Having read some recent reviews we were concerned about our visit. On arrival, the hotel like most along the front looks a little tired, however the front of the hotel was kept clean.
When we checked in the gent behind reception was really polite, knowledgable and helpful. He ensured we knew the WiFi code, assisted with our breakfast orders and dining time.
We travelled as a family of 5 (with 3 young girls under 7) the gent on reception had upgraded us to a larger interconnecting room to ensure our stay was more comfortable.
The room was (against all recent reviews) very warm all evening/night, clean and had a new kettle. We could clearly see the management had actioned recent feedback which was very impressive.
The room itself was a little tired/dated however it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel provided a travel cot for the little one which looked brand new, with a fitted sheet and cover.
Overall the bedroom was great for our set up!
The breakfast room was dated but it was clean, tidy and well equipped for all our needs. Again, the high chair for the little one looked brand new, with full 5 point strap - perfect! The girls had the continental breakfast offering and loved it, my wife and I had the full English. The breakfast was nice and set us up for the day. The chef/server was so attentive and polite, what a nice chap! He interacted with the kids and as busy as he was didn’t stop smiling.
Overall great experience from us. Thank you.

Booked the Trivelles Seaview at Blackpool with the family over the weekend to watch the fireworks.
We checked into the hotel to a bad smell and a room that didn’t look like the pictures. I understand not all pictures are what they actually are but the pictures look somewhat clean. However the floor was marked and dirty. All the paint on the walls were chipped and has came away. The bathroom was dirty with rust all over the radiator with paint off. With a tiny shower for a family to which my partner couldn’t fit in.
We went downstairs to try and resolve the matter but they wouldn’t help. And there was people already there waiting for their complaints.
All we got was a sorry and and a plea to not write a bad review. Yet wouldn’t refund or help.
Just grateful we managed to get an apartment to stay in so we could enjoy our time away.

Very comfortable relaxed stay, Adil on reception was 1st classic

Staff was friendly and the rooms was clean and bed was very comfortable 😊

We stay here each year for the Lytham Festival. It is reasonably priced, situated just around the corner to get the bus to and from festival. It is not a sparkling 5 star hotel, it is what it is, the bed is comfortable and clean and does a great job of being convenient and a decent price. Also they went out their way to check us in early so that we could go straight to the festival!

No hot water in the bathroom so couldn't use the shower, musty damp smell in the rooms and damp patches on the wall and celling.

Excellent stay

Good points: Parking on side street outside and tram stop opposite takes you all the lenght of blackpool coast. Bad points: Both Showers in room broken and water takes 10mins to heat up!

Upon booking this said it had a bar, there is no bar and no breakfast. The room picture i thought i was getting was different to what i got amd wasnt half as nice, ok for 1 night cheap stay but i wouldnt return for longer.

I had no complaints clean and staff pleasant good location and a lift.

Lovely staff, easy to check in and quiet. Hotel is a bit run down but good for the price!

Standard. Nothing special

Door did not lock from the inside and bathroom window wouldnt close.. asked to change the room and showed them other available room but was refused as they claimed room was not available although was showing available online.
Room was clean enough.

Great place to relax away from the centre and across from the beach, staff are nice and helpful, great location and I recommend going to the Arminian kebab shop and Dunes cafe for food and boss haircuts for a trim, there all a 5 minute walk away. Thanks for a pleasant stay 👍
3.8
The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the decor was dated in the room that we stayed in.
3.8
Room was basic but just what i needed there no house keeping at hotel but to be fair i found this to be better you dont get disturbed lift in hotel very small and i need to use moobility scoota shadab would always stop what he was doing and helped me take it up in lift he was a god send nothing was to mutch bother for him really frendly as well the doirs to get mobility scoota out could be bit tricky as they were always closed but staff would help with this aswell

Not very happy😏 If you want to sleep overnight, just aviod this hotel.. you can hear everything, even when your neighbours using toilets.. too much noise, I couldn’t sleep at all.
Good things:
Easy access to attractions, you can park for free in the front of hotel. That’s all.
3.8
Excellent Value for Money, Free on-street parking outside, Friendly & Helpful Staff

The hotel is a little dated but the room was clean and comfortable. We were upgraded in order to be adjacent to our disabled friend and we didn’t ask for this. We had a lovely sea view. The staff were very helpful indeed. Don’t expect a palace but it was good value for money.
3.8
The service was fine and the room looked nice. However the bed was not comfortable and we were woken every hour by something or other. For a few hours in early morning the noise was unexplainable, it was like all the pipes in the building were about to explode, the walls are thin and I could hear people snoring on other rooms and the choir of pigeons outside the window is non stop. The lift is also very old and cause for anxiety. But the TV worked well.
3.8
No parking no WiFi signal and take time to get our room .
3.8
Location just outside a tram stop perfect to do some exploring. Just get a tram pass for day ideal
Lovely rooms
Plenty of essentials provided
Breakfast wasnt to our taste

Place and room was clean however room was a bit run down with curtains half hanging down. My welcoming upon arrival was very cold and was questioned about the bed arrangement in the room I booked. This made me feel very uncomfortable and haven’t been questioned about this in 5 star hotels that I have stayed. Would I recommend to stay there think twice. Located well outside reasonable walking distance to tower. Parking is questionable.

I love the room, so cozy
3.8
If you would like rooms full of mould and to be sleeping in a hotel of down and outs then great, wouldn't bother otherwise, didnt even stay in the property drove home
3.8
The room booked was not the one on the website. Could not get in as was locked and staff would not answer phone. Eventually gained entry. Staff where praying. Strange set up once inside. Walked through what looked like an old working mans club with clothes on the radiators to get to our room
3.8
Good value stay, friendly check in. Basic but clean room. No problems apart from little pots of UHT milk being off.
3.8
The property as described had a seaview. Check in was very easy and great customer service from the staff checking us in. The rooms were of good size and clean. Unfortunately the radiators werent working in the room that i was in and the window was not in good working order, hence why it was cold. The internet connection was poor in my room and was unable to watch the tv channnels, the remote was also not in good working order. The hotel is ideal for a short break , the beds I must say were comfortable and the kids enjoyed themselves.

Great value hotel

Right opposite a tram station, free parking available (limited spaces). We lucked out and got a seaview which was lovely. Yes, you can hear the wind at times but thats because youre so close to the beach!
Hotel itself was clean, comfy. The rooms come with 2 pillows so we requested more and they were brought up to the room. Shower was lovely and hot every time I used it.
Reception staff were friendly and polite throughout the whole visit.
No complaints at all. I'd stay here again.
3.8
My stay was really good, efficient check in, room was very spacious, big tvs and wifi and a seaview room, shower was very hot although it took about 10mins to heat up, but then was hot and powerful. Beds were comfy and plenty of plug sockets.
3.8
The area that it is in was nice and quiet with the tram station straight over the road to take you into all areas. The staff were absolutely fantastic would definitely stay there again. Also straight over the road was an entrance to the beach which was perfect for the kids
3.8
This is by far the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at I was supposed to stay there for a week but left after 1 night even the tv was covered in gunk. I couldn't bring myself to walk on the carpet in my bare feet as it was so disscusting.
3.8
Shaz, other Staff and resort were great. Very helpful and respectful. Only one suggestion maybe more accessible mirror as only in toilet area. Otherwise would definetky return and recommend.
3.8
Enjoyable stay here, nice and quiet. Just one issue, there was no kettle in my room but there was everything for tea and coffee apart from that !
I would stay here again

Where do I begin.. I will say you get what you pay for. As a family of 4, £63 for one night was a bargain and we arrived with little to no expectations.
On arrival we were told that we had to pay an extra £10 to check in early. Ok, no issues but to then be told the only reason they only accept cash for that is due to it being off the books and the money went straight into the receptionists pocket. None of my business but eyebrows were raised from then on.
The lift could do with a can or two of WD40 as the noises it made were enough to think final destination of some sort.
The bedrooms.. we booked a superior twin room containing 2 double beds. Granted, it was 2 conjoining rooms with a bathroom in each so we had more than enough space. The carpets are quite light in colour so as soon as we opened the main door we were greeted with huge black stains in multiple places across the carpet in both rooms. Multiple plug sockets looked like they had been on fire previously due to the big black staines around them. The bathrooms were covered in mould on the ceiling and around the shower cubicles. The water took around 10-15 minutes to fully heat up. The property is advertising rooms as soundproofing, I can assure you they are definitely not. You hear every movement from all over the hotel. The fire alarm was set off at 3am and sounded for around 10 minutes with no members of staff in sight to reassure anyone.
Please be vigilant if you stay here, especially with young kids.
