Onsen too small , hotel far from station .

Perfect spot to stay for a 17 hour layover in Tokyo, near Shibuya crossing. Clean, comfortable, quiet with all the amenities you need and wonderful onsen (hot mineral bath) perfect for relaxing before sleep. Short walk to Shibuya crissing and food and shops. Excellent breakfast included. Lovely staff.

It was right next to the train they offered nothing. The room had dust all over it was not clean.the staff ripped my passport out of its holder instead of just asking me.

Basic hotel, 10 minutes from subway/train. Very small room (by american standards). Staff very friendly. Quiet.

Everything was great

Clean and friendly, ask for a room away from the train line

Like all the other hotels of the same chain, it offers free onsen access, free ramen (2130 to 2300), free ice cream, it has several vending machines. The onsen is slightly smaller than sister hotels.
The hotel is tucked away as to not being on the main road, close to the railway but not close enough to be disturbed by the passage of trains.
The location is good, walking distance from Shibuya and Harajuku and close to Omotesando shopping district.

Very nice and clean and spacious enough for 2 people. As others have said, there is a train line right behind it and you can def hear it although it isn’t constant. Great location for transportation.

Rooms were smaller than U.S. sized hotel rooms but this was expected. It was a good enough size to have 1 luggage and 1 carry on open. Anything more might be a little tough.
The hotel was clean and felt more modern. The location was nice since it was equal distant between HARAJUKU and shibuya.

The hotel is quite good, but the size is little bit small for family.

Fun being welcomed by robots However staff were also at hand should support be required

Rooms are a great size but main attraction is the spa facilities, phenomenal place to recover after a long day. In addition, the staff are very kind and hospitable.

The biggest complaint was the cleanliness and loudness of this hotel. When we arrived, room felt gross. We found blood on the chair so covered it with a towel. I ended up buying wipes to wipe everything down.
Im confused as to why this is called a premium Dormy Inn. The other Dormy inns we stayed at were cheaper and more premium. Area is very noisy. Every 4 minutes, there are trains.

This hotel is family friendly. Excellent location, staff is very helpful, location is very convenient to the subway, shopping and plenty of restaurants. This is my second time staying at this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Really great location. Lots of freebies. Amazing food and staff

Excellent service, as expected from a Japanese hotel. Fantastic location near Shibuya crossing and Harajuku and remarkably quiet given how close it is to the train station - the tracks were literally right outside our room and I was never woken up by noise. Rooms were also a good size given the location and price.
Public bath was also nicer than I expected (the cold bath is basically a therapeutic ice bath; I think it was kept around 10C, which I actually appreciated after all that walking).

Very nice hotel with a spa. Lots of nice touches

Tucked back so it's not on a busy street which was a definite plus. Cozy rooms, make sure you look at the square footage before booking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Amazing location in Shibuya - very close to everything but tucked away. Very tight quarters but easy to manage for two people. The onsens are AMAZING and a must have after a long day of walking. Couldn’t recommend enough for the location, price, and onsen access.

It’s very clean, helpful staff, and spa! Easy to check in and out!

The property is about a 10-12 minute walk from the metro stations which is not too far, unless you’re wheeling/carrying around heavy luggage with you and then it feels like forever. The property is tucked away in a back street so it is very quiet. The property and the rooms were very clean and updated. Would recommend.

We stayed here 6 nights in April. Our hotel room faced the train, but was impressively quiet. The train was muted and we heard no noise from the hall or other rooms. The room is small, but has everything you need. The hotel is between the heart of Shibuya and Harajuku which was nice, we found that we preferred to head towards Harajuku as it was calmer. It's about an 8-10 minute walk to either Shibuya or Harajuku station, so not the most convenient, but you have 2 options. There are plenty of Family Marts around, you just need to locate them. The breakfast was excellent. Service from everyone at the hotel was polite, friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

This hotel is not as nice as in the pictures. Very small lobby and staff in the afternoon were three young teens. There is no conciege, and when we asked where we could buy something they gave us the address to a business headquarters and not a shop. On the plus side, the staff was pleasant and we enjoyed the night time popsicles. It's also a decent location, but not sure it's worth the money.

I booked a room for an adult and two children ages 12 and 13. We have travelled across continents and several countries, staying in numerous hotels and Airbnbs along the way. We have never had any problems booking like this, a sofa bed or fold down bed is provided with bedlinen if required... but not here! Absolutely no concept that we needed three beds and we were told to share! They should not have accepted rhe room booking expecting us to share, ridiculous. The pillows provided were woeful, the room tiny and old. The whole place dog earred and in need of refurbishment. Breakfast was poor, easily the worst place we have stayed over several holidays. Very disappointing. 2 star at absolute best. The location was great but i would definitely never stay here again nor recommend. A real shame

I absolutely loved this hotel, so much so that I’m booking a room at the Dormy Inn in Kyoto for my trip in 2025. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. Room was a little small, but that is typical for hotels in Tokyo. Great location too. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very small room but very clean and quiet. Was able to hear the trains at night but not enough to bother us. Ramen served free at night was delicious. Pajamas were very comfortable and guests wore them to breakfast and in lobby in evening for ramen snack. Free coffee/tea/soda in lobby.
Easy walk to both Shibuya and Harajuku stations. Did not try the hot spring spa, but many guests did. Only downside was the extra pillows we asked for. They were hard and similar to a heavy beanbag. Overall avery nice hotel.

This place was amazing!! Where do I begin to rave?! First of all, the all-inclusive breakfast is fantastic: lots of variety, delicious, and generous. Then, the spa!! The spa alone is just worth so much: sauna and hot tub, one for women and men separate. They offer all kinds of lovely shampoos & conditioners to try. I loved it! Then, they offer complimentary popsicles & yakults after spa. They also offer complimentary washer for your clothes. Then, as if all that isn’t enough, they offer a complimentary at ramen starting at 9::30pm. The room was also nice— great size for Tokyo, lovely complimentary toiletries, and the famous Japan bidet style toilets. I really loved our stay there & so did my son. Recommending it to all my friends & loved ones. Too bad they’re booked for our return one night in Tokyo!

Quick 12-15 minute walk easy enough with suitcases. Pillows were small and hard but didn’t bother my neck surprisingly. The bathtub was unique, it was a triangle and got water was amazing!

The staff at the front desk was very helpful, the amenities were excellent, breakfast was delicious. This was the perfect place to stay and we will stay here again in the future.

Pros: The spa was very nice and had lots of different amenities. There were also lots of extra things in the hotel room in case you forgot them (tooth brush, hair brush, etc.). The location was good, close to lots of things to see and metro lines. The shower was very nice, great water pressure.
Cons: The bed and pillows were quite hard. My partner and I like a hard mattress, but the pillows were uncomfortably hard and hurt our ears. Also there was a lot of dust in the room that showed that surfaces weren't being cleaned thoroughly.

Like the breakfast and hot springs! Room is too small!

I really enjoy this hotel. The many amenities makes the small room worth it. From the onsen with multiple options of shampoo and hairdryer to the evening free ramen and after bath ice cream, this place is great. It's half way from harajuku and shibuya station so it makes it convient to walk.

I had an amazing stay and would come back again. The free onsen truly saved my legs after days of walking in Tokyo!!
