I fly all over, this is a real nice spot.

Great hotel close to downtown Bellevue just off the interstate. There is a Target nearby, restaurants a short drive away and the beautiful botanical gardens just across the interstate.
Hotel was nice. Rooms are huge and comfortable. Love the apartment feel.
Good breakfast. Nice people.

This is my favorite business hotel of any that I've stayed in. The rooms are comfortable and functional. The breakfast is great. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Love it

Very nice hotel. Charged to park there 16 dollars a night, so that isnt great. The free breakfast was okay, not the best quality of food, but it was free so cant complain too much. The rooms are very clean and super nice. I would recommend this place to anyone, also pretty close to all attractions in Seattle.

Breakfast was ok, had better at other locations.. carpet was dirty and the walls in the hallways all marked up...

The hotel was great as well as the room the only bad thing i saw in this hotel that it’s different from where i have been staying in the past is that they sell the water bottles that are in the room and where i have been staying in the past water is free as well as coffee an tea and the last bad thing is that i had to pay a pet fee for 150 where the most that i gad paid for my small quiet and shy dog was $80 but most of the time is $50 but other than that it was a great stay

No ice machines, outdated beverages, no meat on breakfast buffet, had to pay to park there, room wouldn't cool below 77°. We were pretty disappointed and probably won't be staying there again

Spacious rooms, easy check in.

GREAT PLACE BUT A LITTLE PRICEY

no car charger available as they mentioned in their add. there were just a few 110 electrical plug not charging post, even with that guests have to have their own cable
5.0
Okay breakfast - lots of people, not many food choices, hard to find a place to sit. Facility is great - underground parking with access to elevators, fast elevators, good mattresses, AC worked great, new furniture in the room, but outdated bathroom. Overall good stay

The property is newish and has an excellent location right off 405.
Rooms are tight but reasonably well appointed. if one plans to use the sofa bed then be aware that the mattress is extremely uncomfortable and one can feel the springs. Dishwasher in the suite was not working and had standing water. Ok choices for breakfast. Nice lobby with 24/7 coffee and tea.
Do need to pay for parking.

The property is well located in Bellevue area, rooms are good & staffs are excellent
Whatever asked, they have provided - cleanliness is good but can be improved - breakfast experience is not so good ( may be crowded due to long holidays ) - parking charges for resident guests should be free

The location of the hotel was good but our room was old and the pull out sofa was not usable. I was very disappointed.
2.0
Very comfortable stay but the room could have been cleaner. Some of the lights and electrical outlets were not working

Breakfast was best part. Room amenities (kitchenette, table, living room are good) but Staff not very friendly, room lighting felt old, room had weird smell so everything in living room felt unclean, so didn’t want to use pullout couch (slept 2 adults & a 4 & 5 yr old on one king bed) housekeeping service is every 7 days so no refresh of towels

This hotel was very clean and nice. Our room was very comfortable, dinner downstairs was yummy, and the pool, gym, and laundry facilities were nice. I would stay here again.

Liked: view of Mercer Slough; breakfast options
Didn't Like: listed as Free Parking, but charged more than most

Very nice property and super friendly staff that worked with us and our early check in and oversized vehicle! Beautiful common areas and nice wetland behind the hotel.

Long weekend trip with child for a dance competition in the area. This location worked out great for us. I love having a full kitchen to be able to prepare lunches or dinners to save some money. The buffet breakfast was great and options changed daily. There was also hot rice and steamed vegetables available daily, which I thought was nice for those interested. Room was super clean and in good condition. Check in/out was easy. Only negative was almost EVERY single parking spot available (there is a nightly parking fee I had overlooked when booking) was for "compact" cars. Short and NARROW. Which meant most people parked over lines to accommodate their vehicle. Not their fault, just really poor parking lot planning. Location was safe and had easy access to the highway. I would come back again.

Clean, comfortable with friendly and accommodating staff.

The front staff was very professional and nice !
Unfortunately, the other staffs ( room staffs or cleaning staffs) was not properly train.
Example : they won't let guests to use the elevator first and they push their cart into the elevator and don't let the guests to use the elevator first !

The staff was exceptionally courteous and friendly!

The room was neat and clean.
At check in the person at the front desk did not engage us. He had his ear bud in and seemed distracted. I had to go back down later to get ice because there are no ice machines for guests to use. I walked over to where he was getting the ice and it sounded like was talking to someone on his phone. The next morning breakfast service did not seem to be prepared for the number of guests in the building. They kept running out of the hot items and even ran out of bowls so they had to close down the cereal station.
Throughout out stay the lounge/restaurant was not open. I even called around 11 on the 1st and asked if they would be open I was told not for lunch but they would open at 4. We had really hoped to stay in that night but the restaurant never did open. As we went by the desk I told the person at the front desk that I was disappointed the lounge had not been open for our entire stay. She said it had something to do with it being a holiday weekend but that she would tell her manager and have her get back to me. I never heard from anyone.
There was also no information available about restaurants, transportation or activities near by.

Not that good anymore
Just ok

Great location right off the hwy. Clean room, comfortable bed, hot showers, really great staff.

They advertised this as pet friendly and then I get hit with a $150 pet fee at checkin. This was almost as much as the room rate was. Not happy! I called hotel and they just said that was their policy

Very nice all around :)

The hotel indicated that they will do a light cleaning daily and full cleaning every 7 days! I stayed for 2 nights and expected to have the garbage empty and fresh towels after the first night. There were no signs of anyone enter the room. Nothing was done! I had to go down to the concierge to get new towels. If I’m paying for hotel price, I am expecting hotel services. I have been to different Marriott residence inn and their services were excellent. They cleaned my room eveyday and provided quality breakfast!

Lacked staff, room was dirty, $14 USD parking per night, amenities are outdated, breakfast was very average.

There's nothing I didn't like about the property. Breakfast is so good. I'd love a hot tub to be available, but alas - everything is great!

Good location. Good breakfast

Most of everything was great, quiet, and clean. Room needs a more thorough cleaning dirt and dust accumulated in several areas. Other than that our stay was short and sweet. Thank You
