The hotel presents the illusion of cleanliness, however, once we pulled back the covers on the bed, we found strands of hair. In addition, there was hair left on the countertop, the coffee machine, and in the bathroom. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom was molded at the bottom. Finally, the phone in the room did not work. The manager apologized and offered us free waters from their store.

Although, I was there for one night, I still had a very pleasant experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The only issue that I had was the wait time for a room to become available. I arrived earlier than 3pm. I expressed that I was there for a show that started at 5. But overall, I would definitely come back.

We waited almost an hour to be checked in which is ludicrous. My husband was waiting in the line for us and I was sitting in the lobby about 50 feet away with our children. He got to the front of the line after 25 minutes and was told because the room was in my name she couldn’t help him and to go to the back of the line (which was probably about twenty people long at this point). Instead of just letting him take two seconds to come and get me and it would have been easily resolved. We had to wait for another 45 minutes with two kids under 3. She also kept stopping to talk to another lady who kept just walking up to the desk? Not sure why they felt that was the appropriate time to have their personal conversations with so many guests waiting.
The room itself was fine and good for what we needed. The breakfast the next morning seemed promising, but my husband took one bite of his eggs and there was a hair in it.

Room has a stale smell. Hard to breath.

Amazing! Great location, included breakfast and happy hour!! 2nd stay and will stay again!

The hotel itself is somewhat nice. They have a nice restaurant with good food. The staff was friendly. They don't advertise that you have to pay $25 to park in their parking lot until the next day and then you are surprised on your bill. My room was mostly quiet and comfortable. I would have preferred the shower to have been cleaner.

The hotel web a serious upgrade and the mine was back to the bar

Hot water went out at one point. Half the door lock was missing from the door jam. The couch was ripped wide open.

My room was cancelled at 10:40pm while I was on my way. The reason given was that you oversold and mine was cancelled because is was “booked through a 3rd party vendor.” The real reason is that a utility company was staging and I’m sure you canceled me to get all their business. Instead of being honest, or honoring my reservation, you simply canceled and left me stranded.

Wow- this was one of my favorite hotel stays ever! The room was clean and comfortable. The area around it felt safe and was within walking distance of several restaurants and interesting things to see. I LOVED the complimentary drink and snack time!

The 1st room had roaches and the towel holder was broken. Plus the tub had stains. The staff was not empathetic at all and they lied about bringing the new room keys up and instead said I had to show identification which was ridiculous cause I was already in a room. We moved to the second room and the shower water pressure was horrible. It stopped and started multiple times and started pouring out brown water. Employees refused to page the GM so I could address it. So I had to track him down to speak. Vinny was empathetic and offered points as a result of the inconvenience. However when maintenance came they offered no solution to the water except for it to run…we were extremely late to an event we paid for because we didn’t have water for 3 hours. We had to run it for 3 hours. Overall the experience was horrendous.

My day was pretty good. Check in was a little annoying and confusing because the person working the front desk was on their phone with an earbud in. They were talking to someone else and me at the same time so I wasn't sure what was going on. I had later come back down to the front desk to get help with my phone to figure out why it would not connect to Wi-Fi. She helped me do it but she really had a bad attitude about it. No smile, No thank you. No "No problem sir I can help you with that". Just "It's your last name and your room number". Then they took the phone for me and inputed it and it worked. I was wondering why it worked for them but not me because I know how to spell my own last name and I know my room number. I decided not to stay there anymore and go to another Hilton property as I'm an honors member and have been for years. And it turned out that since this was reserved under my wife's name but it was her maiden name that needed to be put in to the phone along with the room number since she set up the account and it was still in her maiden name. It was really nice of the person at the next Hilton property I stayed out to explain that to me. So why couldn't she do it at embassy? Only to find out the next morning that she was a supervisor. Sad. I love staying at embassy, it's my preference. But that experience might just have me stay at other local properties like Homewood and DoubleTree.
The food was not very good. Too much pre-made stuff. Biscuits were horrible

We regularly try to stay in Embassy Suites when we are traveling and have typically had great experiences. This one (In Montgomery AL) was the exception. There were ROACHES in the bed and when it was brought to the attention of the staff they offered a seemingly insincere apology with no offer to switch rooms. The ice machines were broken on our floor, phones didn’t work and the AC was not working well. We needed sheets for the pull out couch and had to go request some from the front desk. I was told it would take 10 to 15 minutes to get them to our room. An hour later still no sheets. I went back down to the front desk and she assured me they would be up in the next five minutes. 30 min later I had to go down a third time (since the phones weren’t working). The pool was dirty and freezing cold. The breakfast was good! And the staff working the breakfast and making omelets were extremely kind and helpful. Would not stay here again.

I came to town for my father’s funeral and they did an amazing job with check in, and breakfast will definitely return.

Room was poorly attended with only one bed made each day and there was no clearing of cups, and other trash. Towels were hard and abrasive . Not soft and fluffy - no conditioner in shower - sitting area seemed tired and long overdue for a clean, refurbishment - staff seemed in auto pilot - no sense of service…

Stayed overnight to see a concert at the MPAC across the street. Perfect location! All the staff we came in contact with was really friendly. The free breakfast was awesome, made to order omlettes! Only thing was took me 3 elevator rides to find a working ice machine.

Embassy is my go-to hotel. I love the breakfast and the evening happy hour. I've given this location three tries, but I won't be staying there again. The lobby is very nice, but other than that, the hotel needs updating. There are homeless people hanging around outside. I could hear people coughing through the vent in my bathroom.

Nasty out date rooms, staff upon arrival did not acknowledge me standing to wait for them to finish figuring out what they were going to eat. I walked into room 801 was unclean with no toiletries most importantly no toilet paper . No one at the front desk was knowledgeable about my reservations ,

The toilet seat was broken. When we walked into the room the cleaning lady left her dirty cleaning rag. The a.c. Was so LOUD everytime it turned on it woke me up.

We were sad that we were just staying here for one night on a stop on our way home. This hotel was gorgeous, clean, and had great service! We arrived just before their Happy Hour, which started at 5:30. We each received a ticket for 2 complimentary drinks. There were also snacks set up. The room was very spacious, with a separate living space from the bedroom. Unfortunately we had to get up super early and get back on the road. We would’ve stayed another few days if possible!

Clean rooms and complimentary drinks good

The hotel needs a good cleaning. The floors in the rooms, hallways and lobby looks as if they have not been vacuumed or cleaned in a few years. All the surfaces ie cabinets, doors, table tops, counters were dusty, and in need of a good wiping. TV's were smudged and smeared. Bathroom was in need of sanitizing.

The staff was top notch; professional, courteous, welcoming.
The front desk responded immediately to our report of a leaky AC unit in our room. It made the floor wet in about a 1 foot square patch.

Great customer service

The room was great , but the front desk clerk was one of the rudest and unprofessional person I have ever encountered. She had people (even senior citizens and a gentleman in a wheelchair) waiting unnecessarily in the lobby, including me and my guest. She said she had NO ROOMS READY For check in. She never any of us that our name needed to be put on a lot waitlist. It was only until I threatened to call Embassy Corporate Office that she got us a room.
