The staff went above and beyond to help us in Tokyo. They arranged luggage transfer to our next location, helped us with reservations, and made sure we got where we needed to go. Their help made our trip seamless and fun!

Location is second to non. Everything is just below the hotel from food to 7-11 to transport. Only negative part is the room. Bed abit to hard to my liking and below are too soft. Size is acceptable

Great location, right next to shibuya crossing and the train station! Considering how close it was to the busy streets, it was very quiet the entire stay. The hotel required a bit of navigating to find initially, but otherwise no complaints. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English well. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location in the heart of shibuya. Being attached to the station was a huge convenience. Was on the 22nd floor and had an amazing view of the shibuya crossing.

The hotel was located in the perfect location in Shibuya, right at Shibuya crossing! That said, I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. We were able to open our 3 luggages and still move about the room. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Tokyo.

Room was spacious, similar to rooms in US. Plenty of room for 3 of us in 3 person room to spread out our luggage. But room was uncomfortably warm and humid for sleeping, with AC running on high. Front desk was no help. Given this is a 4 star hotel in a major tourist area, the language barrier with staff was surprising-made it difficult to get answers to questions. And service was generally off (like challenging to get more than one bath towel/person).

Great location with view of Shibuya crossing. Airport shuttle leaves from near to deception (5th floor). Only surprise was no assistance with (4) cases on arrival or departure. Otherwise very enjoyable.

Upgraded to larger room with two beds; I had a dental problem. The concierge got me the name and appointment very close by, very very quickly. Separately, throughout, all of the staff I dealt with are very kind and helpful.

I had a little trouble navigating to the hotel from Shibuya Station, but this is mostly because Shibiya Station is massive with several exits and is a busy commuter hub. This hotel is incredible, staff are super friendly and helpful. So many food and shopping options to explore. The restaurant on the top floor is delicious with a gorgeous view of the city. Would absolutely come back and recommend this to others.

Great room. Overlook shibuya. However, is a 2 elevator system. If you forget something is a pain to go back up to get it. Staff spoke English and were friendly.

This place was amazing , we loved it . Me and my fiance stayed for 3 days and everything was perfect ❤️the view outside of our room was gorgeous. Shibuya sky was a 5 min walk , shibuya 109 was a 2 min walk. Iciran ramen was also a 5 min walk . Def recommend staying here everything was close by

Room was like a typical business hotel in the US and more spacious than many Japanese options. Breakfast was great with savory Japanese fare like curries, soup, and salad and some American fare. For the price they should include non dairy options like soy or oat milk for coffee and it would be the perfect breakfast buffet.

Had a one night layover. Bed is comfortable and it was easy to fall asleep. Check in and check out was easy and you could do it with a real person. Central location provided quick access to restaurants and shopping. Airport bus picked up at hotel. Great short stay.

This hotel is located in the middle Shibuya crossing which is very busy and has alot of tourist. When my friends and I arrived by front, we stood there awaiting to atleast be greeted. No one said anything for a few minutes as 11 of us stood waiting to be helped. The rooms are outdated for their location. The rooms are very humid and sticky even with the humidifier on. You have to request ironing board as there isnt one in the room already. However the hotel is in a great location if you want to be in the heart if Shibuya. Plenty of restaurants and shopping stores.

Location, location, location ! Best part of the hotel. Room was small which was fine but the restroom had horrible smell. Sink and toilet water smelled horrible!!! Not sure why but it was not pleasant. Staff was fine, not very attentive but not rude either. Overall, best part was the location near the shibuya train station and scramble crossing.
