Most relaxing stay. Friendly service. Excellent food, grounds and spa. After an unavoidable small accident at breakfast, staff rushed to assist, note details. Hotel security and the PR manager Jacob took notes and were extremely attentive to feedback even refunding the breakfast charge and giving us a small gift when we checked out. Impressive?

I had a wonderful vacation. The pools and facilities are lovely and the views are beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially "UDI" the manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my request for a wine tasting in English with their sommelier. The breakfast was fabulous and the dinner was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Cramim- my happy place in Jerusalem!

Perfection

Practically perfect. Comfort at every turn, in a serene atmosphere. You might come for the spa, but it's worth a trip just for the food, which is absolutely outstanding.

Beautiful spa, wonderful rooms. While staff was very friendly, there were a number of times where they “handed off” a question or an issue that they could have resolved on their own instead of referring us to another department.
Also there were many different coffee choices in the room but zero tea choices so could not get tea when the restaurant was closed.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

We paid a lot of money to stay in the hotel and the spa was full so we didn’t have the chance to use it. If we should have called first that’s ok but no one let us know.
Furthermore, the air conditioning didn’t work all night and the room was very hot so we couldn’t sleep well. We expected to have a much better experience compering to the amount of money we paid.

The hotel is lovely, with world class spa facilities and two very nice outdoor pools. The rooms are modern. Breakfast was wonderful and lunch high quality. The free wine tasting program was a nice feature. My only complaint is that we requested two beds in our room which consisted of a queen size bed separated into two small twins. Otherwise, we thought our stay was lovely and we would go back.

Great hotel, good food although not diverse enough. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room is very clean, but found a lot of dirty towels in the hangouts near the pool and in the room.

hotel is nicenot nearly as nice as other Isrotel Exclusive like Mizpe Hayamim or Beresheetcrowded and non intimate. food is spectaculartried to change dates of stay; i am frequent Isrotel Exclusive customer and spent hours of phone calls, emails, on hold, and told 'i'll have someone call you' or transferred to more numbers of no answer. customer service of Isrotel just abysmal. and this at 2,000 nis a night.I will never book again via Isrotel website (zero response) and will seek alternatives to teh Isrotel line whenever possible because of the non-existent customer service

We spent a few nights at the Cramim hôtel, I overall would give a 3/5. The location and the view is beautiful. The pool and facilities are very nice and relaxing. The food is very tasty and fresh. However, the service and cleanliness are not to the level of a 5 star hotel in my opinion. The hotel was at its full capacity and it felt really crowded all the time and everywhere. Our room was very quickly organized (not cleaned) every morning. Dust and crumbs on the floor from when we arrived were still there at day 3. I had to request the staff for vacuum. After room cleaning, our room sometimes smelled like body odor. Found a hair in my fish dish at the restaurant. And additional hair in my room - including in an empty coffee cup prior to making a coffee in my room. The last hour before our check-out the staff heavily pressured us to leave the room. They came to our room 4 times in the last hour asking us to leave. We were not late, left our room at the time we were supposed to. I definitely feel the value for money is not there.

This is supposed to be one of Isrotel's premier hotels. To my mind it does not compare to Yaarot haCarmel.First off, no one answered the phone when we tried to call the hotel to confirm our reservation and to get information. The room was upscale, big tub, outdoor sitting area, decent bed, great pillows. They charge for movies; there is a big selection. Nice minibar. Nice bar with live music at night.Shabbat Key and Kettle/Urn available.Nice big indoor and outdoor pools; two jaccuzzis. 20 spa rooms. Sauna, Turkish Hammam. We didn't try the spa, so I cannot comment on it.About two thirds of the staff were great; the other third were cold or unfriendly as opposed to Yaarot haCarmel where *EVERYONE* makes you feel like a king and queen. The biggest problem was the food. You pay a lot for the food component and expect it to be spectacular. While the desserts were indeed over-the-top, the cheese selection was poor compared to other hotels and the meat dinners literally made us sick. The food was left on hotplates and overheated to the point of overcooked. There were no "Glatt" kosher meats available the weekend we went, a great disappointment and disservice. The synagogue is outside the hotel and not in an Eruv! How dumb can you be??
