Very poor service, don't answer phones

Beening charged twice for the same stay. Then hotel denying it.

Overall satisfactory, breakfasts was delicious.

property was good. well decorated and festive.

Well my problem started the day before we arrived. we received a call saying we had been bumped out of our two Queen bees room and put in a one king bed room but I was assured they would provide us with “an extra cot”. When we arrived there was no cot in our room. When had to rush off the the event we were there for and upon returning we called down to the front desk to inquire about the cot, we were told they would “look into it” we never heard anything so my husband went down to the desk and he was told they knew nothing about it but would “see what they could do”. Well after 11pm we were woke up by a phone call from the front desk letting us know they could move us to a different room. Too little too late. my kids were already asleep and I wasn’t going to wake them up, pack up and move rooms at that point. Not sure we will stay at the same hotel when we return next year.

Hotel is very nice but short staffed.

room has excellent handicap bathroom facilities. staff helpful and friendly. very good breakfast.

when we arrived at our room at5:00 pm it was not made up. We left our luggage and went to dinner. when we returned it was nicely done.

Many positives, except for the cost.

Location was adjacent to accessible road and not far from main freeways, Columbia Gorge (north) and Fort Vancouver NP. There is a selection of restaurants next to the hotel and the bar and grill (serving excellent food and drink) is open the longest. Comfortable bed and clean and well appointed room. Breakfast selection was good and above average quality. Service was also good.

Half the car park is cut off from the front of the hotel with a deep trench, meaning that cases and people have to go around. Expensive - even if it did include breakfast.

My stay at this resort hotel was very comfortable and the location is beautiful.

The staff was excellent. Very welcoming and friendly which was a comfort as I was traveling for my mother’s memorial service. The food was delicious and my room was very comfortable. The black out curtains were great.

I don’t have any complaints to be honest. It was a great stay. I definitely want to return under lighter circumstances.

Location just nice for us. Staff are friendly and approachable. Room facilities excellent.

Breakfast can be improved, meat and fried eggs with cheese too salty.

Simpe hotel missing some ammenities

Location was good. We were returning from Columia River Parkway and planned on the following day in Portland. Hotel was new and clean. Breakfast was a disaster until Bea who was working at the desk stepped in. She assessed what was needed (no hot food out at 9:00 and breakfast was untile 10) and immediately began getting food out.

We reserved a king suite and we were given two queen beds suite. Breakfast was a disasater until person at desk stepped in. Room was large and clean. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Not sure why motels only give you one towel per person. Do they not recognize some people have long hair to wash? Also. why not provide more cups for drinking? Lastly, there should be freezers in the mini-fridges so you can refreeze a freezer pack.

bed was good, staff good, breakfast was terrible

ice machine on our floor had been "broken" for some time. a square pool and short hours was poor. cost of the room was very high. seems booking.com is taking advantage of the pandemic!! some USB ports did not work. the toilet paper holder was broken.

Typical HIEX , comfortable rooms.

Location was a little out of town for our liking and not much open in the area.
