The views were amazing and the constant sound of the river is so relaxing.

We had a lovely time staying at this property. It was clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views throughout the rooms.
The river access in the backyard was such a treat to cool off from the August Heat.
The grill is charcoal but we were quickly able to pivot to using the kitchen. And sunrise breakfasts and evening dinners out on the spacious patios easily accommodated the whole family.
Little things like having a universal charger by the front door and an abundance of towels for everybody made everyone's stay extra comfortable

The house was wonderful. Nice layout, roomy and comfortable. Slept at night with the window cracked to listen to the sound of the river below. Had a deer come visit in the front yard each day we were there. The river and mountain view from the back deck are fantastic. Although it's not that far from Sequoia National Park, be aware that the roads are slow and twisting. To get to General Sherman is about an hour drive from the park entrance. But the park is absolutely worth it. Had a great time there. House was relaxing to come back to after sight-seeing each day. Communication with owners was good.

Location next to the river with great views, overall good cleanliness however kitchen needs updating and a good clean (oven, pots), bathrooms a bit aged, nice Hot Tub

The description of River's Edge was right on, and just as we hoped, it was the perfect place for our sprawling family to gather together. All spaces - bedroom, dining, living - were modern and spacious. The hot tub was warmed for our arrival, and the river below was a source of unending entertainment. We would definitely recommend!

This property is a gem. The river is below the house & was so fun to dip in. Hot tub was fantastic, as was the giant lawn surrounding the house. Well appointed vacation spot with easy access to the Sequoias.

We were in the area for our son’s wedding. The location was beautiful with the running river next to the property.
Inside the property it had everything we needed to feel at home. Wonderful place I’d stay there again and will tell friends about this property.

What a location! About an hour drive to Sequoia. Beautiful right by the river and nature (deer, butterflies, fireflies). Fell asleep to soothing river sounds. Nataliya and Nancy were very communicative. Great spot for family and dog friendly!

This was a great stay. We were close to the park though because it is a windy road it was about 1 hr.
The hot tub was a big hit and the river was amazing even though we could not get in because the current was super strong.
The owner was very responsive when needed and small issues were promptly resolved.

This place was absolutely perfect for my family and I. They had everything we could possibly need and more. My favorite part was being able to open the window at night and fall asleep to the white noise of the river rushing. The owners were so accommodating and quick to respond. We are already talking about when we can return.
