Welcome to Etta Place Too 107, an AvantStay home!
This three-bedroom, three-bathroom remodeled condo offers in-town convenience with ski-in/ski-out access.
This lovely home has been recently renovated and is under new ownership as of 2018. To enter this condo, guests walk up a flight of stairs in an interior hallway. Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into an open living space with sweeping views of Ajax Peak and the Coonskin ski lift to the east. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa that folds out to a queen bed, gas fireplace, 65-inch flatscreen TV, soundbar and board games. A small wet bar with a sink and fridge is located off the main living area.
The adjacent dining room has seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The dining room is open to the kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Nutri Ninja Blender system, microwave, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, coffee grinder, and all of the utensils needed to cook any meal.
The Primary Bedroom, which also boasts impressive views of Ajax Peak, has a king bed, a smart flatscreen TV, and a small workspace with an extra monitor - a great place to catch up on some work during any stay. The ensuite bathroom has a soaking tub and step-in shower.
The second bedroom has two twin XL bunk beds, which are perfect for kids or adults. The room has a smart flatscreen TV, large windows, and access to the hallway bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and large vanity. The third bedroom faces west and has a beautiful valley floor and mountain views. It features a king bed, smart flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The condo has a private washer/dryer, complimentary wifi, and cable TV.
The Etta Place Too complex offers ski-in/ski-out access via Lift #7 (Coonskin Lift).
There is a bike rack on the east side of the building, next to the pool. It is an easy walk (about 15 minutes) to the festivals in Town Park, which is just up the scenic River Trail located steps from the building.

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that the jets in the bathtub for the primary bedroom are currently not working. The tub still operates as a soaking tub.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Perfect place for two couples or two couples w kids. Nice place, we’ll appointed, unfortunately the pool and hot tub was closed for some reason…but Telluride is a wonderful town and this place was in a great location. The Avant Stay staff were wonderful and helped out wonderfully.

The check in process was cumbersome; the provided code did not work and it took about 20 minutes to get a new one and get in. The place was not cleaned very well - there was trash under the beds and the sofa pillows had not been washed for a while. The WiFi did not work and the alternative network we were given was slow. The hot tub by the pool did not work, which was not mentioned while booking the place. The other hot tub at the next building was disgusting.... The place was not checked prior to us checking in. A staff member came in - we thought to address our concerns- but it turns out he was looking for a forgotten gun from the last customer. We were refunded a night, but one does not go to Telluride to deal with this kind of s**t.

We had a group so this place was full but we all fit and had a great time! Great living and kitchen space and most of the unit was recently renovated. This unit is on the outskirts of town but still walkable to the shops and restaurants on Main St. We’d come back and stay again!
