Wonder Quiet and Safe Stay

Very quiet and comfortable stay. It is most definitely what an American would call living in a "dorm suite" which what it is. You have a fine kitchen to use, wonderful views of the city, and everything you would need for a long term stay. The building is very secure. And I mean very. FOB access to almost everywhere and everything. Not a bad thing in this world of today. Building had all sorts of things to do, gym, billiards, ping pong, and even a "movie area". I didn't use them due to my busy days but very nice. The staff there were more than wonderful So great to help with anything. I really appreciated it! If I ever come to Manchester again, I will most definitely stay here. Oh, and very close to public transportation.

There were no bags in the bins anywhere. I had my own, but most people are slobs and could really dirty out a place die to stupidity. This is not really a dislike, just a reminder that you need rubbage bags in their containers.

There was a heavy smell coming from the rotten food inside the fridge. They changed my room. At the second one, there were someone else’s hairs on the floor. To sum up, I do not believe they clean the rooms after check out. They are not a professional hotel, just dorm…

Handy and comfy private room in an ideal location

Quite clean, safe and comfy. Privacy. Very nice shared facilities.

Though the atmosphere is decidedly student-focused it's not a very sociable place. More like a functional one.

Not much info on check in regarding things like work, laundry and the person on reception didn’t know how to help.

A good place having average amenities and not so good staff

Location and surrounding areas, proximity to restaurants and tram stop

The charging point didn't work. There were no garbage disposable dustbins, not in the room and surprisingly not in the toilet also. After 8 if you ask anything at reception theyday8, sorry please check with the morning staff

Very modern clean and good value for money.

Great price, modern and well maintained. Ideal for a solo traveller (which I was)

No bin in the room, had to take your litter and put in the bin outside the building which was full because everyone was doing the same. Soaps and shower gels were not restocked which will be something to consider if you are staying longer than one day.

If you’re alone and looking for a budget / clean accommodations in Manchester, this is the place!

The room was located on the 12th floor with a nice view of the city. It was very clean. A decent property, if you’re traveling alone within Manchester. The common room facilities were good too and you can choose to interact with students who live in the building and socialize.

On my arrival they hadn’t provided any toiletries including toilet papers; however when I approached the reception they were apologetic and provided the necessary items without much delays.
