Werescote View is a delightful, ground floor holiday apartment located within the owners’ property but retaining privacy with its own garden. Enjoy, too, the property’s 22-acre grounds which lead on to plenty of walks. This is an ideal base for get-togethers with family or friends alike. Enjoy the breathtaking views over Whiteball. The Whiteball Tunnel is famous both for its designer, Brunel, and also as the scene of the first ever achievement of a speed of 100mph by a steam train, namely ’The City of Truro’ in May 1904. Discover Tiverton with its castle and bustling old market; a visit to Exmoor National Park is not be missed either. Minehead and North Devon, with sandy beaches, are within easy reach. The town of Wellington is within 3½ miles of the property, where an excellent range of shops can be found. Taunton is within 10 miles. The city of Exeter is approximately 22 miles; brimming with history and heritage, it offers many visitor attractions to keep you entertained for hours on end. From the magnificent cathedral to the historic quayside, there’s so much to see and do in this fascinating city. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 300 yards.
