Seafront location so has a bit of noise during the night and in the mornings, but if you are aware of that as we were you can work round it, very small rooms but for the price we paid you couldn't complain really, had an issue with the blinds in one of our rooms but was rectified almost straight away. Only issue we found was the blinds didn't fit the window well enough so it was almost daylight in our room from 5 in the morning onwards, could do with a better fit to stop that, no breakfast offering but very close to several places to eat on a morning. Overall we would happily go back if visiting again

We loved our stay at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again :)

Stayed in one of the design rooms, fabulous ! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for 1 night in the designer room with whirlpool bath. A good overall stay. But the room and corridors could be cleaner. The amount of dust and fingerprint on the glass n mirrors, could do with using a vacuum under sofa, cabinets and bed etc and to empty the coffee machine after last guest

Our stay was amazing. Staff really friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Our room was absolutely spotless! We will 1000% be staying here again! My new favourite place to stay in Blackpool

Reception staff were lovely lovely, welcoming and helpful. Reception area was modern, clean and was a great place to relax after being out all day however the room wasn’t so great. We were in room 1, a twin room directly behind the bar. It’s a small room but for a couple of days it was fine and had everything you needed. Cleaner could pay more attention to detail, such as the window, the sill and dust in less obvious places. Slight bit of mould in the shower that could be sorted with a bit of time spent on it. Noise is an issue until 11pm when the bar closes as before that you can hear folk and the click of the pool table being used. Bit of sound proofing would be good in the wall and soft closing door hinges would work a treat. Overall it served the purpose for us well, good price but sort out the above issues and it would be 5 stars from us.

Amazing stay, great location

The front looks fantastic, bar area is lovely especially when the weathers nice and the fronts open looking at that sea view. Unfortunately the rooms are disappointing. Hallways in need of a good clean and touch up of paint. Rooms are tiny, nowhere to put clothes away, no towels changed in a 5 day stay, bin never emptied in room, mould on the ceiling in bathroom above shower, bed never made or sheets changed. Walls and floors seem to be very thin, very noisy in your room from people either below or above and floors creaking. Admittedly it was cheap enough but the hotel itself didn't match the lovely front. It is in a great location though and distilled water in the bar area for guests was a nice touch. TV in my room was a good size and the LED mirrors are nice. The seal on my shower door seemed to be missing though so all the water from the shower soaked the bathroom floor everytime it was used. Cheap and cheerful enough, but check the parking situation and where you park

Went here for a family holiday. The family room was very small and no wardrobes for hanging clothes up. Rooms were very basic but it did include a small t.v, hairdryer, iron board and a kettle with tea/coffee sachets. Bathroom was nice and shower worked well. Rooms and hallways could have done with a deep clean as they could have been cleaner round the edges of the carpet.
Parking - There is spaces at the front of the property to unload suitcases etc and you have 30minutes to do this. To park here it costs £7 a day and you risk the chance of someone blocking you in on the day you leave.
I was disappointed most with during our 5 nights stay not once a cleaner came into the room to clean or swap towels and empty the bins. But we brought our dirty towels down to reception and he was happy to swap them with clean ones.
Staff were friendly and the front bar area was very nice to sit at and had air conditioning. The front folding doors opened out in nice weather. Had board games for the kids to play. Brillant location to.
Overall i thought it was cheap and cheerful bit i would spend the extra money and stay somewhere a bit bigger especially if you have kids.

Stayed with 2 friends in the Family room on the top floor, Upon arrival we was soaking wet from the pleasure beach rides and asked if they had a tumble dryer and luckily they did have which was a great save ! the Bar has downstairs has bifolding doors and you can see the beach, location is great , 2 doors away theres a sit in fish and chip ship, 5 doors away is a pub and about 10 doors away is a mcdonlads, its situated nearer the pleasure beach than the central pier/town centre but its easy to walk everywhere and not get lost. comfy beds and nice atmosphere , will deffo be beack.

Shower water was hot like hell, casuing jurns, even though I turned cold water to maximum....... i had a little one she had to see doctor after living here as the water causes scald.....
Bed was not supportive, its like sleeping on the floor, there were other hair on bed, alsi mould in pillow cases.
Windows cant be closed properly, and ine radiator not working, so it was cold like hell.
Check in guy was fast and efficient.
Parking is limited, only 4 spaces, 1st come first.

The Hotel was lovely from the outside. On entry to the hotel they have spent a good amount of money on the downstairs of the hotel. But once your beyond that the room we was given was far ro small. The narrow corridor into our room was way to narrow a large person wouldnt be able to get into it. The bed was so uncomfortable i didnt get a full nights sleep on either of the nights. The view from the room was horrible. The windows need replacing as you could hear wind through them and the window was closed. The room was cold even though the heating was on max. The guy that run the hotel was nice. Maybe spend less on gadgets and more on the rooms

The hotel lobby and bar area was lovely and inviting. The room was just bog standard, nothing to rave about. Bathroom was nice and modern, good location. On the first day we walked in to our room after going out for tea to find a workman in our bathroom, not such a problem but we had literally only just checked in and he was only fixing a light on a mirror- could have been done before/after our stay, not during! Especially as our belongings were in the room, so a bit of a security issue in my opinion. Also on the same day, the manager walked straight into the room to “check the work the electrician had carried out”, again wouldn’t have been an issue if he had knocked loud enough for me to hear, and waited for a response rather than just walking straight in as I had literally just been getting changed, so a few minutes earlier and it would have been extremely inappropriate and very awkward! Overall I would say it was worth the money we paid, and I would probably stay here again- I imagine the issues we experienced weren’t things that will crop up with every stay!

This was excellent for location, we had a beautiful view of the sea, but our room was just too small, couldn't unpack our case as nowhere to put our clothes. Very clean , bed was a bit too hard, how're didn't run very fast but water was nice and hot, I would stay here again but in a bigger room.

Quirky bedroom with its own terrace with outside furniture and parasol which was fabulous. Plenty tea, coffee, milk and toilet rolls. A very pleasant stay and well situated, sort of in the middle of the promenade.

The bed was too small even for a child and adult never mind too adults. There was an issue with the light in the room on day two and it felt like I was interrupting the hotel staff from completing his phone game and never got resolved

Check in took a long time. They couldn’t find our booking. Someone else checking in at the same time had the same problem. Really impressed with the room it was a really good size with a TV in each room but the double bed was tiny, definitely not actually a double bed. Partner actually ended up sleeping in one of the singles. Bathroom really nice but when water is running makes a horrible noise. Car park at front was full and we did struggle to walk through between the cars to get to the front door. Location was perfect, only a short walk to everything you need. Overall had a good stay and will definitely use again but will be prepared to sleep separately again next time.
3.7
The room was dirty and smelt of stale tobacco, shower doors and seal hanging off so when you showered it flooded bathroom floor and the bathroom sink was so small you had to wash in the shower.
No cleaners so the rooms or hotel was never cleaned in the 4 days we were there
3.7
Lots of gadgets, touch button lights etc but basics missed
3.7
Service was fast and distancing was good. Some issues with room cleanliness. While the visible surfaces were fairly clean, I dropped something and had to reach under the bedside table and there was old food under there. When I took a shower the water wasn’t draining, so pulled out the plug cover and there was tonnes of hair in it.
3.7
Almost everything was broken in the room. Tried to put the heaters on as kids felt cold they never worked. Wont go back there for sure and its not worth the price
