Everything went ok, just wanted to make my stuff was safe. And they did that!
I was told to move room the second night. Guest should have to move unless they wish to.

Pretty good location. Room is rather spacious, so people are not stuffed into a small 'box'. Bathroom in each room - a great thing!
No common area; in general the place is pretty dark, just a long hallway with room doors: go in, sleep, eat, leave in the morning.

Wish I had planned more time there!

Im lodged in this place for about three times, The location is okay, the place is clean,, the rooms are spacious but different sizes, the kitchen with dining and lounge are very spacious and clean. It is rightly I'm the City Centre. Everyone has his personal light and phone charging port.
The toilet and the bathroom are almost together in the same place, but separated with glass frame.

Location & Price . 10 minute walk from the center of everything and a private twin room cost €208 for 3 nights.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was terrible and the pillow was waffer thin. At night the room was very warm and it is extremely loud outside.

Rooms were nice and staff were really friendly and helpful. Good location
For a low cost hostel I can't fault it, good value for money

Location. Day time check in staff - very polite and accommodating.
Shared a room with seven friends. I wasn't expecting much from the facilities. However they still managed to disappoint. Very thin pillows, hard beds. Our room had an en-suite bathroom with a motion detection and timed light and extractor - not a problem. However, this is a problem when the bathroom door will not stay closed (unless locked from the inside). So every time one person uses the bathroom (which is often in a room of eight, especially after some beers in the city!) the blinding light and extractor filled the room with noise and light! Further more, one of the night staff (who initially was very helpful) stormed into the room on two occasions (circa 02:00 and 04:00) demanding payment from one of the guests there and then - waking up everyone in the room!

It's OK for what it is, but there's definitely better hostels in Liverpool for around the same price. Close to city centre too. Shower was good too
Rooms very basic which you expect in a hostel but even things such as lockers were heavily damaged and required a lock rather than coin operation. Mattresses/pillows quite poor and beds very squeaky. Most beds had no amenities around them at all, such as lockers, lights or power points. Very awkward if staying on the top bunk.

Super spacious and comfy room with clean washroom.
The ventilation in guest kitchen need improvement. Even the fire alarm was triggered when someone is cooking.

very clean, lovely staff, great shower, great kitchen facilities, only £1 to rent a towel
walls are thin and you can hear next rooms, beds not very comfy (need new pillows and mattresses)

Sheets were not clean and the pillow covers had yellow stains on them . We were in room 21 and sometimes could nt sleep at night due to the people next to us . You could hear them perfectly as if they were in the room . Floor was sticky , not very clean . Room overall was very uninviting . Pictures on booking .com showed much cleaner and comfortable rooms .

Exactly what you expect from a cheap and well located hostel. The shower was really good, with proper hot water. It's cheap and good location. If you just want a place to crush after a day walking with good shower, just go for it.
