The facilities are great, breakfast is yummy.
Staffs are really helpful, when the shuttle are all booked out, taught me how to book train through local websites.

Scratchy sheets, stains on carpet and horrible on-site restaurant. You’re paying to be next to Fuji Q

The hotel is beautiful but the service was disappointing. The staff offered no help of my luggage when I was checking in during a stormy night. I had to carry all my luggage from my car to the counter and up to my room MYSELF. After that I had to go down and drive my car to the car park…Unbelievably such a beautiful hotel in Japan gave no help to a helpless solo traveller.

The property is next to a public onsen, an amusement park, Fujiyama Museum. All free admission when you show your room card
Also Don Quixote is 3 minutes drive away.
The view of Mt Fuji from our room was amazing, more so from the breakfast room. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with endless choices.
Would love to stay here longer.

The hotel is and room is very clean. We got a room on the “premium floor” without knowing. With that room, we got toiletries were by Bvlgari, boxes of chocolates, boxes of skincare, as well as a voucher for very delicious cream puffs and drinks from a pastry store close to the Fuji Q amusement park. We also had the opportunity to go to the rooftop for a view of Mt. Fuji. The room was extremely spacious. Buffet breakfast was included with a variety of foods.

There was an inch of dust in room cabinet. The carpets and walls were dirty. When I told service counter, he apologized. Then he asked me if everything was ok...

The breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from (buffet style was great too)! The staff were very accomodating too and allowed us to go to the top floor with a great view of Mt Fuji. We highly recommend this facilty to anyone interested in staying near Mt Fuji with walking access to Fuji Q highlighland.

Buffet was good but very expensive. Room was clean. Amusement park was closed so we were very disappointed as this was the reason for our visit and already bought tickets that we were unable to use

Great place to stay if you want to check out Mt Fuji and surrounding area and the hotel has their own gate to access FujiQ theme park.

Great hospitality and customer service. We enjoyed our rooms and the amenities. The restaurants were great!

Staff weren’t too friendly at the front door or at the desk anytime I interacted with them. Our room was beside the maintenance closet so it was really loud. The AC in the room was very loud as well. Buffet was just ok. The only thing positive about this hotel is the location for those wanting to attend Fuji Q Highland amusement park. The restaurant was closed the same day all other amenities were as well for a “Chinese private function”. I believe hotel guests should have priority. If you don’t plan to do to the amusement park, I would not recommend.

The Staff is awesome! They go above and beyond before your arrival if you have questions and are traveling to Japan for the first time. The service is excellent. Fujiyama Terrace food is delicious. The Thomas the train rooms was so much fun. We especially loved the free shuttle bus to many local nearby sites and stations - this was a pleasant surprise. Convenience to the fujiQ bus and fujiQ amusement park made this trip so easy. And, waking up to the view of mt. Fuji is the best part. Thank you!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful here. The hotel is directly next to Fuji Q Highland and our room had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji! We stayed in a traditional Japanese room and it was so much fun. The staff came and showed us how to use the futon beds.

Very comfortable, nice and clean, located at the entrance of the Highland Park. Kind staff. You must have your meals and drinks in the hotel and everything is quite expensive.

I was impressed by everything from this hotel, convenient location plus supreme service. The grand executive room I booked is huge and best view of Mt Fuji. In addition to hotel facility, I also enjoy many perks for the room I have, free sky lounge access, free cream puff and free Fujiyama tower deck access. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Mt Fuji area.

What can we complain when we see the Mt. Fuji right outside our window? I don’t remember much but will be living there next time and every time if I go visit the Fuji again.

Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had the Mountain View double view, there were lots of stains on the carpet, the bed sheets were silk and kept slipping off the bed. The mountain view was good but only if you stood right at the window.

Love every single thing about this hotel. The place is very close to the station, gives free access to the park and hot spring, and have really beautiful place for breakfast facing mount fuji. Can't ask for a better place to stay. They have a wonderful customer service too. Highly recommended! ❤️
