Price too high for stay, Hallway smelled. Outside, near rear entrance looked like homeless people sitting in chairs smoking and a barking annoying dog, part of the building looked vacant, in the back around their conditioners the wood rotting and falling out. Curtains in a room near where we were parked disarrayed mold in bathroom in caulking, around tub and sink and ceiling. The desk clerk was not as personal as expected while doing job. The swimming pooI was not functional and the outside siding mid matched. I would not recommend this Econo Lodge for any person to stay in until it is inspected and approved for staying in.

This hotel was dirty, old and beat up. There was a musty smell.

We never even made it to our room. After using the ladies room in the lobby and seeing how absolutely deplorable and how filthy dirty it was, I went back to the front desk and handed back the key card to the woman at the desk. The mirror was so thick with soap scum that I was unable to see my reflection. There was no hand soap or paper towels and there was one almost empty roll of toilet paper sitting on top of the dispenser. The door on the stall was a thin piece of plywood with a broken lock. If the restroom was that disgusting, I don’t even want to think about how horrified I would have been with the condition and cleanliness, or lack there of, the room would have been. The front desk staff were so unprofessional, rude, and no one even wore a shirt with the hotel logo or even a name name tag. I could have handed my room key to a stranger off the street. I hope that Hotels.com will consider keeping this horror show off their platform. I have never had a more traumatic and horrible experience at a hotel than this one!! It was absolutely disgusting!

Very little money and maintenance invested in the property. Outside was overgrown, pool empty, cold shower and no restaurant/bar as advertised on website.

Hotel was a bit run down. The room was ok. Bed was very comfortable

The hotel itself is very run down and junky looking. The room was nice, just a place to sleep. For the money we paid, not very impressed.

On their Website says they have a pool, room service and a bar resteraunt. They had non of this. There was hair on the wall of the shower. Bathmat was dirty. Stains on blankets. Hair dryer was broken and the fridge didnt start working till the 2nd nite. Chair was stained. Not worth $355.00 for 2 nites at all.

Entire building smelled awful, kinda moldy. We had ants in our room, paint was peeling and the shower was weak.

I think even 2 stars is ambitious for this hotel. Make sure you look at the guest photos, not the photos provided by the hotel. They are not even close to the actual conditions. The pool hasn’t had water or even been cleaned out in years. Our room smelled like cheap cologne. The floors were dirty, you had to wipe the dirt off your feet before you get into bed. We had 4 rooms in our group and no two were the same. We didn’t have a fridge but the others did. We had a broken gfci outlet in the bathroom. I’m pretty sure the owners live there as their kids were playing laser tag in the halls on the first floor and I saw who I assume was either the owner or maintenance man shaving in the bathroom. There was hair in the sink and a bug in the toilet when we got there. Our friends entered their room and someone else’s stuff was in it. There is no sprinkler system for fires. Our bathroom door had to be slammed into to shut it. The TV did not have a working channels. So if you can find another option such as a park bench or maybe under a bridge I would consider it. But we were there for a concert with no other options and had enough alcohol to make it so we didn’t care. And if you want to have food delivered there good luck, no one would for us.

Young girl checked us into n room hallway smelled really bad balcony was not even boards sticking up room itself wasn’t bad outside of hotel in disrepair and shows pool but actual pool boarded up and in disrepair luckily we didn’t want to use it nobody to check us out

Broken toilet, loud neighbors, good coffee.

There was a bad musty odor throughout the building and wasn’t very clean. Mold around the tub. One curtain was broken and we couldn’t access the balcony of our room as it looked as if it was rotting off the building. The woman who checked us in was very nice.

LONG REVIEW BUT IMPORTANT***When I originally arrived with my son, we checked in and there was great hospitality! However, when we checked into room 107 we checked through out the room and what we found was: broken TV, and over head light was out completely. I was about to change when my son happened to be checking out the door and noticed the peep hole was backwards!!!! Its a good thing I didn't change my clothes!! Also, my son looked in the fridge and there was breastmilk in it!! Clearly the room was not properly cleaned. After all of those things were found, we brought it to their attention-- especially the peep hole-- and they brushed it off!! They just moved us to a different room. The next morning when my son went to take a shower in our new room there was no water pressure and when we brought that to their attention, the lady at the front desk went around the corner and told someone, then came back and told us we were complaining. Then said "let's go check the room". We followed her to the room and when we got there, there was a man with tools exiting the bathroom out of the back door of the room. The lady then tried to gaslight us into thinking the shower worked the whole time!! Even when we had video of it not working earlier!! She then told me that I was doing nothing but complaining about both rooms and that after today my son and I were not welcome back to the establishment any longer.

Comfy bed in 141

Bathroom light had only one bulb, Hallway had a funky smell. Room was fine. Upon checkout staff was scarce, hallway was in need of a good vacuum. Continental breakfast was not staffed, drinks in pitchers were not labeled, waffle mix was sloppy and unappealing.

This place was NOTHING like what the pictures or website advertised. The pool had been drained and looked like it had been empty for quite a while, the rooms had hardwood floors instead of carpet, spring mattresses, no elevators, and the checkin area was dark and dingy. The door to the room wouldn’t fully close unless you slammed it therefore would beep at you until you did which was annoying. Did not feel like we were at a hotel. Not very welcoming at all. You could feel the springs when you went to just sit on the bed, let alone sleep on them. I would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.

I was happy that they let me checkn in early since i was in town for a funeral but i otherwise found the staff very rude and unaccomodating.

This facility is very run down and needs an overhaul

This place is very dirty and outdated. The shower had used soap and hair in it, and the whole place smelled like stale Mexican food or moldy carpets.

Had a great stay. Great view of the lake. The people that run the place were very helpful and some great people.

Me and my family went over there this weekend we rent this hotel because of the pool and we call them before we do the reservation and asked them about the pool and when we get there from Boston to New Hampshire they said that the pool were close and that happen 10 years ago and they haven’t changed the website. They charged us $458 for 2 nights just for me my partner and my 3 little kids.

It’s in a good location, but it’s old. Not enough plugs, they only give you one key, and only two bath towels for 4 people.

I think the owner his wife and his daughter doing an exceptional job. They put a very nice complementary breakfast out and they’re very very accommodating and very friendly. I appreciate all the little extras that they do to make it a better stay.

The floors had not been mopped prior to checking in, the bathtub would not drain while showering, and there was no pool as advertised. Continental breakfast was not bad, but the juice machine didnt work. Only coffee.

Bike week good for that

We had a good stay, the shower head was horrible and could use replacing. Other than that we had the stay we expected. Minus the waffle maker shown in the breakfast picture.
2.9
Bathroom was still slightly dirty. There was a hairball floating around. Otherwise the stay was just fine. Was a nice quiet hotel, beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were clean.
2.9
Its great location

Advertise with a pool but has not one running.

No pool, no view, owners kids all over parking lot, no lake access? Over priced!
