Bit run down. Had cracks in the sink everywhere. Carpets were dirty and had soil marks on them. Daily housekeeping didn't replenish everything and didn't even clean the room. Had to call reception to replenish toiletries.

I have stayed in many hotels and many Hilton properties. Cant give credit to Hilton but i would give credit to the management of this property. Japan is a unique destination and has many things different than the US and Europe. This establishment is set apart from all properties in these other locations because of the culture. It was all around amazing and worth every penny!!!

The best hotel I 've ever stay in!!!! Next to shopping, entertainment, metro and city. Clean, beautiful, amazing view on the rainbow bridge. Dining option - all what you possibly want! Pool with spa, hot-tub outside, facing the rainbow bridge. Highly recommend!!!

Hotel was very nice. The location was great, next to shopping and a train station for public transport.
Great service and excellent breakfast!

It is a very clean and nice hotel with a wonderful view.
4.0 / 5.0
Note that we like generally like Hilton hotels, so our expectation was high.
What we liked:
- The room was pretty spacious and nice. We loved it.
- The view of the Rainbow Bridge from the balcony was amazing.
- The Jacuzzi on the roof (expensive, though)
What we didn't like:
- The room only had instant coffee
- The space for breakfast buffet was tight and hard to navigate when it's crowded
- You have to pay for the pool and jacuzzi
Overall, I think it was 3.5 stars. We don't mind coming back but may want try a different hotel(like the one right across the train station) first if we are in the area again.

the property was clean and ok, breakfast was pricey compared to everywhere else we stayed this week but was good. You have to pay for the indoor pool which was full of kids having a swimming lesson and it was very hot, no complimentary fresh coffee in a morning (just the packets in the room).

The staff werent friendly at all. We booked the hotel for the swimming pool as we have two kids who love going to the pool. However we were shocked by unexpected extra charges for the pool usage. Approx. $120 for all of us to use the pool each time. The disappointment was that this information is not on the hotel or expedia website upon booking. When enquired about it with the hotel reception, she was rude and dismissal. After showing her their website , she agreed that it was misleading not to inform huest prior to booking of this extra charge for the pool. Asked to raise the mayter with the manager which she assured will be done. However nothing was done about it, no one got back to us about it and we didnt want to ruin our holiday. The breakfast is very basic and not much choices for Muslims or people who dont eat pork. Breakfast is rushed and servinf stops prior to closing time. They ask you to leave the restaurant even if you're not done eating. Restaurant close early , by 9:30 pm and they ask you go leave. No concept of understanding people are on holiday and would like to enjoy their dinner and breakfast without stress.

Beautiful views of Tokyo bay, sunrises and sunsets. Clean, great breakfast buffet and fitness center, shopping steps away. Our only disappointment was advertised swimming pool was run by outside org, charging $25 per person per day extra.

### Hotel Review: Family Stay Experience
We visited this hotel as a family with two kids and stayed in a large room. However, we were disappointed to find that the beds were not queen-sized, but more like singles, which made sleeping arrangements a bit tight. Carpets in the room was dirty.
The weather during our stay was scorching, around 35°C. Unfortunately, the indoor swimming pool area felt like a sauna, making it quite uncomfortable to stay in for long. The outdoor pool is jacuzzi, wasn't very refreshing on such a hot summer day.
Overall, while the room was spacious, the bed size and the uncomfortable pool temperatures were significant drawbacks.
2.5 / 5.0
Positives:
Calm area of Tokyo, easy acces to public transport, large room with comfortable beds, great view from balcony, friendly staff
Negatives:
I find if strange that a hotel as costly as this, must charge an additional charge of 25 USD pr person to use the pool. This extra fee was not mentioned on hotels.com.

We have a short but lovely stay at this property that exceeded our expectations given the average hotel in Japan can be so small. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway station and was only about 30 minutes by taxi from the Haneda airport. We had a 4 BR room that was convenient and the kids enjoyed the quality of the shower and amenities. The breakfast buffet was lovely satisfying both Japanese and American tastebuds and had a spectacular view of the Bay. Notably, one of the belldesk employees, May (Mei?) was very helpful to us as she spoke excellent English and was able to answer all fo our tourist questions. Note that you'll be 45 minutes on average from major tourist sites within Tokyo by subway but the family enjoyed the subway/train rides so they never felt too long.

Fantastic!

No coffee in the morning.
Coffee shop is closed until 11, and in the room you get a little packet of disgusting instant coffee and a water boiler.
All of the electronics are yellowed and outdated, and the design feels like the 80s.
Just a bad hotel. Don't stay here.
