Place was stunning. Could not believe the price vs. the experience. Wondeful bang for your buck. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, place was beautiful and well maintained. Will absolutely recommend to anyone.

the only issue we had was one of the TV's didn't work properly and our refrigerator didn't work. But, overall the King Suite was a fabulous room/rooms and we completely enjoyed our stay. Very pet friendly and the Bistro was a great touch.

The place is beautiful. The staff super friendly. We had a King Suite and it was great, except the refrigerator didnt work and ine of the TV's was intermittent. Close to food, has a bistro which was great. Very pet friendly, had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was clean and secure. The outside was not secure. The hotel was surrounded with homeless, drug deals, people urinating in the parking lot. The police were in the parking lot day and night dealing with trouble. The rooms were reported to be recently renovated. The room ac was so loud it sounded like a semi was parked in the room. Way over priced for the quality.

We booked this hotel because they posted that they have an airport shuttle. This is a misrepresentation. Upon arrival in Santa Fe we were told that their shuttle didn't start running until after 9:00 a.m. when their driver arrived. We ended up paying for an Uber to get us to our flight on time. We travel a lot and have never before encountered this situation of no shuttle before 9:00 a.m.

From the time we walked in the front door until the time we left, this property was a total pleasure. Trinity checked us in and she is helpful, knowledgeable and very client oriented in every way. The parking was excellent. Our room was fantastic. Clean, everything in excellent condition. The did not overlook a single element. I slept great! Throughout our stay, each and every Marriott staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The grounds are also very pleasant with attractive and comfortable places to sit. The food was excellent and the coffee was outstanding. We will return to this property next time and highly recommend Marriott Courtyard, Santa Fe!

Dog friendly, loved the 2 hot tubs and indoor pool and the bistro downstairs. And location is close to everything. Staff are very help and friendly. They keep the place really neat and clean.

Parker at front desk greeted me with a smile, was quick and courteous. In addition, she showed me how to find my room and the closest elevator with a map which was much appreciated!

The hotel appeared to be in a homeless area as homeless people were on every street corner. we attempted to eat at a near by drive in restaurant and we observed homeless people begging around the vehicle and even one person preparing to shoot up what I assume to be drugs. The refrigerator froze all the food that we put in it. We even had a can of soda explode inside it.

Both front desks were often left completely unattended. We found used dirty towels in our bathroom upon arrival. The rooms phone was broken. One hot tub was out of order and the other was cold. Swimming pool full of human hair. Ive stayed in places for half the price that didn't have these issues.

I specifically booked this hotel for the airport shuttle. When I checked in, I was told the shuttle service doesn't begin until after 9 am. My flight was at 7:20 am, so there actually was no hotel shuttle available. When I contacted the hotel manager when I returned home, he stated that their information states "9 am to 9 pm" - not information on Hotels.com, and "contact hotel for shuttle hours", also not stated on Hotels.com. I could have stayed with friends in Santa Fe for free, but was trying to avoid bothering them for a ride to the airport. The hotel was okay, but I feel scammed.

The staff was untrained and way over their head with common issues. There was zero management presence and the front desk girl was 18 and had no idea what she was doing. Tried to charge me for an extra night. Cried and called the police when she had to get me a receipt and checked out bc she felt “attacked” by my asking for her to get help with these tasks she could nit complete. Then, she charged my teenage daughters debit card over $300 for that extra night she was attempting to charge..for the day of checkout at 9 am! All this after our car was broke into and robbed in their “ secure” parking area with lights blown out and no cameras. This is not how Marriott hitels want to operate and i am pressing theft by taking charges for making an unauthorized charge to a debit card that was not used as any part of ozr reservation.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel stay! I’ve stayed in Santa Fe many times and have stayed at some poor hotels unintentionally and was really trying to find something nicer for a good price. The price is a little higher than other hotels and for the area you wouldn’t think it should be priced higher. But I was very pleased at how safe I felt and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean enough (room phone was kinda dirty and gross) but the bed was comfortable, walls are not sound proof but we had no issues with noise from the street or neighbors. I would definitely stay here again. The homeless mentioned in other reviews might be because there is a shelter just a few minutes up the street from here, but there wasn’t any body lingering in the parking lot while we stayed here. You can definitely walk to a few places near by if needed. I personally rate it 7/10, would stay again!

We picked this hotel because they had 2 indoor hot tubs. When we arrived both hot tubs were not working. Also the room was very sterile not pne picture on the wall. We let the person kknow who eas in charge. The response was not hood he didnt even apologize. We eill neber go to this hotel again!

Stayed here with a family of 4 and 2 pets. The king suite was spacious with one room and a living room. Comfortable and reasonably priced. The bistro offers a diverse menu and a bar. The food was good and very convenient on a winter night to not have to leave the hotel after travelling for 8 hours. Would definitely stay here again.

The service, the room, the open air center, the coffeebistro/breakfast, the fine drinks, along with excellent dinner made for a wonderful evening the only thing that can negatively be stated on is the street Cerillos being what it is. That being said its a lovely, friendly, secure, and comfortably welcoming hotel.
