Great hotel. One note: the coffee in the room was not free.

After six years, we have returned to this hotel for our second visit.
The hotel is situated approximately 10 minutes away from Akasaka-Mitsuke Station.
When you exit the elevator on the 36th floor, the stunning and beautiful floor-to-ceiling window awaits you.Views of Akasaka's street scenery are available through floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby. The staff's politeness and professionalism make the check-in process pleasant.
A faint smell can be felt on the way from the lobby to the room. The hallways on each floor are quiet and the orange color scheme is a great way to relax.
Compared to the twin rooms we stayed in before, the triple room is slightly larger.Despite the carpet being a bit old, the room remains clean and bright. The TV is of good size and has excellent sound quality.
The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The faucet provides strong water pressure, the bed is moderately firm, and the pillows are very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
In general, it's still a fantastic hotel, and we're excited to come back one day!

Incredible property!

The property and room was beautiful and the service we received from the staff was second to none. It was one of the best hotel stays we have ever experienced.

I stayed for 4 nights to start my honeymoon. Amazing experience. The staff was above excellent. Hotel is beautiful. 5 starts. Hotel in quiet and elegant area of Tokyo. Subway less than a block away. Perfect stay! Will definitely recommend.

Excellent hotel with great rooms and fantastic staff. Great transportation links from the nearby train stations.

Very big Hotel, friendly staffs, very good view from the room.

This is a borderline 5 star hotel, but priced at an above average 5 star hotel. Lacks atmosphere and charm in a very inconvenient location. If you are visiting Tokyo for a conference and the conference is in the conference center of the same building, the location will work, but not otherwise. We asked the concierge to book a high end sushi restaurant, but concierge booked a very mediocre restaurant

This is a modern version of Akasaka Prince that was demolished in 2016. It is expensive but quality is good, especially suites.
4.7
Friendly, helpful, competent.
Luxury.

exceeded my expectations by a mile.

What a spectacular experience we had. Everything about this hotel is beyond superb. From the service, to the rooms, amenities, breakfast, location (so many subway lines) restaurants within the hotel area if you are too tired to go out. The attention to detail is beyond words. We loved our stay at this hotel and were sad to leave when it was time to move to our next destination.

It was a magical hotel with a very respectful staff!

They thought of everything you need in the room. Excellent and clean hotel
4.7
Excellent property although awkward having the lobby in the upper floor

The views from the room, from the bar area, from the buffet breakfast: WOW. Buffet breakfast was GREAT: Japanese breakfast (miso soup, rice, salmon, pickles), egg course (any way you like it, benedict or french toast) and cereal, yogurt, fruit, all sorts of pastries,
room: LOVE the bathtub and shower. Bed: so comfy!!
Concierge saved me by helping last minute book car transportation from airport! and booked fancy japanese restaurant for us.
4.7
The rooms were spacious and luxurious (amenities such as tooth paste, pajamas etc). The room service was fast and tasty. The front desk, house keeping were all incredible! The hotel is by far one of the best 5 stars we’ve stayed at.
4.7
Very hospitable. Love the incense everywhere

The staff are superb. Very professional yet very friendly and usually go above and beyond to make your time easier. The atmosphere outside is good for environment for everyone. As for the inside, this is the highlight. The view is stunning and the rooms are customized a different level.

Rooms with great views of the city, very helpful staff, excellent location convenient to subway and short taxi to Rappongi area - was really impressed by this hotel. Staff spoke good English, helped with all of our requests for more water and luggage forwarding and holding.

My reservation was for March 13. They closed most of their facilities on March 2 yet they never informed me (with 11 days until I arrived) that they had shut down half of their hotel because of Coronavirus. I understand why they closed their facilities, yet they surprised me with the information after I had already checked in. I stay at this property every time I’m in Japan and it is not cheap. The price I pay is not only for the room. It is for the fitness center, the pool, the buffet, etc. None of these facilities that I already paid for were available when I checked in. They did not offer anything to me to make up for the fact that I couldn’t use the facilities that I paid for. They wouldn’t give me late check out, they wouldn’t let me stay for tea time, they didn’t offer a room upgrade. Nothing. They just said everything is closed and that’s it. They set a reopening date of March 15 for the facilities which is the day after I stayed there. If they would have informed me about the closures in advance I could have rescheduled my booking to a date after March 15. I was extremely disappointed in how they handled the situation and I got very poor value for my money. This used to be my favorite hotel.

I booked a three-night stay in a Club Deluxe Twin room at the Prince Gallery and checked in on Tuesday 3 March 2020. Upon checking in I was told that all facilities at the fitness center and pool were closed because of the coronavirus. I was also told that service in the club lounge had been severely restricted – no breakfast and no buffet for afternoon tea or evening cocktails. Indeed the food served for evening cocktails consisted of a small plate of cold and very unappetizing dishes.
None of this information was communicated to me in advance of my stay. Also at no time during my stay was I offered any compensation like a free room upgrade or a complimentary meal at one of the restaurants. I thought as a Marriott BonVoy Gold Elite member, I would be entitled to a room upgrade subject to availability at check-in but the upgrade benefit was not offered period and no explanation was given. I had paid full price for full service but did not receive any of the main benefits I had paid for. It is like paying in advance for a four-course meal but then being told that three of the courses have been cancelled.
This is completely unacceptable. I feel both cheated and insulted.
I was very unhappy about the poor way I was treated at the hotel. It was all take but no give!

Enormous window in room providing a lot of natural light and a beautiful view, with a kind of 'day bed' in the bay window. Excellent bar downstairs. Walking distance from Ginza and Shinjuku, with some great amenities nearby too.

This hotel used to be Akasaka Price hotel. I didn't realized that until I arrived to the hotel. This hotel became so beautiful. I stayed at Conrad, Andes Tokyo during this trip and all those hotels were beautiful. However The Price Gallery hotel was my favorite hotel because of the view, comfortable bed. I'll stay this hotel again.
