Only one night ahead of our flight out of SLC. We have stayed on this property previously. The HGI is very clean, great breakfasts, friendly staff and a great location. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants.

Booked our room, check in had said 11 on the app, get to the hotel and we didn’t get the room we needed, they had to clean a room. Go back at 230 and room still isn’t done, had to accommodate with 2 roll away beds, get told check in is at 3, (bad part on the app) the manager did comp our breakfasts for the two mornings we were there as breakfast is $18 per person. Pool was clean and hot tub was nice. Even though check in was rough, the staff was very nice and knowledgeable about restaurants. Parking lot is WAY too small for the amount of rooms they have. Estimating I would say there’s maybe 50 spots around the entire building.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had a nice Mountain View as well. The pool was great and opened 24/7 which was great since we arrived late. Room service was excellent and lots of yummy breakfast options. Definitely recommend.

Our stay was not pleasant. We had upstairs neighbors in the hotel that had a child that ran back and forth most of the night until at least 1 am. Which bothered myself and my family.

This hotel is quiet, comfortable, and relaxing! Everything including the pool and exercise room are open 24 hours a day! Great breakfast with a lot of options! The wait staff are friendly and responsive. It was close to many things downtown. Would stay here again!

Appreciated having the airport shuttle, a microwave and a refrigerator for the price. A Starbucks was next door. It was a busy area so I felt safe. Easily convenvient for Lyft transportation.

This was by far the nicest place we have stayed in quite some time. The room was large and clean and the staff went out of their way to give great service. We had breakfast and i ordered pancakes and the came neatly placed and dusted in powdered sugar and sliced strawberries. The waitress was exceedingly friendly and enthusiastic doing her job.
