About this house rental

Home feels like a Zen Retreat nestled near the base of Thunder Mountain in W. Sedona. Spectacular views and walking distance to Trails! Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Soak in our 6-person Hot Tub after hiking! Fire up the Barbecue on the back porch or sip a cup of your favorite brew on the front deck in this extremely quite neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac.
This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, vaulted ceiling, split floor plan, and washer/dryer. Perfect for couples or families. Sleeps up to 6! Renew yourself in this private home– a rare gem just below the stunning Thunder Mountain.
After an adventurous day on the nearby trails, unwind in solitude & find rejuvenation at last! Enjoy the outdoor spaces in the front and back yard. There is a propane grill, a firepit, table and chairs and other outdoor seating. Relax and enjoy! We are in the heart of West Sedona and close to multiple trails, Oak Creek, restaurants and stores. The home offers beautiful views and both a front deck and back patio for guests to enjoy. Laundry room with washer/dryer is available for guests. However, please note that our cleaning people may access the laundry room from outside door to get supplies and possibly do laundry. We ask that you keep the interior laundry room door locked.
We live in W. Sedona ourselves and will be available to guests as needed. Quiet neighborhood near trails and the Ambitha Stupa. Bike or ATV rentals nearby. Many wonderful restaurants and shopping within a few miles away. About 6 miles to Slide Rock State park, 4 miles to Red Rock Crossing, and only a couple miles to Devil's Bridge trail head. Sedona has Uber and Lift available for transportation. will be renting the main home on the property.
Please note that there is also a small casita (2 guests max) on the property. There is privacy fencing that separates the properties. There are also two separate drives and a private entry for each rental. The space of the living room has a comfy full size futon for the smaller ones. Directions for the firepit are on the inside of the firepit door.

Our stay in Sedona was the favourite in our 3 week road trip. What a beautiful house, equipped with everything we could need. Comfortable, clean & cool...the hot tub and firepit were a bonus. We even saw a family of wild Javelinas & their babies in the garden one night! Thank you

I stayed with my family at Teresa's house, wonderful stay! The house is very spacious, beautiful, impeccably styled and very clean. It has a lovely backyard. We found everything we needed to enjoy our vacation and more! The communication with the hosts was excellent, I recommend 100%!

We stayed for two nights as a quick stop in Sedona and were very happy. Place is in a great location to explore Sedona and escape some of the traffic. The Thundermountain trailhead is extremely close and is a great early morning hike. Hot tub is well maintained and hosts are very accessible.

This spacious house had everything !! Great outdoor spaces, great views, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and great decor too. It's in a quiet residential area, but near the main road, and you can hike from the door or drive to anywhere pretty quickly. Theresa's response to any questions we had was very quick and she was very easy to communicate with. Coming from the UK I doubt if we will ever see Sedona again but if we do, we will definitely be staying in this house !!

This property was perfect. The host provided updates, property was very clean and comfortable, the hot tub was refreshing after a day of hiking. The location was ideal, close to trails, restaurants and shopping. Back yard view was beautiful with a variety of birds to watch. We enjoyed our time there, would stay again and would highly recommend.

We were very comfortable using this nice Sedona home. The Owner said she would turn the lights on since it was dark when we arrived. Sure glad she did since there are few street lights and the roads are curvy in this part of Sedona. House was well equipped even though we did not use the kitchen for more than coffee. Many options for sitting to relax in the house and especially on the patio. Great walking path behind the house.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Nice clean home with good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and was within walking distance to some amazing hiking trails. Quiet neighborhood, well maintained property, great backyard with a view, easy communication with the owners, and a very short drive into town.

Traveled to Phoenix for a concert and were lucky enough to spend a couple days in Sedona as well. The home is in a nice residential area close to the main village. The rooms were comfortable and plenty of supplies in the kitchen. The bbq and hot tub, fire table and patio were nice features as well and we enjoyed it all! Would have loved to stay longer and if we get back to Sedona will definitely book here again.

The whole experience from check-in to check-out was wonderful. It was such a beautiful property. The view in the back yard is AMAZING!! The neighborhood was very quiet. There are lots of things to do in the area and some pretty great food!

My husband’s brother and sister I law were visiting from Germany and we wanted to share more of the beautiful USA with them. To us Sedona is breathtaking and worth sharing with family. Stunning Views was the perfect place and location. We were close to hiking trails, Old town Sedona, grocery stores and a Catholic Church. The house had a wonderful back yard with multiple seating areas and a table in front to enjoy our morning coffee in the sunshine. The master bedroom as well as the bathroom were comfortable and very spacious. The other two bedrooms were wonderful for our other family members. We enjoyed a great time at Stunning Views.

This home is in a good location which is a plus. We had everything we needed. You can see the hosts thoughtfully provided things you might need. Property is dated, and needs more lighting. Difficult to get to rear yard due to very high step down. Beds are good. I would suggest removing any religious statues and paintings. My crew did not enjoy seeing them. The price is high for the quality of accommodation.

We got in late than we hoped, but first thing everybody did was play tetherball.... the video still brings tears to my eyes, so funny. The place had everything we needed. Cotton sheets would have been preferred for the hot nights, but all in all ir was a great time
