We stayed in the Resort Tower of this property. We loved the layout of the room. However, it could use a little bit of cosmetic care as it is probably still the same as when it carried the Bally's name. Regardless, it didn't detract from the comfort or enjoyment of the room at all.

Best bang for your money! Excellent view of The Sphere! Very conveniently centered in the smack middle of the strip. Only thing that needs work is that casino smoke extractor!

The stay was good and were rooms were nice. The check-in was horrible. The line was 40 people deep and they only had two folks working the desk. One of the people was assigned to the VIP line which always had a person waiting. It took 90 minutes to check in. They have self service kiosks, but those kept giving me and others errors.
3.9
Very enjoyable. Check staff was very helpful.
3.9
Great place. Diamond in the rough.
3.9
There was only 2 people at check in at peak time with a 30 minute wait. They rely on aelf service check ins so if you have a question about the bill you dont have anyone to talk to.
3.9
This is a lower type property. Nothing fancy. However if you need a bed and shower and not much else the price is great.
I had a trade show and would come in at midnight or later and be gone by 7am.. perfect.
3.9
The room was great, however there were nail clippings on the edge of the bathtub so it made me question how clean everything was.
3.9
Everything was good except the check in process. We checked in early at the kiosk and waited for the email saying our room was ready. When we got the email, I did not know what to do next and a very rude woman directed me to a very long line to access the kiosk again with no explanation of why. She could have just told me "this is how you get your room keys".
3.9
It was nice but charges were generated that were unexpected. There is an extra $50 per day that is not listed here on Hotels.com so be careful. We didn’t get the room that actually pick out on Hotels.com. A room with a king bed was requested but we got a room with two queen beds instead. Rooms were clean but no place to warm food. Lots of places to shop and easy to catch the Monorail. Other than those hiccups pretty stay and trip.
3.9
It was a great location. Easy to find everything. Overall, I liked the Horseshoe hotel.
3.9
They have about 10 kiosk to check in, none of them worked neither online site…. Only 2 people working and every customer seemed to have some sort of problem because each role more than 10 minutes… and we were like 30 people waiting… at 2:30 am. Needless to say it was very frustrating.
3.9
Location excellent. Room very large. Interactions with staff very friendly.
Casino smoky more than others. Bed way too soft. Resort fees ridiculous!
3.9
The room did not get very cold, and the shower leaked water all over the floor. Other than that nice large room with a view of the sphere which was really cool. I actually think I liked this view better that being in the front tower with a strip view. Will be back.
3.9
When we reserved the hotel, the internet was included in the reservation, but when we made the check out they made a lot of charges including the internet and the parking althought it was included in the price showed. We felt cheated.
3.9
Average hotel but convenient , easy to get to strip
Connected to Paris

For an older Las Vegas hotel, the Horseshoe is not bad. It is well run; the staff is friendly; and the facility is not overly crowded. The rooms were dated but were large, tidy, and clean.

There is nothing good to write here. Only good location.
The stuff at reception are terrible. Needed 2h for check-in. Also then se ond day my card doesn’t work and tried just to reset them they made me stay again in line with people who check in additional 1h. I didn’t come here to stay in line for one stupid thing. They were also extremely rude and for hotel this size they have to have more stuff for sure.
Also they do everything so superficial without explaining anything. There is no way I would come here again or advice anyone else to come.
If you want your vacation to be nice avoid this place.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE
The lady at reception Gloria was super rude and treated me like a trash.

The room is spacious and very good
3.9
all of the employees are very rude the hotel is run down don't waste your money

Casino was a great experience however the rooms itself were not so great. We had several family members stay in multiple rooms and all of them had numerous AC problems. Sleeping or being in the room was rough. At times we were better off being outside than inside because of how hot it was in the room.
3.9
Front desk ladies rude, they don't even let you talk, bad accitude toward customers, making stupid rules just because you were in front of the front desk with your luggage (6 total), coffes, purse, etc in your hands. Hate this place, giving credit to expend instead giving us the money back, you didn't have the room that we pay for why you don't give us the money back, instead a credit for 50 bucks, that we have to expend in a cafeteria were the small bottle water is 7 dollars.?
3.9
The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue was the pool was closed on the days I was there.
3.9
Dirty. Dead big bug smashed on wall above window says it all. Not family friendly. Changed our room but still dirty and run down bathroom.
3.9
That long wait line and being charged 50 dollars for something. Not sure what the charge is even for at the moment.
3.9
I really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms are clean and the location is perfect. I would stay at the Horseshoe again.
3.9
We had added a night to a tour trip prior to arrival. and NO ONE told us we needed to revisit the front desk for new keys. So after the LONZG walk to our room we found our key card no longer worked. Had to make the LONG trip to front desk to get it resolved and get new cards.
Dissapointed the POOL has been closed for a long time, did enjoy the Paris pool however. Resort fee too high.
3.9
Our room was large and had two separate sinks in the bathroom area. The room was clean, housekeeping came daily, the bed was comfortable, and the lights and air conditioning all worked. Staff was helpful and got us a view of the Sphere. The only issue was with the parking garage. Due to construction and closed lanes we had to drive onto the Strip before we could go in the direction we wanted. To go east of the Horseshoe, we spent 15 minutes circling the block.
3.9
The bed was very comfy thats it.
The room was filthy dirty. Stains in every hallway carpet. I had to clean the window myself and the cloth was black afterwards. Behind the bed and behind the bedside tables was horrendous. Ive actually not seen anything like it. The pool was closed the entire time. The wifi rarely worked. The carpark pass that you pay for simply doesnt work ao you arr forever talking into the speaker with cars honking behind you. I compllained on day 2 of my 3 day stay and the girl just kinda looked at me and blankly blinked a frw times. There was a nicer lady upon checkout that took $100 off my bill. But to be honest why did i pay resort fees and carparking fees when nothing worked.
I would avoid and i am an avid traveller..

I've been staying here since it was Bally's for our annual convention at the Paris. It's in a little better shape then it was at the later part of Bally's ownership. Still don't like the early check-in fee. It felt good though to be upgraded even though I don't spend much time in the room. It was good to have all the restaurants in the food court open. Would like to see more and have some water fountains around so we can drink water while in the hotel.
3.9
WAIT OVER AN HOUR TO CHECK IN. NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE TO CHECK YOU IN OR CHECK OUT. PRICES ARE HIGH. ROOM FEES, RESORT FEES, TAXES, 20.00 A DAY PARKING. YOU WILL SPEND A LOT OF MONEY AT THE HORSESHOE. FOOD PRICES ARE HIGH.

First of all got all the way up to my room and the key card did not work, I call down to let them know and they said come down and replace being tired from my flight and recent knee surgery I thought they should’ve came up and fixed this issue. Eventually, they send security up just to open the door hallelujah. Then I get a call telling me that they can’t find my luggage because I left it there when I arrived because my room wasn’t ready so I walked around for a few hours which made my knee swell up and medicine was inside my luggage. So with that being said, I guess I’ll be staying elsewhere when I visit Las Vegas again.
3.9
It was just ok. We arrived 10 minutes before checkin time and were told there was a $20 fee or we could wait in line. Once we were able to check in we confirmed we had a king room. Once we got to the room we had 2 queens. We were told that what was available and we could change the next day. The room was pretty clean but the makeup mirror was broke and there were various stains on the walls

Nice hotel right on the strip
3.9
Room was clean and large.
Location was very walkable to much of the strip.
Staff was helpful and friendly.
3.9
The kiosk was not working and we waited 45 minutes to check in. Online I booked a room that said recently renovated but the room we got was not so newly renovated. However we do like the location of the Horseshoe, the tables with low minimums and the walkway to the Paris casino.
3.9
We did the self check in and dropped off bags early. Everything went very smoothly. Great location as well!
3.9
I expected the hotel to be in better shape since it’s “newer” but unfortunately the hotel and room were not in the best condition. The check in on the kiosk was a hassle and wouldn’t work but someone helped us out. Overall, the hotel was ok for a one night stay.

Was good.. like the location and staff was friendly..
