I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. The breakfast service was excellent. The customer service from the staff was also excellent. The location is great. Close to shops, restaurants, pubs and the Harpa Center, which is where I needed to be for a week-long conference. The bed was comfortable. I was so happy I could open the bedroom window. I like to sleep with fresh outside air even in the winter time. I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk is helpful if you want to book a tour. There is a nice luggage room if you need to hold your things before going to the airport. There is a nice bar attached. Check out is at noon, which is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will be staying here again next year when I must return to Iceland for the same conference event.

A rather simple mid range hotel.

Great hotel in a very central location. Breakfast was great and front desk staff very helpful.

Lovely hotel in historic part of Reykjavik. Easy walking to all the main shops and restaurants and harbour.

This was a fantastic stay. My wife and I were on our honeymoon to Iceland and we booked this hotel due to the proximity to all the restaurants and shops and it being in downtown Reykjavík.
With every cliche honeymoon story something has to go wrong, I unknowingly booked the hotel a day ahead of time and not realizing that I was supposed to be checked in a day prior. I scrambled at the airport to make a phone call to the hotel making sure that our room was still available and notifying them that we were on the way. Natalía reassured us and assisted us in booking tours and anything we needed to make our stay that much more memorable. I will definitely be returning to this specific hotel because of the amazing hospitality.

We absolutely loved our stay! The breakfast is very good and the property is very clean. The front desk is very helpful with restaurant recommendations. It’s in the heart of Reykjavík so everything was in walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel walkable to everything, near bus stop #1 where tours and FlyBus pick up, but on a quiet street. Staff were helpful and breakfast was extensive and tasty. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this property was great. They were very accommodating with the luggage storage. The included breakfast buffet was really a nice experience.

The hotel is charming, very comfortable, well equipped and ideally located in the heart of the old city. But, the most impressive aspect of the hotel is its staff. Immensely helpful in helping to navigate the city, arrange transportation, suggest dining areas and generally helping to enhance my visit. Courtesy. Friendly. Knowledgeable.

Situated on the oldest street in Reykjavik. Staff were really lovely.

Great central location in downtown. Loved walkability at start of trip. No parking, but we didnt have any issues finding nearby paid parking. Small room, clean, safe.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Reykjavik Centrum. Even before we arrived the team helped with travel arrangements and were knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was great, with getting anywhere easily. The breakfasts are wonderful with so much to choose. Thank especially to Patricia and Natalia for your assistance.

Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were very good. Small room and an okay breakfast.

This was a fantastic hotel with a fantastic location. Very clean and relaxing. Breakfast was great- lots of choices. The room was not available earlier though and we were exhausted because we travelled the entire night from Canada. Not the hotel's fault but I wish I had planned maybe a trip to The Blue Lagoon prior to checking in- just to cut down the wait tine. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff were helpful, especially Kristyna, who went out of her way to provide recommendations and book things for us.

Traveling alone, I had a wonderful and safe stay.

The location was great for walking all around the shopping and touristy areas of town. They only provided room cleanup if requested which we never did so don’t know about it. But we asked for extra sheet and a fan and they were very quick to respond.?

Really like a typical European Hotel. Twin beds with down comforters but room spacious….staff was amazing and all good. Great location and clean. Definitely would recommend.

Great location, fairly large room, very nice breakfast. Staff very helpful. I wish that there had been a ceiling fan. My wife would have liked some lotion and shampoo. We will definitely return if we come back to Iceland.

Location was wonderful!

small room and smaller bathroom with tiny shower. Advertised "laundry" turned out to be a service (not available on weekend) and not self-service machines. Public parking. All at premium cost. I'd pick a different hotel next time.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staffs. Breakfast options was phenomenal and so many options to pick! Location so close to city hall, park, and shopping street is excellent!
Room and furnitures was or looks a bit more dated which could use modernization upgrades to meet today's standard including bathroom. Neitherless, the quality of room and bathroom is super clean and pleasant with lots of storages. Price was average and could be lower for this current dated room.
I rated this hotel as 4/5 stars to make up for amazing large amount of breakfast options and superb location.

Hotel Reykjavik Centrum located in the heart of Reykjavik. About a two minute walk to main square where there is plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. Also a taxi zone. The hotel offers free breakfast daily with a variety of foods to choose from. Staff friendly and helpful. Room service upon request. Many things to see within walking distance of hotel. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Rooms nice and comfortable
Nice size bathroom and shower area.

Great option.

Great location, friendly attentive staff. Small, poorly designed room with large roof related structure bulging into room. Limited storage and no rack to place suitcase. Non working safe in closet used valuable space. A separate safe which worked was on a table but not secured. Travel a lot overseas and seek out boutique hotels and avoid the chains. This one was ok but not great.

The room was small, but clean.

A couple of hiccups in the room, but staff did all they could to fix them immediately. Brought us ice and other requests immediately after we asked. Great breakfast. Great location.

Good location for getting around Reykjavic. Down side is there’s no restaurant service other than breakfast.
Our initial welcome at check in was less than welcoming but things improved through the stay.
The ladies doing the breakfast service are lovely. Breakfast is average but adequate.
It’s easy to park in paid parking close to the hotel.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Any request we had was promptly dealt with. We like that the hotel has someone on the front desk 24/7. The breakfast room is lovely and the breakfast buffet had excellent food and many choices. The hotel is a heritage property that has been beautifully renovated. Light, airy and modern which was a pleasant surprise!
