Nothing
No heating. No hot water. No one answered phone when ringing about these issues. Dirty ear buds in drawer of room 1. Paid for extended stay. Cleaners came early anyway. Car keyed in car park. Avoid this place. A shambles. Completely dissatisfied

Great communal area to relax before heading out... The property has a key pad on the door meaning we didn’t have to share keys and people could come and go as they pleased. 5 shower rooms (2 en-suite) was plenty for our group of 8. Bedrooms have key codes, but we didn't use them... Great location just a 10 minute walk to centre. Tesco extra round the corner. Lots of authentic resturants to eat.
The house wasn't the cleanest, but it was fine for a bunch of fellas... There were 3 parking spots supplied with the flat, but one of us was awoken to a chap placing parking tickets on the cars, but there was only one parking permit available (which we found out must be placed in each car windscreen). SLL assured us they would be able to get these penalty notices overturned...
Parking Ticket Update: (01/11/2022)
The property owner (Chris) told us he was appealing (23/08/2022) our parking tickets as they were apparently issued incorrectly (13/08/2022), after numerous ignored calls, emails, and eventual intervention of Booking.com he admitted he hadn't even bothered to appeal these fines (19/10/2022), by which time it was too late to contest these fines! Upshot is we received numerous letters (15/09/2022 – £100 x 3) from the parking company over this timeframe and we ended up paying £510 (£170 x 3, including £70 x 3 debt collection costs) due to time elapsed, rather than total £180 (£60 x 3).
If you're driving to this property, you’ll receive no information how to access the car park, no instruction regarding parking permits (assuming they’re available) and you'll probably get a parking ticket(s) and the property owner will do nothing but tell you they’re unenforceable (meanwhile you’re the lucky people receiving the threatening letters)!
After MANY hours of phone calls & emails to Booking.com they have also come to the realization they were getting nowhere with the property regarding resolving this issue, so Booking.com have stepped in, and offered to fully refund our £510 costs once we upload bank statements (01/11/2022).
NOT an experience we'd repeat!!!

Location was great and we had everything we needed there
We weren't given any details on parking apart from there were 3 spaces for us, we weren't given a code for the gate, and we got parking ticket for the weekend barbecue we weren't told we needed to show a permit.

The property has a key pad on the door which was good so we didn’t have to share keys and people could come and go as they wished. Large house, comfy beds, great location just a 10-15 min walk to centre. Tesco round the corner. Beds were really comfy.
The house needs a deep clean, there was dirty towels on the back of one of the bedroom doors, a bit dusty and some of the door plates are coming up causing a trip hazard. Each room has a separate key pad on the door, we didn’t know the codes for these and one of the girls locked the door, unfortunately I had to call at 2.30am to get the codes, maybe these could be supplied with the check in information. The toilet seat next to room 3 is very temperamental and came off whilst was in use, this was sorted but the actual toilet was really dirty.
