OK hotel for the price. We paid about 50 USD pr night, breakfast included. Room is OK. Rooftop is OK. Location is great. Very helpful staff for transport to airport etc.

The stay at this motel was very unsatisfactory. The rooms are dirty, the bed is like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Windows and bathroom was dirty. Breakfast I have nothing good today so will leave it there. All I can say rooms are rented out hourly and this is very visible once you arrive. I DO NOT recommend.

First class stay here. The rooms are big, the breakfast buffet is first class, I didn't eat again until 5 PM. The staff, from the front counter people to the room cleaners are so nice and helpful, in the way of going above and beyond. The pool on the ground floor is beautiful, along with the two rooftop saunas.

I booked this hotel for the location and it appeared like a nice place. I arrived late, around 2200 hours. I was told I was upgraded to a nicer room. When I got to the room, I immediately was struck by a foul odor. It smelled like sewer gas was coming from the pipes or something similar. The room was worn down, looked dirty and very old.
It was late and I was only staying one night so I didn’t say anything. Left the hotel to grab some food and realized immediately this hotel is surronded by bars with prostitutes calling out to you as you walk by. I made it two blocks and turned around after turning a corner to what is basically a red light district.
The bed was mediocre, the breakfast was suspect looking and overall the hotel was not worth what they charge. I staid in thee other hotels in Cambodia that were half the price and twice as nice.

Heat and noise from 4 air con units on the exterior of room 616 was terrible. Why have 4 units on 1 wall, each room should have their own unit attached to their own room.

The property was fine. The bed was horrible. Like sleeping on concrete. I left with a sore back. I would stay there again in a heart beat if they got proper mattresses.

Our stay at the Ohana was fantastic. The hotel is very nice and the staff is the best. We were in P.P. for eight days at the beginning of our trip and returned from Thailand after a week for ten more days. The staff stored our extra luggage while we were gone and we even got the same room on our return. We were on the sixth floor with balcony which I would recommend as it is only a flight of stairs up to the pool and restaurant. Elevators for all the floors. The buffet breakfast is great and the two plunge pools on the rooftop are wonderful and the downstairs pool is just as nice. We used the gym and treadmills which was great. The dining options near the hotel are wonderful but we had dinner on site a couple times and the food and service were really good. Being so near to the Riverwalk and Palace and Museum is also fantastic. Plenty of Tuk Tuk drivers out front for transportation and Sokhorn was a driver/facilitator who helped make sure we got where we needed to be. The hotel rates are great though we arrived just as the season pricing changed so that was in our favor. We would highly recommend the Ohana if you are planning to visit Phnom Penh.

Ohana was in a great location close to the Royal Palace and local restaurants. The service was friendly and rooms really clean and comfortable. The bed was the only downside, as they were a little hard. The rooftop bar and restaurant was outstanding.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Nice pool and good service. For us the location was great. The roof top bar/ restaurant with spas was great in the warm evenings.

Beautiful property. Nice that it was so close to the Pier since we were leaving early the next day for a river cruise. Wonderful and helpful staff. Loved the view from the dining room of the river and city. Did not really like the noisy street right outside our hotel.

Nice hotel. Good walkable location to many attractions. Attentive staff and we felt very safe there. Only comment would be that check out was a hassle - - despite a waiting van for private transport to Vietnam. Front desk staff insisted that we stand and wait (3 rooms with 2 adults in each room) while each room was inspected for the mini bar items - the 4 beer and 4 water in each fridge had to be closely inspected to make sure they were the original product. And if you took and then replaced any items with identical product (such as beer from corner store) they were like hawks on charging $2 U.S. for each item. Actually humorous to wait for 20 minutes for this inspection and then pay an extra $6 total between the three rooms. When we asked for the product which we just paid for the staff had to go back up to the rooms and bring it down. Quite funny. Guess they need all the extra money they can get. But otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

The Ohana Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. it was close to the Royal Palace and the National Museum. It was a block from the river and there was an outdoor market right nearby.
The rooms were very nice, clean and large. There was a very nice pool on the ground floor and on the roof a hot and cold plunge pool. Also on the roof was a restaurant and bar. I loved watching the traffic on the river while having breakfast. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The view of the Mekong river from the rooftop is very nice. There is a market around the hotel and it is lively.

I am lucky my wife didn’t divorce me Or I didn’t die of a heart attack, after my 2 day stay at this extremely unprofessional hotel in Phnom Penh. My brother in law visited me at night and the receptionist told him I had a girl in my room and relayed that flat out lie to my wife. She called me crying and extremely distraught threatening divorce, I have a heart condition and I almost went into cardiac arrest when my wife threatened to take my kids away from me. The manager tried to investigate but ended up blaming my brother in law for the misunderstanding. They did NOTHING to rectify the situation or compensate me and my family for the emotional distress they caused. This place is beautiful but the service is worst than poor, they actually made my stay in Phnom Penh the worst holiday of my life. I do not recommend, Harmony hotel is just opposite and has rooms a few dollars cheaper per night and equally comparable facilities and even better balconies. Do not go here if you value your privacy or service

Good hotel with central location, and nice pool. It was not possible to use the bath tub in the room, as the water leaked out immediately. Friendly staff and ok breakfast.

This hotel is convenientelly located to the river. So its inviting to walk around there in a peaceful aerea. The rooms are large with big empty space. The cleaning personel is doing a very good job. Staying there for 14 days was a pleasure and having breakfast at the top roof is exciting. I was there 3 years ago, and when back in Phnom Penh I choose this hotel again. However, there is one point which has to be paid attention to. Rooms being at the busy road wuth Karaoke bars etc. has to be avoided since much noise until 2 am.

Well located near the river, lots of bars, shops, restaurants and food stall. Walking distance to many of the top rated sites and Sisowath Quay is only about 60 meters (100 feet) from the hotel front door

Fantastic location, walking distance (1/2 km to 1.5 kms) to most major attractions. Right beside the Mekong River, next to local markets and many restaurants. 1 hour massages directly across from the hotel for $8 U.S., what a way to spend a relaxing day, then go to one of the 2 pools at the hotel! Buffet breakfast is included and is one of the best we have ever had that was included in the price. Staff were all very friendly, helpful and courteous.
