Great place to stay for walking distance to everything and train. Slept well in the comfortable bed. Front desk was very nice.

Close to shopping area and Shibuya Scrabble Crossing. Walking distance to everything. Staff was very helpful, however, there was a person at the front desk who seemed a bit arrogant. Other than that, the location is great and will recommend to friends and families who are considering a visit to Shibuya.

The hotel is perfectly located for transport and on the heart of Shibuya, and not in the busiest place. The only thing I did not like is the non see-through of the windows, it made me feel very claustrophobic in an already small room. The breakfast is very poor. No options, not even a juice. Staff are nice and friendly.

This hotel is in a great location and staff was friendly, however the rooms are outdated. The walls and tub were also dirty. For my next stay I will probably choose another location. She wolf diner that is “attached” to the hotel was delicious!

Quiet surroundings despite being in Shibuya, location on a long slope uphill may be the reason. Room was small and dated, but nevertheless clean. Staff was courteous, but otherwise left us to ourselves.

Picked this for location and affordability but will not come back.check in staff were pretty nice except for an Indian male that spoke good English but not willing to help. Breakfast not worth paying for just go to all the convenience stores near by. Check in staff took care of our luggage transfer without issues, thank you. Room super duper small for three even though we each had a twin bed there was hardly any room to move with our luggages. The towel was super thin and old too, scratchy, other amenities not bad.

The hotel is very close to the subway station. Breakfast is available but we only had it on our first day. Dennys across the street was a better choice for us. Staff are friendly. Room is small like most rooms in Japan. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

The staff were nice. The wall on the room is thin. I could hear someone snoring on the other side of the wall. Noted previous guest's hair in several spots. There was mold in the grouts on shower walls. Inconsiderate guests were talking loud in the hallway late at night.

This hotel is not eco friendly. Front desk staff was not very friendly went we arrived. We stayed in 3 different Hotels during our 2 weeks stay and the front desk service at the other 2 hotels was superb, so friendly and welcoming. The rooms although clean and nice are outdated. The cleaning staff was very loud each morning knocking on doors and yelling. Location is ok with a lot of shops and restaurants. About 12-15 minutes walk to bus station and 15-20 to train station.

Location, location, location. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Shibuya crossing and all of its amenities and activities, andbtrain station! The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful. The rooms are small, but this is completely expected, therefore I was not disappointment in any way. I would highly recomemnd this hotel for someone looking for a good hotel that is value for money in a very central location.

Nice location. Rooms weren’t cleaned well. Found a lot of things underneath the beds. Mold on bathroom walls. Super humid in the room and no humidifier inside. Temperature was set to 18c and room still felt like it was 23c and humid even after a shower. Sticky to sleep isn’t fun. Not for the summer. For the location and amenities 5/5, for the overall stay 3/5. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but super convenient to everything.
