I woke up to roaches in my room not just in my room but on my bed smh.

I arrived around 2am, have to kill 3 roaches before be able to sleep. The room had a strange smell and I found a used dental floss stick on the bathroom floor. In the morning I killed 2 more roaches and saw a lot of small ones around my shoes and backpack. I was late for work and didn't check out in the morning. After my shift I went back and asked for a check out, I stayed only one night of 3 I booked. They said I was not eligible to refund because was close to 7pm. I left because I refuse to stay one more night in that room.

I paid 348$ for 5 nights only stayed 1 night i was told i would be refunded for the days i didnt stay and they never refunded me. Staff is very unprofessional and made exuses about my refund they lied and said they never received payment and that they never seen me or my family when i stayed 2 weeks prior to this issue. They rob people of their money and over charge. They lie amd make excuses to take your money and dont refund you. Staff very disrespectful. The keys to the rooms often stop working i went to get the key rescanned to get in the room where my belongings were told me they cant do it because i wasnt. Aregistered traveler but took my payment and id then said i never registered even tho iwas staying there already . Cops in and out of there due to staff robbing travelers and drug activity.

1) Room smelled horrible. I was told I couldn't change the room since I've already spent a night. Had to make the them spray my room twice but still couldn't sleep. 2) Toilet paper was not replaced and had very few sheets left in them. Room had no ventilation whatsoever. Had to open the main door to let Fog out. 3) Finally no staff was present during checkout and office was locked. Had to wait for 45 mins before slipping the keycard under a door before heading out. Horrible experience

Miss Regina at the front desk needs to be trained in customer service. The first room I got had rust in the bathroom which grinds my skin, I went back down to ask for a different room, she was like that room is one of our best rooms, if you don’t like the other one I’ll just refund you back your money. She had an attitude for no reason at all.

Usually I'm pretty happy when chosing Motel 6 as a budget friendly lodging choice, but not this time. Every part of our stay seemed to inconvenience the staff. The whole first day of our stay we were attempting to receive towels, one staff member told us to "just ask tomorrow". Our reservation was for 3 people, but in order to receive a third towel we had to turn in a used towel. The beds were not queen size even though we booked a double queen room. The two full size beds were too big for this tiny room. When we woke in the morning, we started seeing roaches crawling out of our things. The bathroom door was water damaged to the point of not shutting and the walls were so thin we could hear the old man in the next room microwaving food and the woman to the other side vomiting all night.

They smoke so much in the courtyard.. The rooms are full of Bugs, cockroaches, they come on me when I'm sleeping I spent 5 days in the hotel They don't change the blanket on the bed. They never change anything on the bed, they don't bring the toilet paper we finished , they don’t come pick the trash And no microwave or refrigerator Every food I buy is thrown away Every time I call they tell me tomorrow The next day I asked to change the room they did not accept This is the worst experience I've ever had at this motel...that's why I won't do it again thank you

The previous reviews are lies!!!! This property and surrounding area is absolutely disgusting. We rented 2 rooms and checked out as soon as we were able to find another place, the rooms smelled of cigarettes and mold. Bugs in the beds and bathroom. Stains and cigarette burns on the sheets/comforter and homeless men right outside the property hollering at my girls and myself everytime we went in/out. Black mold in the bathrooms and disgustingness on the wall AC unit. I could go in and on! If I could give this property no stars I would. I will be requesting a full refund!

The bed was like the floor with a sheet on it. One pillow per person. When asked for another pillow, staff said they had no more available. There is a bug problem. Some equipment in the wall made a loud noise every ten minutes or so all the time. It was a non-smoking room but smelled heavily of smoke. Alot of homeless people entrenched around the property. The parking lot flooded with rain overnight to almost become impassable in the morning. Stay away.

Room I requested last time I was there was not available for me. Even thought I reserved it several weeks ago. Gave me another with no working TV programs, paint in the tub and roaches on the bed. I asked for my money back, so at least she gave me an out.

Smelly room, roach infested rm, roach crawled up my leg when I was sleeping. I had to leave me bags in the car, I was afraid that the roaches would crawl in. They even went inside my shoes. Terrible!!! Also one the attendants that checked me was very in explaining to me an additional “administrative fee”.

It was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Lots of Debris on the floor! covers was badly damaged as of stains! The b had STUBBORN STAIN! OMGEEEEEE THE ROACHES! On the head board, Crawling on my water bottle! CLIP TO NAILS ON THE FLOOR! SOME KID OF CARD IN BETWEEN THE BED AND WALL! I LITERALLY HAD TO CALL COOPERATION ON SITE!!! I immediately LEFT! They refund me half my money! Never ever again! The girl at front desk was polite. I ask for early check in and i was charged 30 more. The first room had pee still on toilet seat and roaches in the bed so i told the girl. She gave me a different room. I really should of been credited that 30 dollars extra I was charged. The new room had double beds and no fridge or microwave. I really didn't want to stay but my husband was like its only one night. Will i ever stay there again, no.

I booked a room with refrigerator and microwave included and at the check in was told that they didn’t have the room available. I was told to have a room without this amenities but the charges were the same. The Room smelled like marihuana, I had two kids, imagine the horror of staying here. No solution was offered.

Wanted to charge 30 dollars to check in 1 hr early when came back at check in time the room I requested was not available yet but did give me a different room. Ants all over the bathroom and other crawling bugs by the door and saw one in the bed
