Beautiful and comfortable guesthouse very near the heart of St Ives. My hosts were lovely and friendly, the food delicious and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches (e.g. gluten-free bars provided for me in my room). I really recommend this guesthouse.

Lovely little guest house and the hosts were really kind, attentive and helpful. We stayed in double ensuite room (Room 5) which had stunning views of Clodgy Point, Porthmeor Beach and the armchairs helped soak in the views every morning and evening during our stay. Also couldn't fault the breakfast which was an added bonus. Looking forward to my stay.

The owners of this guest house are very sweet and accommodating. The view of the Celtic Sea from our room gave me peace and the location is second to none. St. Ives is a magical place, but this stay made it that much better.

Absolutely loved this stay! I highly recommend. Charlotte and Gavin could not have been more lovely or accommodating. The room was nicely furnished and very clean, the breakfast was fantastic, and they views were delightful.

Had a 3 night stay whilst on a work trip and it was excellent. The hosts got in touch about check in time and were accommodating with my situation. Upon arrival they were extremely friendly and welcoming and this was the case throughout my whole stay. The whole place was very clean, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was very good and the location superb. Not a bad word to say.

Great B&B in the centre of St Ives, just a short walk from the Tate gallery and beach. Charlotte and Gavin were very welcoming and helpful, letting us check-in a bit later and leave our bags after check-out. They also made some great restaurant recommendations. Room and breakfast were both nice.

We recently had a lovely 4 night stay at Tregony Guest House. Charlotte and Gavin were the the perfect hosts. They had taken every precaution to deal with covid and we were really assured with measures that they had put in place. Our breakfast every day was superb and the room was bright and exceptionally clean.

This was my first time in.a b&b and I couldn’t have wished for a better introduction. The owners were really friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious with a wide variety. My room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a fantastic view. When I arrived I was told to treat it as my home and that was just how it felt. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

Lovely little guest house. Charlotte and gavin were fantastic hosts couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was fab, lovely views. The hand gel and shower gels were a really nice touch. Immaculately clean and lovely towels. The only slightly negative I would give is that if you are on the older side of life the hill up to the guest house would be difficult. We had a fantastic time .

The view from the family room was lovely, looking out across the Porthmeor Beach. Gavin and Charlotte were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order, it was plentiful and more than enough to set you up for the day. Would definitely recommend a visit and hope to go back ourselves in the future.
