Hotel house keep burst through my door multiple time while I was even naked. I felt very privacy invaded they didn’t even knock , I complain to management just for it to happen again
Also my food was awful I got sick from under cooked chicken and bacon when I complained to the management I was told to stop ordering room service which made me end my stay and go to the Omni up the road the building smells of dirty carpet and water moldy smell furniture scratched up and old carpet.

The hotel itself is beautiful but I think bathrooms need to be updated when it comes to caulking, shower seals etc. Our shower leaked so bad that we had to use have our towels everytime we showered. Also, the rooms have 2 connecting door to rooms on each side making them paper thin. You can literally hear every word and or sound from the rooms next to you. Not ideal when you have a very active couple next to you at 3am in the morning. Roll My Eyes…Also their alarm clocks literally become your alarm clock. Needless to say we didn’t get any sleep. The staff was very friendly especially the room assistance but the maintenance staff were hard to contact.

Double billed me for parking. No formal restaurant. Fan loud and won’t go off in my room. Internet wasn’t working. Nice room but I expect better from a Hilton

I must admit that I did not enjoy my stay. We checked into a room with a bed that had a broken/missing box spring. The tub had peeling paint throughout with black residue that may have been mildew in the corners. They gave us a new room (great) and offered to comp our parking and breakfast. Only to originally charge 150 ($75 for parking plus deposit). They refunded the balance only to charge $75 again for parking. Now we are editing for a refund.

The Hilton Post Oak had been my go to hotel for years, but the structure began to show its age. I stayed away for a few years. This past trip I decided to give it another try and I'm glad I did. I noticed immediately the subtle facelift that has restored the hotel to what it used to be. The Hilton Post Oak will again be my go to Houston hotel.

My stay was very good. There was a glitch with WiFi. I must give kudos to the IT gentleman that repaired the issue. He explained what happened and informed me he had checked connectivity outside my room and even shared with me the display on his phone with the upload and download speeds. My room was on the 9th Floor. I was blessed with an excellent housekeeper. She was extremely pleasant and kind. My next trip to Houston will definitely be this property with a request for a room on the 9th Floor

The housekeeper put my dirty towel back on the rack. Sheets were not changed daily. This hotel cost enough to change Sheets. Didnt feel clean in my room

Only issue was garage gates didn’t function with the room key - due to the recent storm. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay.

I absolutely loved it. First time staying in Houston and it was amazing

The hotel needs an upgrade. There was dog hair on the carpet in the room and the ironing board was broke. We tried to call the front desk but no one would answer. At the pool, the lounge chairs were dirty. When we were at the bar, there was a strange smell almost like old towels or dirty mop water.

The location is good. The front desk guy was kind. The valet guy? Very rude. I opted for self parking … the parking system was down. Fortunately and not, a valet guy was behind me as I tired to use my key card to access self parking. He was rude too. The elevator from the parking garage took at least a few minutes to close the doors and lower us to the ground floor. It was ridiculous. The next morning, we loaded the garage elevator, this time the door closed before I could complete my entrance to the elevator car. A few others were trying to get on the elevator behind me and we all literally had to force the doors open. Imagine trying to get off this elevator at this point! We again had to literally run off the elevator and it took 2 men to force these doors open to get everyone off the elevator. I would never stay at this hotel again. Rude staff, the rooms are decent at best, but the location is good depending on why you’re in Houston.

Due to the storm the hotel was without air for hours very uncomfortable, staff was very uninformed and relayed misinformation to guest concerning the status of the air conditioning system.

My husband is a long time Hilton Honors member. When I checked in they provided me with an odd shaped room at the end of the hall near the stairs with a barely functional air conditioner on floor 3!
I have MS and had to return to the front desk / a long hike/ to request a different room. It was on the 7th floor snd a considerable upgrade. Shouldn’t have had to do that…

Very good customer service. The A/C in my room was very loud so I couldn’t sleep and the ceiling of my bathroom had some holes in it. I texted the front desk around midnight about it, and within 5 minutes, Horizon at the front desk brought me a key to a new room, with a much quieter A/c and nicer bathroom. They provided complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience and Edison at the breakfast restaurant was very welcoming and attentive.
I’ll come back again.

For the amount you’re paying at this hotel you would think the parking would be free. I’m suprised that it was not told when your booking.

The hotel suffered a power outage and we were hours late getting checked in. The power outage was outside of the hotel’s control but the way it was managed could have been much better. Poorly executed. Poor communication.

The check-in was super easy. The air-conditioning was super loud and wakes you out of you sleep ever time it came on. The shower wasn't cleaned properly and had hair from the previous guess. Overall i would definitely stay again when i visit. The valet staff was excellent
