Retro hotel with all the essentials. Normal sized room for Japan. Easy to access the subway with friendly staff.
3.5
Very convenient location and room was clean with all required amenities with good local eating places and JR transport system.

It good. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Try this place if you have to take the train for commute. But the bathroom is kinda stink a little.
3.5
Reasonable quality for the price especially taking into account the private bathroom, fridge and inductive heater. Very very close to the metro station. Two convinience stores in the closest neighborhood. Just one hour ride to the Centrair airport - have to change in Kanayama.
3.5
Friendly early check in. was able to check in at 1PM.

As others said, all facilities were old, but functioning enough. I thought it was OK.

I arrived quite late and only booked a room for one night. The hotel and rooms seem to be a bit old and old-fashioned, but it has everything you need for a stay. It's a so-called business hotel, so the room and bathroom are rather small like in most business hotels in Japan. The hotel staff were also so kind to take care of my luggage after checking out.

This hotel is at the subway exit, it is convenient to sakae, yabo cho, nagoya station, and airport(transfer from kanayama) . But there is no special restaurants and shopping centre around the hotel. Hotel facilities are old, room door is locked by key. When going out, it must keep in counter.

Very friendly and polite staff. We speak Japanese but they could speak English. Very good location. Only drawback was cramped bathroom.

Literally outside one of the exits to a train station and as we discovered when we were there, only a twenty minute walk to the nearest pokemon centre! Great for the day trip there, bad for my wallet when we started buying everything pokemon. It's about a 5/10 minute walk from a load of great food places, easy to get to and from on the trains and the staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Only downside was that the aircon and hot water weren't working between 10am-3pm each day. Other than that it was a great stay.

Don't like it even though the service is not bad, no air conditioning and hot water between 10am and 3 pm, and no electric heater provided. All the facilities are old.

Satisfactory service compared to price. Room small but large enough. Bath room with small bathtub.

As expected; no breakfast provided; no electronic toilet; slightly old; bed and Yukata are good

This place is tiny, even by Japanese standards. For whatever reason they turn off the air conditioner everyday from 10 AM-3 PM. In the middle of summer they turn off the A/C. The bed is not near the air vent so the room is hot all day. The restroom is so small I had to step in sideways. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Old and not as clean as expected
Near subway ok

Even tough we requested non-smoking rooms we were put into smoking area with consequent odours.
The room size was OK but the bathroom was very small.
It was hard to communicate with some staff (and I think that not just because of their poor English).
The hotel is 10m avay from a subway station which is a big plus (especially on a rainy day) but not within walking distance from major tourist attractions.

The best part is it's right in front of one of the subway exit. Pretty decent service and condition, for such a cheap price. The staff are helpful despite their limited English (there are some who can speak understandable English though, and this is coming from me, a non-native English speaker). I just wish that the wifi can be accessible from each individual room rather than having to hang around the lobby to be connected. The neighbourhood is very nice: convenience stores all around and I felt pretty much safe walking alone in the area at night.

Staffs are very nice. Hotel is located next to subway station entrance.
There are several convenient stores nearby.
When we got into our room, it's very small (no complaint, we got what we paid for).
Cleanliness is good.

Affordable and clean room. Everyday, we get new bed sheets and pillow cases. This is the first time that we encountered. Highly recommended.

Advertised as Coffee and Tea Making Facilities. BUT only tiny electric ring, with stainless steel mug on it supplied. No coffee/tea/sugar/milk at all. Air-conditioning only at certain hours of the day. Hotel located very near to KANAYAMA Station, within walking distance (nearest Station from Centrair Airport), but not close to shopping area.

I only stayed one night. Hotel is a bit run down and old, but nothing to really complain about so much. It was ok for what you pay.

Way too small!! Toilet is also very tiny!!!!
3.5
Great location, clean and open 24 hours. Only complaint was lack of English speaking staff.
3.5
Staff was really nice and spoke English well. Non-smoking requested, but not able to be filled.
3.5
not for western tourists, no english signage, staff no english, though they were pleasant, the air conditioning is automatically turned off at 11:00am and doesn't come back on till 3:00pm. OK if your in town on business, but if your a tourist in the middle of Japan's summer, forget it
