リクエストに対してスタッフ間の連絡が取れていないことが何度かあった。とにかく時間がかかる。チェックアウトの際、20分ほど待たされた。

Wonderful stay!

Great buffet breakfast, gym was well equipped, we’ll appointed rooms, and the staff were lovely.

pleasant hotel for short stay

clean room. Good breakfast , lovely staff

blocked toilet, initially didn’t get balcony room we booked, wifi terrible tv not watchable. location not great, not a lot of restaurants or shops within strolling distance .

high quality hotel

1. beautiful, high quality, and spacious room with full kitchen and washing machine 2. excellent staff that helps you with everything you need 3. very good, vegan friendly breakfast 4. nice pool 5. good Wi-Fi

1. location: it is far from the center and there are no restaurants in walking distance 2. it was a bit noisy, the hotel is next to a village with loud parties and karaoke

The room was nice and clean very comfortable beds and the swimming pool was outdoor but surrounded by the building so no wind comming in was beautifully done couldn't fault anything looking forward to becoming a regular as we travel to Cambodia at least 8 times a year great job and the finishes on the building were top standards not like some buildings were the walls arnt straight and the paint is peeling off the first year this place will last for decades well built congratulations best built place I seen in a long time regards Mr David Allison (CEO HARALI INVESTMENT PTY LTD )

A fantastic stay

Excellent stay. The check- in process was very smooth. The staff at the Front Desk was very polite and helpful. They always greeted me with a smile whenever we approached the reception. The coffee shop at the lobby “Aroma” had some delicious pastries. The staff at Aroma even suggested a few signature drinks to try which were very refreshing after a long day’s work. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the garden. Mr. Ran at the Front Desk assisted to make a dinner reservation at one of the Chinese restaurants in the city. The Buffet Breakfast at “Senses” had a wide variety of options. Mr. Alven, the manager at the restaurant was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that we had a good time while having our breakfast. The staff even arranged a small cake after breakfast since it was my birthday. We went to Senses again for lunch and tried the Fish Amok. It was one of the best Fish Amok I have had in a long time. It is a “must-try” if you are staying at Oakwood. We had requested for a late check out and the manager at the Front Desk, Ms. Ann Jee happily offered us a late check out till 3:00 pm. The place has a very positive vibe and the staff is amazing. I will definitely stay here during my next visit.

Very New Brand Hotel with very convenience access to a famous local restaurants in Eden Garden area. Hotel's room is very spacious and comfortable bed, also good WiFi.

A very little option was available for the breakfast.

It has been written on the hotel details that it is a five star hotel but actually this is not a hotel this is a service apartment. There was no room service available, no bar. The dinner was available only up to 8:30 in the evening. I am very much disappointed, it's really not worth for the money. Booking. Com need to review the details of this property..

Brand new hotel not far from city center. Reception staff are very kind and extremely helpful. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Exceptional Stay if you can Afford it

Staff is very Friendly and Helpful. Rooms were Clean and Tidy. Security was Good. All the Amenities mentioned were available and absolutely excellent except the swimming pool. Gym is equipped with Advanced Equipments. Complimentary Breakfast & Buffet was Excellent and Food was very Delicious. Overall, Very Pleasent Stay away from the Rush of Main City yet within Range of all the Accessibilities. Definitely recommended 👍

Nothing in Particular, Everything was Good. I just wish the Swimming Pool was Available when i visited.
