outdoor porch lights by the outdoor showers do not work. We could not use the patio by the beach after dark. The property needs a little maintenance, but overall a good experience.

Great location and clean. No cable or satellite tv as advertised. There were tv’s but didnt work as internet was a hotspot and too weak. Beds not accurately advertised.

Without notice and upon arrival- found that the internet was out. Very disappointed as part of the whole weekend was to watch an LSU football game on Saturday evening. I made several complaints. temporary "hot spot" was set up but it would not carry the TV and even iphone use was limited. Complaints went unanswered. Also- the furniture was old and broken. Bunk beds with just a mattress resting on the floor and no ladder for climbing to top bunk. I will not stay again or use Ryson Vacation Rentals ever again.

There were numerous issues with shower doors and on one faucet in the master bathroom worked. After having to replace all the batteries in the TV remotes only 2 would work and they would cut in and out. Property was littered with cups, cans beer bottles. Sent video to mnmt firm no response. Numerous issues thru house

We enjoyed the stay until a leak developed...the property managers were on the spot but the repair took longer than we were there. We would use this property again as otherwise it was as advertised.

While the location was amazing, the house is in desperate need of some basic repairs. The second we walked in, the downstairs toilet paper holder fell off of the wall, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The a/c didn't cool the entire house properly, and there were several pictures just propped against the wall because they were missing their nail. There is also a significant roach problem. This house could be amazing with a little TLC.

Great beach location for multiple families/friends!!
We stayed at the Kahala Beachfront house and had a blast! It's the perfect location for multiple families/friends with the beach right off the back porch and the Tipsy Turtle quick stroll down the beach. Loved this place!
