Close to be close to our daughter and all the amenities of Sugar House— very pleased with our accommodations and very responsive host.

This was a perfect place to stay during University of Utah orientation.

This house was a great fit for our long stay (9 days) in SLC. We really appreciated the shady backyard/porch for early mornings and later evenings outside. The house felt bright and inviting and we loved having a full kitchen.
The living room was comfortable for the three of us, the overhead fans in the bedrooms were a lifesaver at night (it was 100-104 most days we were here) and our King size bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the closets and dressers/bedside tables all being very usable.
Sugarhouse is a wonderful neighborhood with corner restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within walking distance. Loved taking long walks in the mornings we didn't have to be somewhere.
The main challenges with the house were getting the water temperature correct in the shower (kind of tricky!) and the size of the bathroom (it's wee!, but we were forewarned by other reviews.) Another guest mentioned the street being a bit busy, but it was completely quiet during our visit...however, the main street that feeds into it was under construction and closed while we were there. Lucky!
We really appreciated our stay, the neighborhood, the good air conditioning and the great neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay on the tree lined street near Sugar House park. Very cutely decorated and clean. Perfect!

This is the main level of a lovely bungalow, with a tenant living in the basement.
We liked the good host communication, cleanliness, great decor, comfortable beds and convenient location. Loved the coffee and tea provided and the cute patio. Perfect for a couple.

We came to Salt Lake City for a 5 day ski trip and were going back and forth between Park City and Little Cottonwood Canyon. This house is in a great location for accessing both areas and is close to nice restaurants. The house is nicely furnished and stocked with the cooking basics you need to make a nice meal. They also have a great game and book library which we enjoyed. One thing VRBO users should be aware of is this house does not have a hot tub. I chose this listing because I filtered by "has a hot tub", but when I checked with the host they said they just have a bath tub.

Comfortable and cute house for my 2 1/2 week stay. Nice backyard and sunny back porch. Light and bright. Has what you need. Great for 1 or 2 people. Wifi worked well. Close to everything and quiet neighborhood.

This home was as lovely in person as is posted online. Sweet little cottage with thoughtful touches throughout the home. Great location, close enough to downtown, the university and outdoor adventures. Highly recommend!

This is a 2BR , 1 Bath well appointed cottage. The HVAC system appears new and the beds are comfortable. It is not new construction, but an updated home with some age. The owner has taken positive steps to made it comfortable. There are walkable restaurants and other offerings such as parks and trails nearby. I recommend having a vehicle during a stay. I would definitely book it again for a long weekend.

Perfect. Just what we needed.

The home was perfect for our quick stay in Salt Lake.
The space was well stocked with updated everything. Shelby was awesome and helped make our stay easy and comfortable. Great for parents visiting their kids at the University. And highly recommended.

The house is perfect! A sweet little bungalow that has everything you need. Check-in was incredible easy and Shelby was acommodating to our early arrival. Place was very clean. We were within walking distance (even with a 10 and 6 year old) to a bakery, a couple restaurants, and an adorable, locally owned bookstore. The location is perfect and conveniently located to the interestate to make trips to Snowbird, Alta, and Park City quick ones, while still conveniently located to SLC. Millcreek Canyon is even closer, maybe 10 minutes and has beautiful hikes for all ages. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Everything went smoothly from booking to arriving to leaving. The quaint cottage was perfect for the three of us and the outdoor patio was a plus for playing card games!

My husband and I were very disappointed in the misrepresentation of the pictures and this property. The pictures make the property seem very spacious and it is not. The bathroom is extremely small - your knees touch the tub when you are sitting on the toilet. The shower curtain completely fell down while we were there so we had to remedy that. The a/c vent in the room was closed we had to search for that and move furniture out of the way. There was no remote for the kind size room tv so we had to find the one in the queen room to utilize. When searching for said remote it was apparent the rooms have not had a good cleaning as there are dirty socks and a lot of dust under the master bed. Overall, the host was very nice and accommodating but for the price we paid we expected more cleanliness and the property to look the size it is in pictures. We were very disappointed in this rental.

The location is ideal. Nice neighborhoods, close to Sugar House shopping restaurants, parks, and freeway. You could even stay here without a car. A few blocks walk to the frequent bus on 21st South which ends up at the light rail to downtown, the airport, the University, or south suburbs. This is a little house with two little bedrooms, a decent kitchen, and bathroom with tub and shower. No one appeared to be staying in the downstairs apartment. Neighbors were quiet but there is a fair amount of 25 mph traffic on the street. We stayed in the back and it was quiet and comfortable. Heating system easy to control. Nice grassy backyard and porch with table and chairs for warmer weather. TVs are ready for you to log in to your streaming service, if you have one.

The home was charming, well appointed and tidy. It was situated within a 1-2 mile radius of grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. The kitchen had a cafe table with 2 chairs, was well stocked with dishes/utensils and the beds were comfortable. The house had reliable wifi and Appletv streaming service. It was a good space for the 2 of us for the 4 nights we stayed.

This home and its location truly do represent the quintessential SLC experience, which is IMO, why you would want to stay in a VRBO versus a hotel. This was our first experience using VRBO and we got to experience what it might be like to live in SLC versus having a sterile hotel experience that disorients one and could be had in any city on earth just about. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SITE!
