The room was very clean and comfortable. I was glad to get a room with a fridge and microwave.

Great room, clean and modern. The parking lot and drive way are probably the only negatives i have. Overall still one of the best hotels I've stayed in a long time.

The front desk agent was so sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. Definitely will book here again.

Our room appeared to be in the middle of renovation as there were a lot of unrepaired drywall areas and water stains on the drywall. The ceiling exhaust fan was filthy as was the HVAC unit in the room as it could not adequately dehumidify the roof and blew black moldy dust into the room. The housekeeping staff storage and laundry adjacent to our room and they were very loud very early in the morning. Would not stay there again

Not awful, but not wonderful. Cool shower in the morning for some reason. Coffee in room not replenished. Great king sized bed and excellent air con. Blind didn’t work but as the view was of the car park this didnt matter! No safe. Breakfast was a pretty standard Motel DIY affair.

As the week end went on the elevator would sound like it needed oiled or maintenance on done on it. Wasn't real comfortable getting on it but wasn't able to carry luggage up steps. The staff was friendly. Upon checking in and getting to room, we discovered there was no information as to restaurants to order in. We were told "we aren't allowed to put that information out". The same with TV channels, the people at the desk were helpful in giving suggestions for restaurants, and she did give us brochures with information. The television reception was ridiculous, we had to watch in between the internet trying to connect. We also heard other people comment on the same thing. The toilet stool would actually rock if you weren't careful and the toilet paper dispenser would fall out of the wall. The chairs that were in the room to set in was crammed back in the corner and worn out. For the price we paid, we expected better.

The property is not aesthetically pleasing pretty plain. The staff was great and the room was comfortable.

No TV. They said a bird flew into their dish. Also the flooring in the rooms had lifted spots. The beds and pillows were very nice.
