Hotel hat keinen Aufzug, aber Koffer wurden sowohl bei An- als auch bei Abreise von einem starken Mann geschleppt. Die Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, aber wirklich klein. Insgesamt ist der Preis, die Lage und die Sauberkeit aber sehr gut. Für ältere Semester wohl wegen der Stockbetten eher schwierig. Aussicht ging in den Innenhof, allerdings auf eine Wand, Licht gab es nur indirekt. Zimmerservice gab es keinen, für unsere 3 Nächte war das aber ok.
Zum Schlafen super, ein wenig mehr Platz um zwei Koffer gleichzeitig zu öffnen wäre schön gewesen. Eine zweite Person musste immer ins Bad oder auf ihr Bett, damit die andere im Koffer kruschen konnte. Einen Schrank vermisst man auch. Im Bad fehlten mir Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Tür zum Bad besteht nur aus einer Plastikscheibe zum Zuziehen. Privatsphäre ist daher eher eingeschränkt.

Nel complesso può passare,noi in 8 giorni ci siamo stati solo per dormire da 4/5 ore a notte per il resto le stanze sono minuscole senza appoggi per valige,sono passati a cambiare gli asciugamani due volte,il bagno schiuma lo devi chiedere ogni giorno se no non te lo danno così come lo shampoo,la camera non è mai stata pulita in una settimana,il personale è gentile sono tutti ragazzi giovani,deposito bagagli a 2 euro per valigia,chiedono cauzione di 150 euro che poi restituiscono se lasci la camera in ordine

Quartos com limpeza precária, inclusive encontrei uma barata. Roupas de cama com manchas e travesseiros sem fronha. O banheiro não tem box, apenas uma divisão pequena de acrílico o que faz com que o banheiro fique totalmente molhado. A porta do banheiro não fechava. O hotel não tem elevador.

Não foi a primeira vez que imprevistos ocorreram me forçando a troca ou ate uma impossibilidade de viajar. Mas, no entanto, por outro lado a total desconsideração tanto por parte da BOOKING e do Hotel no tocante à solução do problema.
Na verdade os hoteis de NY estão pouco se importando em agradar os turistas brasileiros. Em nada acarretaria de prejuizos em trocar a estadia. Me desculpem mas dizer que não consegue entrar em contato com o hotel, pelo amor de Deus.
Por outro lado, também o hotel em não mais responder as minhas solicitações nesse jogo de empurra para a Booking e vice versa a Booking empurrar para o hotel.
Foi a ultima vez que alugarei com voces pelo 2º prejuizo a mim causado. Ja foram duas estadias perdidas. Uma foi culpa minha em reservar com a data usada. Mas, esta a empresa que vendeu a passagem aérea faliu.
Então, não tem desculpa em não entenderem e ajudarem na troca das estadias para qualquer data futura.

Foi a nossa primeira visita a Nova York (minha esposa e eu) e consideramos tudo perfeito!
A localização do hotel é excelente, atendeu bem o nosso planejamento de visitas aos pontos turisticos da ilha. Como ele fica numa parte central, ficou tudo muito bem alinhado com o nosso planejamento. Fica próximo das estações de metrô de Port Autority e da Times Square. Se você estiver pensando em alugar carro... esqueça! Dá pra chegar nos principais pontos de Manhattan de metrô. Basta pegar um metrocard, optar por passeio ilimitado por 7 dias e partir para os pontos turísticos. Vale a pena pegar o mapa da rede de metrô que são disponibilizados nas estações, isso evita de ficar mexendo no celular o tempo todo.
Entramos em contato com o hotel para saber se poderíamos deixar as nossas mochilas lá, porque chegaríamos bem cedo, antes do horário do check-in. Fomos informados que "sim", e assim o fizemos. A entrada do hotel é bem pequena e discreta (o hotel é pequeno). Fomos atendidos inicialmente por Carina (me perdoe se o nome estiver errado, mas foi o que entendi), atendente muito gentil e educada, e essa foi a impressão que tivemos dos demais funcionários também. Deixamos as mochilas lá e aproveitamos a manhã para visitar alguns pontos turísticos nessa área central de Manhattan, depois retornamos para fazer o check-in.
As instalações são simples, mas tudo muito limpo e organizado. Acredito que não possui elevador, se tem eu não utilizei. Não estou comentando isso como ponto negativo, somente como uma informação. Se você precisa de elevador é bom entrar em contato para tirar essa dúvida. O quarto é pequeno, mas se encaixou perfeitamente com nossa viagem. Como falei... tudo bem limpo! Chegamos apenas com mochilas grandes, porque depois de NY nossa viagem continuou pela costa leste rumo ao sul, então, basicamente, só precisávamos de um lugar para dormir. O quarto possui frigobar, micro-ondas, ar-condicionado e a cama é muito confortável.
Não tenho nada de negativo para apontar, cheguei sabendo bem o que o hotel tinha para oferecer e atendeu bem as minhas necessidades.

Very little was liked about the property. It was not like its pictures and there was very little value for money. Felt like a hostel. Credit to the staff as they were accommodating.
Booking.com should really do more homework on their properties. There was very little value for money here, having stayed in a few comparable places this is overpriced by at least $75 per night. I feel quite ‘dooped’ into what we thought was a hotel, photos were significantly touched up. We had a 3 hour delay and I couldn’t reach the front desk, apparently phone issues for a while. The hotel was more like a hostel. There was no working desk. The bathroom door was a thin piece of plastic. The carpets were worn in the hallway. No lift. No kettle in the rooms. Walls are thin so lots of outside noise.

Posizione centralissima a due minuti da Times square e dalla subway. Proprio sotto c’è un posto che fa colazione a buffet (25$) e intorno ci sono una marea di bar e ristorantini. Consiglio spassionato, portatevi delle salviette igienizzanti per dare una pulita in giro. Ci sono shampoo balsamo bagnoschiuma asciugamani e phon.
Non c’è ascensore e tutte le stanze sono su, le valigie ve le portate soli. Non hanno mai pulito la stanza ne cambiato gli asciugamani in 7 giorni.

Logement parfaitement situé. A proximité de tout: métros, restaurants, fast-food, supérettes ...
Lit très confortable. Petit mais suffisant si vous profitez pleinement de New-York la journée et ne rentrez à l'hôtel que pour dormir/se laver.
Très petit donc compliqué d'organiser/ranger les valises.
Bruyant mais c'est le prix à payer pour avoir une aussi bonne localisation.

The location was great and the staff who helped with our suitcases were very keen to help. It was great value for New York. Even though the room was tiny, we had everything we needed. A great room if you're touring all day. The hotel looked after our luggage after checking out at a cost of $2 a bag - this helped us a lot.
The staff behind the desk at both shifts were quite unfriendly and more interested in what was happening on their phones. There are 5 or 6 stories to this building with no lift. It wasn't a problem for us, but it may be for some - something to keep in mind.

Ubicación muy buena, cerca de la parada del metro, centro de la ciudad y de casi todas las actividades que hicimos.
La habitación estaba bien, al final, en nuestro caso solo la queríamos para ducharnos y dormir.
Que no tenga ascensor. Hay ruido en la calle (lógicamente estás en el centro). En mi caso yo dormí bien y no es algo que el hotel puedo mejorar, si quieres puedes irte a otra zona más alejada y tener que depender del metro siempre.

It is a good location, rooms are smaller than expected but thats okay.
Staff was not too caring, when we asked for second key from the room - a staff member gave it to us just by asking how many nights we are staying for and room number, and I believe even a stranger could get a card to access our room. The door to bathroom is just a sliding plastic wall, and you can hear everything that happens inside. And at night - its is a little bit noisy because you can hear everything outside.

Excellent location very well located for visiting the main sites and near subway and bus station. Large choice of restaurants and takeaways close by. Overall location was absolutely brilliant for the price paid. Security deposit returned few hours after check out and no additional charges as was reported by other reviews. Luggage storage 2 dollars handy to have mini fridge in room which was handy to have WiFi password didn't work however we asked again and got a list of WiFi passwords and one worked so we had WiFi in the end.
Bed sheets weren't clean enough shower doors bit loose so have to be careful. The beds were comfortable but you have to be careful getting onto the top bunk of the double bed. 1st receptionist wasn't particularly friendly but the other receptionist was very nice

Great location in the heart of Manhattan. Hotel was pet friendly, and the staff was really nice and helpful.
Rooms are super super small, being two persons only one could put his clothes on while the other was in the bathroom. The first room we had was extremely warm but the staff helped us change to another (smaller) one.

Room was small. And I mean SMALL! But we were only staying one night for a Broadway show so it was ok.

The location was great. It was super easy to walk to most of what we planned to see and the train was only blocks away for those things that were farther.
It is loud, you hear police cars all night. People in the halls and on the stairs talking. You hear everything.
The staff wasn't overly helpful. The front board on the bunk bed came off leaving exposed screws. This was never fixed even with multiple requests. Instead I got stabbed by the screws each time I got out of the bed. The pictures are from when I put the board back up but each time you got back in the bed it would fall again.
Then on the last day the cleaning person came early. We said we were checking out at 11am but they still came back before then. It isn't a big deal but bothersome since we already expressed what time we were leaving and it was 2 hours before that time.

The location of the property was great, very central to everything!
Our first room the sheets were dirty, the tv didn’t work and had god knows what smeared on the walls! I went and asked reception to change rooms which they did and the second room also had dirty sheets, there was damp all around the room with the paint peeling away from the wall, again the tv didn’t work and all the receptionist could offer was some extra sheets for us to change ourselves and guess what these turned out dirty as well! We ended up sleeping in full clothing as we felt dirty and disgusting and if it wasn’t Christmas time so all other hotels booked up and it being gone midnight we would have found another hotel! I paid £119.89 damage deposit when we arrived with being promised it will be refunded with 14 days of departure and we’re now at the 4 week mark and still no refund! I have made a complaint to the company and still no response! Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel!

The hotel does not have an elevator. The listing should have mentioned this. The room is not quiet. One can hear the subway from the room. The room has no natural light. The window looks out into building shaft. The pigeons are loud.

Le personnel non agréable qu’on a l’impression d’embêter à chaque question et de toute façon quand on a besoin de quelque chose c’est non. Télé qui ne fonctionne pas c’est normal, lit sans drap à l’arrivée et personnel qui fait celui qui ne comprend pas, aucun effort de communication.

TV never works, first two rooms were dirty, the bed never seems to have clean sheets, i found finger nails in one of the rooms before i had it switched, bathroom wasn’t too clean, the shower hand held broke off the ceiling and knocked the soaps out of the wall.

Sehr zentrale Lage an der 8th Avenue, nur 10 Minuten vom TimesSquare entfernt. Supermarkt sowie Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. U-Bahn in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
„Badezimmer“ etwas klein und muffig, Fenster im Zimmer geht in einen Lüftungsschacht, Zimmer wurde bei einer Woche Aufenthalt nur 1x gereinigt. Da hätte ich mir mehr erwartet.
