Charming and a good location.

The house was very well stocked, the beds were comfortable. Very good location. We spent the week here and everywhere we went was within 15-40 min away. Jackie was an excellent host. Responded to all our questions promptly.

This lakeside home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation - comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, airy porch for relaxing and game playing, roomy beachfront with fire pit and inflatable beach toys and a very responsive host. We had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed sitting on the screened porch both morning and evening and enjoying the views of the lake.
The house was very clean and comfortable for 7 adults.
We made good use of the extra fans to circulate the air from the portable ac units to try to keep sleeping comfortable during the heatwave.
We also enjoyed sitting along the water, the beach chairs were a great addition.

Well-appointed and immaculate home with views from everywhere centrally located on Lake Cayuga. Enjoyed preparing meals in well-equipped kitchen and savouring morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on sun porch. Had the privilege of bringing our two Portuguese water dogs who settled in quickly and enjoyed the home as much as us!!!! The owner Joyce checked in by text immediately on our arrival to ensure everything perfect. Would definitely return.

We were eight people. My entire family found Jackie’s house to be clean, comfortable, and cheery. Jackie was pleasant and so was her house. Eight thumbs and two paws up!

A clean home across the street from the lake with great views. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of towels. Jackie was easy to reach and responses quickly. Close to several wineries and some fun hikes.

The house is very comfortable and plenty of beds for a crowd. Unfortunately the two bathrooms are on the first floor. So second floor guests have to go downstairs if needed during the night. Being an older house the stairs are a bit creaky. So you go slowly as not to wake anyone. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious.

The location of this house is perfect for our annual wine tasting weekend. So many wineries within a half hour. The sunrises on the lake were amazing!
The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. It was very clean, plenty of towels, easy check-in and out.
Highly recommend this home for anyone thinking of staying in the Finger Lakes area.

First time visiting the Finger Lakes region. Made the trip for a family wedding and both the house and the area were delightful. Jackie is the perfect host and provided lots of suggestions for sightseeing and shopping for necessities. The house was a charming country retreat - my favorite parts were the expansive kitchen window and the front porch.

This home was the perfect location between all the action for the weekend, and overlooked a beautiful lake, with waterfalls near by. The beds were absolutely so comfortable, very happy with our stay and will be returning in the future

Friends met for our annual college reunion.house was so well stocked and located minutes from where ever we wanted to visit. Knapp, buttonwood and thirsty owl were some of the wineries we visited, as well as the it’s a wonderful life museum, welcome center, as well as Parker’s. Not the greatest weather but we managed a bonfire and got to use the kayaks also. Al in all a great trip!! We had the best time just sitting on the porch and laughing!

House was great, fully stocked with towels for lake and bath. Every type of pan needed, grill utensils, and washer/dryer. We stayed as a family of four with our dog the first 5 days. Friends visited (family of four) the last two days and we fit both families comfortably. Jackie was great with communication and attended to anything we may have needed. Air conditioning was perfect for August too!

The property was exactly as described. Our 5 and 8 year old grandkids loved it, along with our adult children and dog. We found several wineries nearby that were kid and dog friendly. We loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the view of the lake. Spent evenings on the beach and enjoyed a camp fire and s’mores. Loved the sunrise. Kayaking was a new experience and got to experience it with our grandkids.

The house is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Communication with the owner was very easy. We had no issues, but I am confident if we did she would have taken care of them immediately. The lake is beautiful. It's a little difficult to swim because of the rocks there, but the kayaks were fun and the campfire at night was a great bonus. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the screened porch. I highly recommend this property.

Excellent location on the lake, and to wineries and Amish markets. Amazingly well-stocked with interesting art supplies, games, and cookware to discover. Lovely view out the big kitchen window. Great kitchen to cook in. Lots of towels, but no towel racks or door lock in 2nd bathroom!!! 2nd upstairs bedroom is hot and stuffy, no screen on one of the two small windows. Washing windows, screens and outdoor window sills would benefit the house immensely.

Other reviews are spot on, including the tip to open bedroom doors and use fans to circulate AC cooling in the summertime. This rental was especially clean and well stocked. We loved spending time on the lake shore and taking the kayaks out to fish for perch.

We had a lovely, relaxing stay over Cornell graduation weekend, playing lawn games and soaking in the lake views from the bonfire pit. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Short distance to great wineries + breweries as well!

This lakefront farmhouse was super clean and a lovely place to stay for a long weekend. The furnishings were well-appointed and very comfortable. The house is extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host’s communication was excellent with great suggestions for local restaurants, wineries, and attractions. The sunrises over Cayuga lake were amazing! We hope to return to the Finger Lakes soon and will definitely look to book this property again!

My book club was looking for a rental near Senaca Falls and the National Women's Historic Park. This lakefront farmhouse was in the perfect location, about 10-15 minutes from downtown Senaca Falls. We also enjoyed five wineries that were less than 8 miles from the property. The farmhouse is nicely remodeled and well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The view of the sunrise over the finger lake was beautiful and we were surrounded by nature. I would recommend this rental for its convivence, comfort and safety.

Wonderful 4 bedroom, 2 bath west Cayuga property. Spacious, clean, with a well-appointed kitchen as well as a beautiful beach front. Lots of wineries in the immediate area and Ithaca only 30 minutes away. The owner is very responsible and reached out to ensure all our needs were met. Highly recommend!

Our group included 7 women and we had a great stay. There was enough room for us to fit comfortably.

House was warm and inviting. Great views of the lake and sunrise in the morning. Kitchen had plenty of serving dishes for Thanksgiving. We felt the house was very clean even though it is an old farmhouse. I would visit again and recommend this home!

Jackie’s home was immaculate, well stocked, and so charming and cozy. She was also so accommodating and helpful and went above and beyond to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. There was 5 of us (cousins/sister-in-laws) who stayed, but there was easily room for more to stay comfortably. We visited nearby brewery’s, winery’s, and some cute shops, but mostly we laid around in our sweats and PJs enjoying cocktails and connecting with girl talk and laughter since we only see one another a few times a year. We visited on a very cold weekend so we didn’t use the lake, but can imagine how awesome it would be, especially the fire pit on a spring, summer or fall night.

We had a great time! This property was very clean and well outfitted with toilet paper and towels and many amenities! We had a leaking problem and contacted the owner who got back to us immediately on a late Friday night! She came to the house the next day to assess everything! Jackie is a lovely woman and very generous! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Jackie!!!

The property was lovely. The house was very clean and accommodating for my 3 friends and me. Jackie, our host provided all the necessities for our long weekend. She checked in on the first day and followed up on our last. I recommend this lake for friends and family!
Make sure you cross the road to the beach and build an evening fire! Enjoy!

We had a great experience staying here. It had everything we needed and the fires on the beach were wonderful.

Jackie's home was perfect for our stay. My mom is 92 and everything she needed was on the first floor. The checkin process was easy after we found the key box. The dogs loved swimming in the lake, it was perfect for the end of the day romp. We were also blessed to see 2 deer in the yard.
There were so many wineries in such a short distance. I think the longest we spent in the car was a half hour. Be sure to make a reservation at Knapp for the chocolate and wine pairing. It was one of the highlights for us.
Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely visit again!

The property was very well maintained and just as described. The rooms were large and we had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to work with. Great Finger Lakes location.

The house was easy to find and as described on site. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with essentials. The days were very hot. The AC units cooled pretty well with the fans in the home. The waterfront was beautiful, especially the sunrises. There are several steps down to the lakefront but we had no trouble and we are all over 70. It is close to many wineries and areas of interest. The host quickly responded to any questions that we had. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Very clean and spacious renovated farmhouse that included all of the essentials on a quiet piece of property. Jackie was also a great host. I'd definitely stay here again.

Our week long stay at the farmhouse was lovely! The location was absolutely perfect as the house sits super close to all of the wineries on Cayuga! The house was incredibly clean and stocked with essentials, and we loved the little toiletry bags that were left for each guest! The lakefront access was great and we especially loved the front screened in porch in the evenings!

Jackie's updated farmhouse is a great find! The house was very clean and as advertised. Plenty of bedrooms and space to spread-out. Enclosed front porch was great for sitting and relaxing. Three freestanding ACs kept the house cool as long as you left the bedroom doors open and placed the fans to circulate the air. Jackie was a GREAT host and we even chatted via text throughout our stay as she offered suggestions and tips on what to do/see locally. Property is nestled very close to some great wineries (would recommend Knapp & Buttonwood) and a local craft brewery Liquid State Brewing. Everything on the east side of Cayuga and West side of Seneca is accessible w/in 20 minutes of scenic country driving. Beautiful views down on the water and a nice place for a fire. Water shoes are a must to use the water, as very slippery rocks blanket the shore below the waterline.

Week at the lake.
Very nice family getaway. House was amazing and well stocked with everything anyone could want. Only downside for our trip was the 27 steps down to the lake. Both mom's (70+) couldn't make it down to the lake and or nightly bonfire.

Some confusion around the garbage day due to the holiday, but otherwise a terrific place for a lake vacation!

Great for Cornell graduation weekend!
We enjoyed staying at the Joyce's Cayuga Lake vacation home.
It was a comfortable headquarters for our Cornell graduation weekend celebrations. Our 17 month grandson loved the space to run around and explore. Throwing rocks into the water on the beach was a highlight! Thank you!
