Perfect location for a large family

Location was great, the facilities and size of the property suited our family perfectly. 2 adults, 3 grown up sons

A faulty installation of a washing machine meant three call outs to maintenance. They arrived promptly although we were left overnight with water leaking through the ceiling.

Excelente experiencia para familias.

Prácticamente todo. Un departamento muy bien equipado, cocina muy cómoda, tiene lavadora y secadora, te dan el detergente, lavavajillas, refrigerador amplio, 3 baños con duchas, suficientes toallas. La ubicación muy buena también, cerca de varios mercados y centros comerciales.

La puerta de uno de los baños costaba abrirla.

It was perfect for our needs during our 3 day trip to Universal.

The size of the condo was great for the 5 of us. It was nice to have a full size kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Vicinity to Universal was terrific.

Pullout-couch bed was not very comfortable.

This has got very costly recently, huge jump in price. The rooms are tired and smell of damp. We have stayed in many of them and they all had the same issue

I loved the location and the amount of space you get in the room.

Would of loved a more comfy bed but other then that everything was great.

Fabulous base for a family holiday

Everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean and very spacious. Comfy beds Washer and dryer were amazing.

The entire facility was great. It definitely met my expectations and exceeded them. Definitely stay there again if we return to Orlando .

If I had to comment on anything I would say the description of the rooms could be better online. I had no idea we had a two story unit, which I loved. I also thought the 2nd bedroom had 2 full beds not 2 twins. It worked out for us.

My daughter and I stayed in Rs BUT WHATS WRONG we think the place is haunted too much creepiness goes on in there I actually had my chair pushed doors opening and shutting by their self steps sound like somebody was coming up and down them through the night very creepy room

its not a modern swish appartment but as a home from home was absolutely perfect

a clean and comfortable apartment, everything you needed, great location, parking, nice and quiet…heated and lit pool was a real bonus, daughter loved it. no hesitation in recommending and would use again on next visit to orlando. NB close to universal grab a lyft or Uber

nit picking but coming from UK no kettle for making tea, so had to use a small pan which was just as quick. …a real first world problem 😊

If you need room to spread out, this is great, just don’t plan on spending a lot of time in your room.

It was tidy and fairly quiet. The size of the apartment was nice. it was clean except for the half bath located by the front door.

There is nothing around it. No where to eat or grab water.

Great, spacious and accommodating place to stay! We loved it!

This was a 2-bedroom villa that included a kitchen complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans, serving/storage bowls, colander, beverage container, dishcloths, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc!; a living room, dining area, washer//dryer combo; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms all of which included linens, towels and toiletries! An amazing location to popular destinations, etc! I will book again!

Served our needs well with separate bedrooms and comfortable clean facilities.

Very comfortable and clean. I was in town for a conference and did not make full use of the recreational facilities but there were good facilities for family entertainment on the premises.

After the first day the guest internet service was inoperable. There was a single computer with internet connection available in the office but no wi-fi in the villa unit.

Great place and good worth for the money.

In general it was a wonderful experience! Great location, great staff very polite and helpful. Great facilities including, gym and pool and hot tub. Free wi fi.

Due to covid restrictions the house keeping did not clean the room . But they offer us another clean room.
