Discover the charming town of Windham, NY, a 4-seasons destination nestled in the Catskill Mountains, just 2 hours away from NYC! Mt. Pisgah Manor sits high atop a private road surrounded by preserved State land & a babbling brook. Boasting 4500 sq ft of living space, our home features 5 bedrooms/5 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeps 16 guests & features majestic views of the Windham Ski Slopes & tranquil wooded surroundings. Located just minutes away from the ski resort and the center of town!

Mount Pisgah Rd welcomes you with a private and inviting tree-lined entrance where you can follow the trail of our babbling brook to the Mt Pisgah Manor! Step inside, kick off your boots and continue through the quintessential ski lodge mud room to find the Mt Pisgah Manor Game Room! Fully equipped with pool table, ping pong, basket ball, darts and over 400 arcade classics...let the fun and games begin! Also on the ground floor is bedroom #1 with 3 roomy bunk beds, a full bath and washer/dryer. Walk upstairs to the second floor where you are welcomed by an inviting & spacious open floor plan. Our chef's kitchen offers granite counter-tops, center island with bar stools, stainless steel appliances and Wolf range oven/stove. You'll also find all plates, glasses and utensils waiting to be set at the 10 person handcrafted wood dining table. Step into the grand living room to open ceilings with natural woodwork architecture, stone floor-to-ceiling wood burning fireplace and loft overlooking the property and ski trails! The second floor also includes main full bath, bedroom #2 and first of two master suites with walk-in closet, work space, walk-in shower and double vanity. Before continuing upstairs, step outside to find the second floor deck which includes outdoor dining, fire pit, space heaters and relaxing hammock. There is also a back deck off of the kitchen which houses the Weber Genesis grill. Continue to the third floor where you'll find loft #2 consisting of books, board games and chess! Around the bend you'll find Bedroom #4 and another full bath. Also tucked away on the third floor is the second master bedroom equipped with walk-in closet, reading area, full bath with dual sinks and a private deck with 2 chairs and phenomenal views of the property and ski trails! After you've enjoyed all the inside has to offer, step outside to find our sparkling hot tub, fire pit, corn hole and children's swing set. You can also take a more relaxing approach to the outdoors and enjoy a seat and some peace and quiet atop the babbling brook located near the garage. If you're in the mood to burn some calories, take some time to workout on our treadmill, stationary bike or free weights. The property is also surrounded by some of the best trails Windham has to offer. Take a short walk down the road to find the entrance to the Mount Pisgah Trails where you can explore the incredible outdoors and experience what the Catskills is all about!

*Honesty Is The Best Policy:*

- Every home in town uses well water. Though our home is overly equipped with (2) 300 Gallon Tanks, our well water filters through the highest quality of filtration systems and can sometimes take some time to refill. Please be conscious of water usage when staying with large groups. Also, we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking.
- Our home sits high atop Mount Pisgah and therefore travel to the top may be difficult for 2WD vehicles in the snow. Our private road and driveway is always plowed in a timely manner but please be conscious of which vehicles you use for your stay. We recommend an SUV or 4WD vehicle in the winter.
- For your safety, we have a surveillance camera at the entrance of the property.
- Privacy on the mountain top does also mean that Wifi can sometimes be spotty. We do our best to provide high-speed, Starlink (SpaceX) satellite WiFi which is extremely fast and includes unlimited data usage but don't forget, you're here to enjoy the great outdoors!

Directions:
There are several ways to get to Mt Pisgah Rd. Best suggestion is to use GPS. *IMPORTANT - once you turn on Mt Pisgah Rd, continue up to the top of the street. GPS may direct you to turn off of Mt Pisgah which takes you behind the house. Stay straight and our driveway is at the top of the street.

We had an amazing stay at Mt. Pisgah Manor! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay. The spacious layout was perfect for our group, offering plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together. The amenities provided were top-notch, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces and outdoor areas, every detail was thoughtfully considered to enhance our experience. Additionally, the host was fantastic to work with! They were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. Overall, we highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway - especially with a group. It exceeded our expectations and I can't wait to return in the future!

We were a large group of 8 adults and 8 children and had the best time!!! The kids pretty much had their own floor with the bunk room and a game room to themselves. Of course the adults had to join in on the fun at times, but it was nice to have that extra space. We do an annual ski trip and the kids said this was their favorite house!!! There was more than enough space and bathrooms to fit our needs. Communication was excellent and all our questions were answered right away. The property was great for playing outdoors and the hot tub was 🔥 You will not be disappointed in the Manor!!!

We really enjoyed our stay over the Holiday at Mt. Pisgah. Owners were terrific with timely communication and easy check in process. Everyone had a great time with the lower level game room which had tons of options as well as the hot tub which was new and very clean.

We recently took a group of boys skiing and the house was absolutely perfect for entertaining them off the slopes. House was very clean and comfortable There was room for everybody to relax and hang out. It was a great stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning landscape and backdrop surrounding the beautiful house along with the privacy and seclusion. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. First and foremost, cleanliness is always a top priority for us, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that this house exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness. It was, without a doubt, the most immaculate rental home we have ever stayed in. Kudos to the hosts for maintaining such high standards! One of the highlights of our stay was the chef's kitchen. As food enthusiasts with an executive chef in the family we thoroughly enjoyed cooking and preparing delicious meals in this well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to whip up culinary delights. Additionally, the playground, hot tub, game room, and the gym in the garage provided endless entertainment for both kids and adults alike. It was a perfect balance of relaxation and fun. The memories we created during our stay will be cherished forever. The spaciousness of the house allowed our family to bond and enjoy quality time together. I cannot say enough nice about the house, it was truly spectacular and has everything you need for a great trip regardless of the time of year. Mt Pisgah Manor was amazing! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of gathering space in the kitchen, living room and game room for our group of 9. We greatly enjoyed the game room and the views of the mountains! We were lucky enough to even see some wildlife. Lyndsay was always friendly and prompt to respond to any questions we had.

Amazing house! Fully equipped with tons of outside space for yard games. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The application process was a bit rigorous as they required waivers and a photocopy of IDs from all guests, but it was worth the hassle.

We loved our experience. The house was perfect for our group. It was clean, spacious, and an easy drive to Windham Mountain. The hot tub was excellent and a welcome respite after skiing. The owners were extremely communicative and available to answer any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, great hosts who were very attentive. 10 minute ride to Windham Mountain was incredibly convenient. We had 3 families and the house was perfect! The hot tub and fire pit was great and the game room entertained the kids for the whole weekend! Would definitely stay again!

This property was amazing and had more than enough room for my family of 9. It had everything I was looking for. The open floor plan of the main living area was spacious and full of natural light. We all enjoyed the downstairs game room having ping pong and basketball tournaments. After skiing, everyone enjoyed sitting in the hot tub or playing cornhole near the outside firepit. Sitting on the deck was amazing to relax with the fire pit and heaters just gazing out at the ski slopes and mountains. Another favorite spot was either one of the lofts to curl up on the comfy chair and read my book! We enjoyed everything about this property!! The owners were so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

This house was absolutely perfect for family ski trip. Everyone had their own space. The house was very clean. The communication with Lyndsay was great, the check in and check out process was very easy. Everyone agreed they loved the home, the location etc. Having the hot tub and game room for the little ones was a plus as well. I would definitely love to rent again and would definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling with a group.

Group of friends looking to enjoy a hike and fire-pit. This home is spectacular - bedrooms are well appointed, large beautiful deck, and large great room. We cooked in the kitchen too, as it was well supplied with utensils etc. Accurate photos and summary in this listing. Nestled in Mt. Pisgah State Forest so its quiet and peaceful.

The Manor was so much fun, we were there in the summer so a very different experience from the winter stays, but still a lot of fun things to do within 30 minutes of the house. The home was clean, the kitchen well stocked, owner was extremely responsive, and the game room was a huge hit for our kiddos. We had a great time and definitely hope to be back again!
