Beautiful location, rooms spacious
Very expensive for poor service
Though. Shower was mouldy, ordered room service and they advised 15 minutes and took nearly an hour and only
After chasing it.
Had fresh milk in fridge only to make tea and be vomiting as milk was off

Excellent staff and beautiful place to stay. Highly revommend.

Gorgeous location. Loved afternoon drinks on the deck looking at the sunset. Cabin comfortable and clean.
Seemed to be a lot of unrequired light pollution. All cabins had outdoor lights on all night even when not occupied. Lights on outside during daylight hours. Would be good to think more carefully about the environment
2.5
A relaxed and comfortable stay. Meals were great.

Amazing location, loved everything

Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of activities in the local area but it is also very quiet with a small population.
The cabin was very spacious with a comfy bed and good pillows.
Lovely bar and restaurant area with a fire place in the middle.
The ability to hire e-bikes was great and allowed us to explore more of the area.
Only negative is the menu lacks some basic options for dinner. A pizza would be good and some other light snacks.
Overall, this property is amazing and can’t wait to return.

Loved our stay at Freycinet Lodge which we booked longer to be honest. Perfect spot close to nature. We had the premier room and couldnt fault it.
The Flavours of East coast wine tasting and canapes was great. Sam was knowledgeable and made the experience.

beatiful place in a beautiful place, the walks in the national park are amazing with dinner of the best beaches in the world and the hotel restaurant is great for dinner and breakfast

Wonderful experience

Very tired desperately in need of an update - overpriced for what it offers

Everything was perfect, wonderful staff especially Sam who went overboard to make us feel welcome. Would highly recommend Cabin 33, so private, with balcony outlook onto the beach.

Overall not bad. Great location and quiet and have everything you need.

Lovely private cabin with all the facilities of a 5 star room.

Nice lodge in a beautiful setting. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A great location in the national park and convenient to beaches and walks. The property is starting to look a bit tired in places, although it is well appointed. The Bay Restaurant is great with a good fresh seafood menu. The Hazards Bar and Lounge serves very poor food. Breakfasts were fine with both a continental buffet and a la carte menu included.
4.0
Beautiful views from the dining room and easy walking access to two beaches are highlights.. Dining room has limited options for people who do not eat meat and reservations are required to eat in the dining room for dinner. The only other option for dinner is a bistro or bar food. Breakfast is good but service is very slow. Biggest irritant is that rooms have no Internet access.

Gorgeous lodge by the water and the Hazards behind. Food was delicious and staff very friendly

Getting a little tired. The rooms do need some attention and upgrade considering the prices charged. Cannot fault the staff as they were amazing and extremely attentive.

Loved it - stayed 28 yrs ago! No television then & my 12 yr old son most upset! Now television- he laughs

This is a nice place, but if you don't take boats and don't do long walks, you'd better bring a book as you'll find it's not good value. This was our situation. We're glad we stayed there, but the cost was high and as we're not hikers, we feel we didn't take full advantage of what this place has to offer

I arrived coming down with a chest cold. The reception staff immediately offered to bring me tea in my room which was very much appreciated. I spent the next few days in bed, but my partner enjoyed getting out for walks. The bistro provided take-out meals so we could eat in the room. By day three I was able to enjoy a walk on the nearby beach. The setting is stunning, the staff is great.

The hotel is in a great location but rooms have no view of the sea and park view is just looking into dry bush.
Food was good but fine dining want really up to expectations.
Overall we loved the experience but found it over priced.

It’s the best hotel in the area, but don’t expect luxury in the room. The lobby and restaurant are nice. The views are great. The rooms are dated, and very loud. You can hear people walking and running and it’s only a 1 story room so the walls must be incredibly thin.
Check-in was smooth and kind. The cleaning person will obnoxiously knock on your room at 10:06am to make sure you are checking out. We are used to 11am checkouts in our country so that is a bit annoying. Especially when you get to the hotel at 6pm and checkout is 10am. Doesn’t really seem like a great deal for what you pay, but it’s more the obnoxious way they knock and yell through the door “just checking if you were still there.”
If you demand nice things this is your best option in the area, but curb your expectations.

We spend two nights and just had a great time. Room was rustic with added items like tea to make you sleepy and milk in the refer; lots of space, too. Breakfast was excellent and the servers were friendly and great at their job. Our favoriet person was Cassie at Reception. From the moment we met her we were smiling and laughing and enjoyed seeing her each time we went by. She was our highlight; she made our day! Gave good advice, too. Management and staff were excellent. Thank you for a great first trip to your lodge and Wineglass Bay. Can't wait to return from Washington State, USA.

The rooms are really nice, albeit most dont have a view to the bay.
The staff were a hit and miss. The restaurant staff were AMAZING!! They went above and beyond, specifically Corey and Jully. Thank you for your amazing service!
The reception staff on the other hand were friendly but not helpful. The whole thing felt rushed, like they just wanted to get rid of us.
Freycinet is beautiful and we would recommend the place.

No Wi-Fi in Rooms so had to go into the main building to receive email communication.

The hotel exceeded expectations. We had a good view with beach access. Service was exceptional (special shoutout to Loreto). Received call seven days prior for info that will assist hotel in making our stay memorable. Excellent food choice for casual and fine dining. Loved our experience at Freycinet Lodge.

Checking in is smooth and easy. Hotel staff are also very friendly and helpful. One major downside is no wifi in the room when even my own mobile couldn’t get signal in that area and wifi is only available at the lobby.

Nice place for weekend however our room was dated and tired lookings. Stains on bedside cabinet. Room (2) was also next to the main restaurant with noise coming through into our room

Beautiful location, staff were all friendly, helpful and accomodating. Could have had more options for our toddlers entertainment such as toys, books, movies or a play area near dining to allow us to relax and indulge a bit more. But overall great experience. Next time we will spend a bit more money and book one of the new cabins 😁

Stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom cabin. Was clean, very comfortable king bed, & other room had 2 single beds - lots of space with own private balcony looking out over National park. The lodges Restuarant served &presented 5 star service & food,
All staff were friendly & very helpful in making their guest feel welcomed and making sure they were comfortable in their park surroundings we will defiantly return highly recommend
