Very clean. Bed was comfortable. I Honestly can compare it to being as good as expensive hotels I've stayed in.

I had a lovely large room. Bed was very comfortable with 4 huge pillows. Sitting area by the window was very nice

The water in the shower was tepid at best. Kudos for two great coffee options in the morning! Good location!

Didn’t stain bed sheets because check in so late because delay my flight lol.southwest

Not having coffee or water in the room bothers me. I had to request an ironing board. And the mandatory resort fees are outrageous.

The folks at the front desk were very unfriendly and made the experience not very inviting to want to come back. Not solutions oriented. Checkin was 4PM and at 3:50 me to wait 10
More mins or they could charge me 25$ if I wanted to go now.

Late night Noisy neighbors and others with all incessantly bark dog (and paper-thin walls). Two complaints to management about noisy neighbors, two complaints re: barking dog — zero response from Harrah’s management. Lost sleep all four nights of my stay, impacting my sharpness as a tournament poker player. Won’t stay here again.

Room was above/next to a pavilion that has a band playing until 2 am. Could hear every word it was so loud. Staff at Harrahs would not change our room and said well you are in Vegas. I go to Vegas at least once a year and have never had it so loud.

Bands were playing outside the window until 2 am every night. So loud you could not hear the tv or go to sleep

Everyone at the front desk was great. Check in was easy and quick. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the shower and 2 large bags of dirty towels were left out in the hallway all night and the service elevator door was what I can only assume stuck open on our floor. The walls are also very thin, and it was loud throughout the night.

Harrah’s was fabulous! They came through for us after our flight to Santa Barbara flew to the coast and couldn’t land because of fog and returned to Vegas at 1am. Vegas was a layover for us and we couldn’t get a flight out until the next day. The National Junior Rodeo was in town and it was near impossible to find a room. After being quoted close to $600 by a couple of places, Harrah’s came in at hundreds less. Thank you Harrah’s!

Property was decent and certainly well worth the price. I do realize that price should be a factor in overall scoring so let me state that the hotel was worth the price paid. However, the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired as the rug, counters, mirrors and windows all had unvacuumed rugs / floors, cleanable stains, and fingerprints everywhere.

Good room but view was terrible

Had a great time, good views and great positioning on the strip! Thought the F1 would hinder us a bit but actually was fine!

Besides being charged for every single thing from parking to a refrigerator. Following the first day, there was no service to the room for cleaning or towel changes. I feel like we were certainly charged for every amenity even though we did not use any of them. The people at the front desk were not the friendliest upon check-in and neither was the manager that suggested leaving a tip for to the customer service people at the front desk for better service and upgraded amenities.

No complaints - enjoyed the atmosphere and your employees

It was a good stay outside the fact we had to pay for parking each day. That was pricey. I wouldn't think we would have to pay for parking at the hotel I was staying at. This was a first for me. I wouldn't stay again due to that factor. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Here’s what to admire about the hotel:
It’s harrah’s casino. Vintage (dated) but classic hotel, cheaper of all the Caesars Rewards Hotels.
The room was $9 plus $50 resort fees.
The hotel incidentals/security deposit was a refundable $50/night. I was there only one night. Deposit took over a month to be returned.
Room was dated, as to be expected, the in room amenities were basic and honestly sad. Dated ≠ dirty room.
If you’re there to sleep - great. No issues with cleanliness. It provided me a place to sleep that was central on the Las Vegas strip.
The view was … scary? but I wasn’t there for the view. But it did make me wonder if the room view was of a “back patio” for a mob boss to kick the living hell out of someone. See photo.
I normally avoid dated hotels like this one and go for something with more excitement or more of a modern theme than 1950’s Tony Bennett.
5/5 for having a 24/7 Starbucks on site.
Checkout is at noon. Early check in and late checkout is not worth the extra cost.

The room looks like it was remodeled which was a nice surprise. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Love that the casino is centralized so its easy to walk around to popular places.

Great Stay, I would absolutely stay again. The only issue i had was the shower, standup shower and water was everywhere because of the position the shower head and no door to help keep the water from the shower in the shower area. Made it very slippery when i step out because the shower stand towel on the floor was completely soaked.

Easy to check in via the machine, only thing is my rooms AC did not work properly. It never really for very cool in there so it wasn’t as comfortable for me.

Check-in was a terrible experience.
Front Desk Staff were not very warm or welcoming; they did not make you feel like a valuable customer

The people there were really rude. The workers in the room that we got was the wrong one.

Harrah's was much nicer than we expected. The room was perfect (king) and large with a view of the pool and the High Flyer. Smoking is still allowed in casinos so be prepared, but they definitely have some sort of light fragrance system that worked very well. Easy to get to all of the other casinos (Caesars across the st). Not far from food at the Linq promenade as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

I was hoping for a coffee machine in the room

We came to see the Donny Osmond show. Checking in was a hassle. It looked like the people behind desk didn't want to help anyone. A gal came up to us and told us to use the self check-in machine. We tried and it failed. Had to get someone behind the desk to help. Finally got a room but when we walked in, it smelled so strong of cleaner it was chocking us. We went to the Donny show but had to walk through the smoke filled casino to get there. It was choking. After the show we had to walk back through the smoke filled casino. We went to the front desk and asked for another room because we were chocking on cleaner. She told us they didn't have another room but sent a tech with an ozone machine to scrub the room. That took an hour. When we got back to the room after the ozone, we were chocking on ozone. We opened the door and stood outside the room hoping it would dissipate soon. 30 minutes later we were still chocking. It's 11:30 pm now and we are very tired. We finally took our luggage back to the front desk and demanded another room because we couldn't breath in the last one. Finally gave us another room and it was breathable. It's now after midnight. We slept in and barely checked out at 11 am the next day.
We were not impressed with our stay.

It was my first time traveling to Vegas and I am disappointed in my hotel experience. When I arrived on Sunday, November 10th, the room I was provided had not been cleaned and there was vomit on the toilet in the bathroom. When I went down to the front desk to let them know, they seemed indifferent and switched my room assignment with no apology.
Throughout the week there were no major issues.
However, on the morning of Friday, November 15th, I went to get ice at 8:30am and when I went back to scan into my room, I was locked out. When I went down to the front desk I was met with the same indifference that I encountered on Sunday night. The front desk employee gave me a new card to try and informed me that the battery in the door is probably low and maintenance would be up to let me in if it didn’t work. I went back upstairs and waited over 10 minutes for maintenance, but they never came. I went back down to the front desk to inform them maintenance never came and they called them again. I went back up, waited another 5 minutes and maintenance finally let me in. Maintenance informed me that Harrah’s internal system has been mistakenly logging people out earlier than their check out time and that I was experiencing that situation.
It had been over 30 minutes that I was locked out. For no reason other than Harrah’s system malfunctioning. Finally, when I went down to check out and explain the events of my stay, there was not an employee to be found in the lobby.

Would like paper litrerature with info on on-site restaurants, transportation info(e.g. monorail, bus), maps.
No soap dish- caused untidy sink counter area
Towels awful! Scratch, one had a hole.
Ivy worked well, housekeeping promptly provided additional towels/cups.

I have been going to Las Vegas for years.
From 1990 to 2004. I always enjoyed the experience getting many comps, seeing many shows and especially enjoying the great food with great prices.
It was culture shock when I visited Las Vegas The end of October 2024. First of all dining in restaurants was unbelievable. Imagine spending $80.00 a day for breakfast for 2 adults then dinner at least $125 to $200.00 then drinks are at least $20.00 person in Harrahs. Didn't take me long to realize I was being screwed out of any money I had come with to play with in the casino.
What the hell happened to the old Las Vegas Strip where seniors loved to go for the great food, gambling, hotel rooms etc Well friends that is definitely a thing of the past.
Anyone going there now be sure to bring a few thousand dollars because it is nothing like the old Vegas.
All these new casinos they care nothing about the customer and giving him something for the thousands he spends. Forget it they are definitely in it for making money and screw you the customer.
Harrahs does not even clean your room everyday, you must hunt up the housekeeping staff Everyday and tell them to clean your room. This when paying $200.00 a day for that room which does not even include a microwave or coffee for the coffee maker. YES, they do not give you these amenities because they want you spending money to buy and spend.
I could not believe how this city has changed also very few seniors. Stay Away.

There was no water on the second night to flush the toilet or take a shower. I’m requesting for a full refund. That’s so shameful because I have business guests.
