Staff is very nice and kind. Good business hotel, very convenient in a good but still quiet location. There are different sizes of rooms. The smallest is very efficient and works reasonably well. Our larger room was very nice for two people.
4.2
Comfortable clean room close to 3 different train stations and easy walk to restaurants etc.
4.2
Pleasant stay hiwever we were comfortable because of the size of the room. You can barely walk i side with distance between two beds was 1-1/2 feet. We were really cramped. Breskfast was good. Staff was very helpful dddpite language battier. We liked the location as we were able to walk around on the street lined up with restaurants. 7-11 was just across the street.

Had a great stay here! The hotel is in a very central, yet quiet area of the city. Close to Tokyo Station, and with access to most major sights in the city. The room was standard size for Japanese hotels, but spotless and comes with all the amenities you'd want plus more.
But best of all was the service! I want to thank the angels in the reception for helping me locate the luggage I lost on the metro by calling around for me. We had given up hope after some days of unsuccessful searching, until they managed to find the right station it was being kept at. Sadly I didn't get their names, but I'm forever grateful.
4.2
Small room. Beds were hard but comfortable. Pillow selection wasn't so good. Bathroom facilities were very good with a good hot shower and nice soap and shampoo provided. Room to place bag and small hanging space. Staff were friendly and English was ok. I wouldn't worry about breakfast though. Selection was minimal, no butter for crossants or rolls. Juice would run out and not be refreshed. Location within 5 mins walk from Kanda Station and metro line. Also plenty of restaurants nearby.
4.2
Everything was great except the check in being at 5pm. This was first time I had a hotel which checking in was so late. The hotel was great and the staff was very helpful
4.2
This was a Japanese version of a Travelodge. It was greatly overrated by Hotels.com and was sold as "Wonderful", the room was not clean and the breakfast was well over charged for what was on offer.
4.2
Clean Hotely just 5 min walk to Kanda JR Station. 711 in the vicinity.
4.2
Clean room. Powerful shower. Quiet environment. All boxes ticked.
I found the bed soft and uncomfortable for me. But that’s subjective. Otherwise very good stay. Well located for the station. Price of the room very competitive.
4.2
Great staff who spoke English
I would skip breakfast option as you have a 7/11 across the street.
Strong cold AC
Room was spacious and bed and pillow were fine.
No hotel parking
4.2
Good location, although a little far from the Tokyo station to walk. Clean room. Nice staff.
4.2
It is roomy different than other typical Japanese hotel, and to me that’s a big plus.
Easy to go out by JR or Tokyo metro.
Well trained stuff with good service.
4.2
A really nice property. In the business area so it was nice and quiet. Easy walks to JR or Tokyo metro stations.
Rooms were very good for the price.
4.2
A great hotel that is close to major transit lines within 5-7 mins walking distance. It's in the financial district with large commercial buildings so it's a bit quiet. Lots of great food options. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are great and the breakfast is a must buy if it's not included in your hotel stay. It was delicious. I'll recommend this location to my friends if they're staying around this area.

We stayed at villa fontaine for 4 days.. while a little bit small, rooms had everything and were clean. Breakfast was good too..very good value for money
4.2
Cleanliness is good but there some days that the cleaner didn’t done well

This was quite a nice property for the cost. Well located near public transport (Otemachi Metro Station, Kanda JR Station). Plenty of dining options around Kanda Station.
Laundry facilities are useful although the room is small making it a bit cramped when both machines are in use.
We had a twin room. The room was clean and well appointed. On the smaller side which is to be expected but light switches were only located one side.
Given the pricing and location, I would happily stay again.
4.2
great place to stay. rooms are clean.7-eleven right beside the buidling is always a plus. courteous staff as to be expected. Thank you!
4.2
Very small room and the water coming out from the bidet has no force.
4.2
Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant as first timers in Japan. The twin room has 2 beds and just about enough space to open your luggage but not enough to walk by each other. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities are provided which is great. Area is very convenient, quiet at night and works to be a good base to get to popular destination by train/metro.

good location

We had such a wonderful stay here. The staff was so friendly , the rooms were clean, great location . Loved it
4.2
The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. They had a wide variety of amenities available to be used at your discretion. We did not actually use their breakfast buffet, but we did inspect it and thought that it was overpriced and not worth it. The rooms were very comfortable though a little small for Westerners. The biggest positive was that the beds were really comfortable, at least for me. I didn't wake up multiple times a night, which happened in other hotels for me. The biggest negative is that it's about a 10-15 min walk to public transportation. That may not seem like much, but if you're there for multiple days, it can get tedious, making that trek every day to get to places. Another positive is that there are multiple different convenience stores, and if you cross the street and go north, there is actually a choice of two smaller "markets" with more choices that were nice to have.
This hotel is on the edges of a business district and a bit of a pleasure district, so depending on which direction you go, depends on if it's quiet or busy later at night, but the area directly near the hotel, shuts down quite early.

Staff were all very helpful. Located close to Tokyo station means it’s ideal for moving around the city.
4.2
The staff were incredibly friendly and it had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I appreciated the breakfast although there are probably better options nearby. I was very happy with my stay.
4.2
everything was good for the money but the wifi didn't work
4.2
very good
4.2
clean, close to Tokyo station, all types of restaurants near this hotel
4.2
The hotel itself is in a bit of an office district but that just means you have several transportation and restaurants to choose from pretty close by, which is nice.
Walkable to Akihabara if you are really feeling the need for evening vibrance without getting on a train or bus.
Overall very clean and conviently located for getting around the city easily.
4.2
Excellent, attentive staff took care of all requests quickly. The room (Deluxe Twin w/ Tatami Area on 13th floor) appeared to be brand new or very recently renovated, surprisingly spacious, and was SPOTLESS every day of our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well stocked. All of the staff were young, very friendly and professional. The hotel location was excellent, close to the metrorail. I would definitely consider staying here again if in Tokyo.
4.2
The staff is great and the hotel is only a few minutes walking distance from Kanda station. There are a lot of food option as you walk through the shopping streets.
4.2
Front desk personnel very helpful.
4.2
Good location. Excellent amenities. Very clean and big room, we booked a deluxe twin beds with sofa bed.
4.2
Hotel is recommended, receptionists are very kind.
Breakfast could be better, missing a real japanese one.
4.2
Room was spacious and clean. Easy walk to the metro station
4.2
Reasonably priced hotel. Good deal for those who stay in Otemachi and Kanda area.
4.2
The staff was amazing, I chose the hotel because of the convenience with the transportation and couldn’t be happier about how easy it was to navigate around. Walking distance to Tokyo Baker’s (a must to have Buffett breakfast in the area) and mayor train lines.
4.2
Quiet neighborhood in the heart of Tokyo’s financial district, Otemachi. Room was small but clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. There were many restaurants nearby and a 24 hour convenience store across the street. The staff at the hotel were excellent and friendly.
4.2
fair breakfast, clean
