Other than technical difficulties the stay was fine.

Location was great

Door cards didn’t work. Ever. Each time we entered the room they failed. My elderly mother who struggles with mobility then stood in the hall while I went to the front desk to have the card reprogrammed. Easy e-checkout didn’t work. Mgr said they would email a receipt, didn’t do so.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay with friendly staff and adequate amenities.

The location is perfect for us to visit family and friends in the area, right off the highway. There are plenty of places to eat in the area, as well as shopping and services.

It would have been nice to have a small breakfast available.

Very short stay, accommodations were very comfortable and relaxing. And the staff were professional, knowledgeable, polite, and extremely accommodating👍👍👍

Great property in a great location

Location was great, very convenient. Lots of parking, nice room. The elevator was out for a little while, I was on the 4th floor, that was a bit inconvenient.

broken elevator, I get it, had to tag it out for service.

are stay was short but you hooked us on aways using you guys

rooms were big the Lshaped counter or desk was nice touch. and did not expect a full stock kitchen, we did not need that but now we know about we will always try a reserve a room for our longer stays when we travel. My husband needs to recline due to bad back so he loved the recliners.

Disappointing

Kitchen, pet friendly, location, friendly staff.

Bathroom needs to half calking changed out, it was gross. The pillows stunk. The rest of the bedding didn't smell fresh and neither did the room.

Nothing…

Room was not cleaned at all, toilet was super gross with left overs p… room was disgusting. I was told a manager would call but never did. I left didn’t stay the night. Stay away was very disappointed!

Decent hotel, super uncomfortable beds.

Location was convenient and the staff was very nice. The kitchenette and full fridge were great. Couldn't hear anyone around in the other rooms.

The room smelled very strongly of cleaning products, like to the extreme where we kept the window open and for the two days we stayed it never dissipated. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, it hurt our backs terribly. The shower temp was either just below warm enough or super hot and you couldn't direct the showerhead at all.

Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly and it was nice to be able to wash clothes.

the vibe was off the charts. love the pet friendly environment. staff was great. all around “comfortable “ feel.

these guys were hogging the bbq for all night but that not the facilities fault.

Comfortable, nice to have laundry available, clean man’s quiet room

Didn’t have breakfast. The hotel was off the street and quiet, that was nice

Great location with plenty of services available within walking distance. Staff was friendly and room was great.

Great location near services.

Laundry room only had one washer and one dryer. Would have been nice to have machines operated by room key with fees added to room charge.

Exceptional

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, and the kitchen in the suite was wonderful for my husband and I. It really helped cut back on the cost of eating for us. Wonderful, convenient access to multiple amenities and laundry and gym on-site made our stay amazing! 100% would stay again!
