This hotel was wonderful to experience after 20 hours of flying, The pool area situated on the shores of Lake Victoria was beautiful. The food and beverage service outside was prompt and amazingly delicious. The breakfast buffet was over the top amazing. Fresh and so many choices. I always enjoy my Marriott stays but this hotel went over and above to provide personal happy service.

Very good location near Entebbe airport. Rooms were ok, shower was very nice. Bugs/flies got into the room at night and made it very hard to sleep.

We had a very nice stay. The room and everywhere we went in the hotel was very clean. The staff were very kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor dining was so relaxing, and the view of Lake Victoria was just amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Our flight to Entebbe were canceled by the airline so never got to the hotel. We have tried to get a refund of our prepaid reservation but we have received no feedback so far on our request. We will continue to rate this property negatively until we get a response. Please contact me immediately.

Very nice staff, great service. Beautiful views from the lobby and restaurant. What a nice place to stay. Good security. Reasonable rates. Great airport pickup. Nothing to complain about when you compare to other places in Entebbe or Kampala. Very Euro bed (hard).

Room was clean and up-to-date but the property was outdated with dirty carpet in some of the common areas. Good view of Lake Victoria from both rooms and property. Workout area was very new and a nice addition. Pool and spa on site were a nice option to have.

I was staying an extra night in Entebbe alone after a group trip all over Africa. I wanted a place I knew was safe and close to airport with a shuttle to get me there. I had almost a full day to relax so I was also looking for a place with a view and quiet. This was perfect. The staff is amazing... front desk, room service, dining room, fitness center, massage therapist, store clerk and shuttle driver! All of them... all wonderful. Bed was comfy, water was hot, room was perfect temperature, breakfast was wonderful, massage was relaxing...it was all great!!

The whole experience Right from checkin was so poor. Staff have no customer. Went to the restuarant for dinner and sat for over 30mins without being attended to. Staff are simply not trained. Quite a poor experience for a Marriott!

Great hotel near the airport, comfortable rooms. Don't miss their curries in the restaurant. Take a dip in the pool while enjoying a view of Lake Victoria and the colorful lizards around the property. Very friendly customer service.

A terrific place to stay but I found the room prices were too expensive. They also allow the public to use there facilities for a fee and that made it a very disruptive experience mainly on weekends at the pool. For that I would not stay there over another weekend.

I stayed here for 3 nights (2 nights in one room and a week later 1 night in a different room). Request a room facing lake Victoria. That room was modern and had a great view. Parking lot view room was dated and no view Hotel is just a few minutes from the airport. Service is friendly and professional. The hotel accommodated my request for rush laundry. Likely the best hotel in Entebbe. Visit the chimp sanctuary on Lake Victoria.

We checked in the night before my flight back to london, it’s location in relation to entebbe airport is perfect. The staff are nice and very accommodating, they made me and my partner feel very welcome. We loved the pool food and decor can’t recommend this hotel enough I will be back soon.

I read that Uganda has very few trained hospitality workers & this is reflected here . Staff were beautiful but very green especially in the food area . The hotel needs a decent food & beverage manager and especially a good chef.Menus just didn't work with most dishes accompanied by really strange sauces. We stayed here each way from the Gorilla safari lodge who had a great chef producing incredible food under pretty basic conditions. Marriott must do better. Having said this I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't the best near the airport & Ok for one night stays to and from the Gorilla lodges. Nice pool.
