Mr Colling was super and was very attentive to our needs.

The location and the neighborhood was great, very peaceful, the home was very comfortable and well equipped, clean and secure. The AC works perfectly also I loved the view from the balcony of the home.

La relación calidad precio, la amabilidad y preocupación del anfitrión, la gran vista desde las terrazas del lugar. Buen aire acondicionado y agua caliente para la ducha sin inconvenientes.

La habitación era bastante pequeña, pero cumplió con todas las funciones. La ubicación, aunque está relativamente cerca, requiere tomar taxis colectivos para ir y venir desde el centro, lo cual de noche puede ser un poco intimidante, aunque todos dicen que es seguro.

Sehr netter hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, schneller & unkomplizierter Checkin, wir haben Wasser bekommen, schöner Sonnenaufgang (Zimmer Ostseitig!), im dem winzigen Zimmer war wirklich !alles! drinnen, einfach unglaublich ;-D inkl. Küchenzeile. Man braucht seine Koffer "fast" nicht zu öffnen (dafür ist aber auch kein Platz). Zahnbürste und Schlafoutfit ins Handgepäck dann klappt das sogar ;-) Duschgel, Shampoo ect. alles gratis in Hülle und Fülle. Das Bett war überraschend bequem für mich (meinem Mann sagte es aber nicht zu) ich war aber auch recht euphorisch und kuckte durch die "rosa" Bille, nach ~30h Anreise endlich auf der Insel zu sein :-)

Als wir gesucht haben, habe ich extra Meerblick angeklickt, den haben wir "natürlich" nicht bekommen im EG.. es waren leider auch nur Fotos der großen Apartments zu sehen damals. Als Außenstehender weiß man natürlich nicht welches Zimmer was/wo ist. für die Apartments wäre der Preis fein gewesen... aber den Tatsachen entsprechend hätte ich die Unterkunft mitten im Nirgendwo für 77€/Nacht natürlich überhaupt nicht Mal in Erwägung gezogen! Dies wurde bis zu unsrem Aufenthalt aber ergänzt, viele neue Fotos ect und ist nun übersichtlich gestaltet. Leider bringt uns das nichts mehr ;-( Gebucht ist gebucht, mitten in der Nacht kann man auch nichts mehr machen... Bekommen haben wir natürlich das kleinste Zimmer am Eck, natürlich auch ohne Meerblick. Im Nachhinein hätten wir unsere Reise natürlich nicht dort begonnen, sondern wären direkt zum Ziel gefahren um gleich im Paradies zu starten. Extrem Laut ist es leider auch die ganze Nacht über, mein Mann konnte eigentlich gar nicht schlafen.

Three palm villa is a gem

Location was good. Close to everything; hipstrip, craft market, beach, downtown etc with taxi for ca 150 jmd. The host was super welcoming and very kind. No hassle with payment at all. Facilities in the room was nice. I really appreciated warm shower, clean towels, comfy bed and fridge to store the food. The views are really amazing and I felt right at home.

Attractive & comfortable little studio apartment, suitable for one person, in a quiet area.

This little studio apartment was attractive and comfortable, with a good bed, good bathroom and everything that I needed for preparing my meals and whatever wasn't there was quickly provided by the host. The surroundings, in a residential neighbourhood, were quiet and there was a lovely view of garden and surrounding hills.

The location, some distance from a complete grocery store, and some distance from the ocean, meant that I had to take taxis every time I went out.

Pretty location with amazing view

The place is super pretty and comfortable. We really appreciate the quietness and peace considering how busy Montero Bay gets. Collin was very nice to us too. We felt right at home. The location is good if you are ok with taking road taxis. Only 150 jmd and 8 minutes away from downtown.

lovely property, lovely view, great host!

good safe feeling location. friendly and helpful host. the two bed appt was spacious clean and had all the amenities advertised, I would definitely stay here again 😁

little difficult to find, could be better signposted and would have been good if some directions were provided by the host. I was given a local number though, and Colling very kindly directed the taxi for us 😊

reviews are lies , we where told we had to buy our own toilet paper and water toilet stopped up wouldn’t flush no hot water to shower we where told it would be fixed and still no hot water

Incredible

This Villa exceeded my expectations. It was was very peaceful and quiet. The scenery was exceptional. Mr. Colling who was the host, was very welcoming and made me felt safe. He gave me the number for someone to transport me around town to get some business done and I felt very safe. The cost for the transportation was reasonable and Mr. Mack driving skills were great. This place is a hidden gem in Jamaica and I would recommend to my family and friends. 😂❤️🙌👌 Thank you Mr. Colling for being a great host and making me feel safe. I take my hat off to you. 5+ stars and then some.

The location is safe and the view very beautiful. Not too far from hip strip and the main Mobay beaches. If you have a car there is plenty of parking space.

We suggest to pick the bigger rooms as the studio is pretty small.

The view was absolutely stunning! There are not enough great things I can say about our stay, but we will from now on stay here a couple of nights when we are on holiday in Jamaica!!

The owner (Mr Colin) was really friendly. The place was really nice. The views were amazing, was able to get lots lots of natural breeze which was quite refreshing.

Despite it being on the small side, it was suitable for our purpose.

Colin was very friendly and accomodating. We love the sense of security from the gated property. The room has everything you need, fridge, microwave, TV, and a hot plate just to name a few. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! Consider it a little home away from home.

The path from parking is for strong individuals. There are stairs to each room, so be prepared to lift your luggage! Depending on the room you choose, the width of some stairs may be challenging if you have a bigger piece of luggage.

Hospitable host at a beautiful, clean, quiet location near Montego Bay.

Colling was an exceptional host! I was fortunate to arrive during mango season and he left fresh mangoes and jelly for me throughout my trip. He checked in daily but wasn’t overbearing. The room was clean. It’s basically a bachelor with a kitchenette but I was able to cook as there was oil, vinegar and salt/pepper available(things they don’t usually offer when you have a kitchen on a trip and make cooking annoying since you only need a bit and are usually forced to buy it). The fridge was stocked with (affordable) beer. It was really hot but I stayed under the fan and I was fine. The property is new and well maintained, and you are minutes via taxi from the town. It’s not walking distance, but I bought fruit and food in town and came back home easily. The internet was incredibly reliable and I jumped right into working on the private patio as soon as I got there. There is also a rooftop area was accessible for views. There are two locks on your unit door and it’s a gated property. Colling provided: extra pillows(immediately upon request), complimentary fruit, complimentary tea, coffee, snacks, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, lotion, (many) towels and a safe property. I would definitely stay again.

I had a hard time fitting into the shower because of the way the shower door is built. I spoke with Colling about it and he was really receptive but if you’re super pregnant, fat or just a big person the shower will be hard to get into - at least for now. :)

Relaxing break with a great view

Dave is very warm and you immediately feel comfortable. The room is very small, but so sweetly equipped that it is not cramped or even disturbing at all. The view is beautiful and the location very quiet. If I need another room in Montego Bay, I would always use Dave's little sweet sewing box. Thank you very much for the short but really nice stay.

Collin went above and beyond to ensure my needs were meet and that my stay was perfect. He was super accommodating and was able to book me on very short notice. There's every practical amenity (small kitchen - fridge, sink, stove top microwave - shower, TV, internet, etc) one needs to have a pleasant stay. I will return here the next time I am in the area!

Its hard to come up with something but; To those without a vehicle and/or are frugal toward transportation: having independance and walking (don't want to rely on a vehicle) to/from local bars, restaurants, shops etc is not achievable for most. This is negligible and may not apply to all. The overall positive experience far out weigh this niche con.

The small apartment was incredibly well equipped, it was really refreshing to be able to cook our own dinner after eating out so often. Colin the host was fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. The villa is just far enough out of town to enjoy a quiet and peaceful evening away from the busy town and beach area.

An extremely comfortable stay and we loved every minute of it!

This small studio unit was well equipped for our stay. It was exceptionally clean and so we were totally made comfortable from the onset of our stay. The unit was exactly what was advertised and more. Our stay was a business stay and so we were not able to enjoy the beauty of the outdoor view from the balcony, but it is definitely a good feature of the property. We also enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the location, and our host was very gracious with leaving us some complimentary goodies. A good value for money, I would say and I will be a repeat visitor.

I loved everything for the value that I got! One thing which was minor for me but not for my spouse as he is larger in body size. He pointed out that the shower stall based on design of the door, was a bit awkward to get in and then close the door that swings inwards. A suggestion is for the door to swing out if possible or a folding door....... just an idea. However, this will not take away from a great stay if it doesn't affect you!
