The entire stay from start to finish was excellent! The staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. The staff were kind and definitely made us feel hospitable and welcome. The hotel has a great location and is close to the cta line

Kate Kate Kate she is super amazing!!! Literally one of the best services I received visiting a hotel! Her out going personality and energy to assist and helpful is honestly a rare gem! She helped me prepare a room for my fiancé birthday! She should definitely be in management if not already!

Great hotel. Have nothing negative to day about this property. Staff was very pleasant and assisted me when needed. My room was updated, clean, and well appointed. I would highly recommend staying here when in Chicago.

This hotel was cozy and in a great location. It was a short walk to restaurants and stores. It was a safe location. I loved the art and decor of the place. Our room was cute with floral carpet and had the coziest bed. Very modern and comfortable!

We went to get in our room and the inside latch was engaged so we needed to have maintenance called to open the door. Then when we came back from exploring our room had a strong odor of marijuana. I realize that isn’t the hotels fault exactly but it was very unpleasant experience. The beds and room in general were comfortable. The location was good. Also in the description it said the stay came with a bottle of wine which we did not receive.

The hotel has a great location, the room was very big but the furniture was a little old, the atention in the front desk was excellent. Sure i will back again.

I had a really bad experience. I came back after a long day of work to find that my room had not been cleaned. I called the front desk and they told me "the person that was supposed to clean your room was not there today and we didn't have resources." The front desk was extremely dismissive and basically told me "it is what it is; if you're not happy, go somewhere else." They offered me $50 of restaurant credit. The next day, the housekeeping manager told me that this was not an accurate statement and she had no idea why my room had not been cleaned. Also, this is not a business friendly hotel and I was there for business. There is no coffee machine in the room, there is no room service, and the restaurant does not have a phone. The only way to place a take out order is either online (does not allow for room charge) or to physically show up. The coffee was old and the food was bad. Bathroom had a tub with a curtain and really old fixtures, so was not the luxury hotel it advertised. Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great short stay. The room had an on and off clicking sound ...something in the walls or pipes, and the toilet water would fill randomly so just extra unwanted sound. Other than that, the facility is good and has good amenities.

Such a cool and unique hotel. Has a great atmosphere and really good amenities. The down stairs restaurant had really good cocktails and food. Also in a great location to walk to several things and had good bars. Fun Piano bar about a block down. Overall will stay here again next time we are here.

Hotel is located in a perfect spot with access to theaters and shopping. There were a few broken items in the room and tv was basic. We loved the quality bedding and bathroom toiletries. Ask for a refrigerator right away if you want one. None are in the room otherwise.

The woman who checked us in was exceptionally friendly and helpful. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The entire place from our viewpoint was very well run. The location was great, with easy access to multiple subway lines and walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions.

We had a great time! The staff were all incredibly kind, helpful and made our stay even better. The pool and terrace were a great spot to relax in the evening and the whole experience was positive.

It was OK. Rooms were pretty clean, gym was nice. There were strange inconvenient things abt the room design--no towel bars or hooks in bathroom except next to shower, no bedside lights on one side. Beds were comfortable but bouncy. Gym was solid. Staff was very nice. Biggest downside was just the high levels of street noise at night. Be aware it is a busy area with motorcycles and ambulances going by. Not the hotels fault but was surprised windows weren't better sound insulated given the location.

The Hotel is great and offer good stay and pool and brunch restaurant and walkable options. They have good valet parking but it is expensive 75$ per night for guests but for me it was better than outside parking in terms of safety and service.

We enjoyed the bar/restaurant Edgar was super nice at breakfast. I had requested a couple of items in advance by phone, they didn't have them in the room when we got there, so i had to ask again. In my opinion, this was just average.
