It's a lovely Bed & Breakfast, cozy and clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of fresh fruits, juice, scones, eggs, and lots of other things. We would definitely come back.

This beautiful property, hosted by Des and Susan offers so much to its visitors: wide hallways, wheelchair accessible room, family rooms, a lounge, workout space and infared sauna. Great breakfast bar with fresh seasonal fruits, yogurt, cereals, fresh baked scones and made to order breakfast. Beds comfortable, great shower, on one level with easy access. Lovely warm hosts. Special thanks for the new read, it was a fine book. Many thanks.

The B &B was easy to get to. Susan was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and especially coffee, was very good. Parking was excellent. Grounds were very nice. The room was very cold even after I asked for the heat to be turned up. It was nice to have the towel warmers turned on at least. The pillows and mattress were very firm. I realize you can’t please everyone regarding this. Some like it soft, some like it firm. All and all it was a nice stay in Waterford and Samuel’s Heritage Bed and Breakfast.

Charming little place. Well, big for a B&B. The breakfast was amazing. Service was impeccable, and the place was spotless. I was highly impressed yo find a fitness suite in a bed & breakfast The hosts were most welcoming - they didn't want us to leave ! The only minor gripe was a green LED light on the ceiling of our room, very tiny but bright enough to affect sleep. Don't let that put you off staying here though. If we had stayed another night I would just have taped something over it to block it out.

The owners of Samuels Heritage were very nice and very helpful from the time you check in until you leave. The room was spacious and very comfortable and spotless. There is a lovely guests lounge where you can make tea, toast and heat up food on the microwave. A large fridge to keep your food in. For sports fans the tv in the lounge has full Sky package . We stayed two nights and would have no hesitation in recommending Samuels Heritage. The breakfast was excellent and the home made scones were very nice.

Best home made breakfast ever, not just in Ireland which we had total of 6, but all over the world. Susan’s home making was so good that we were disappointed at all other Irish breakfasts we had in following 5 days. Daz, the husband , was very helpful in helping me to buy necessary personal belongs in nearby Testco, due to loss of my luggage by Aer Lingus. It was indeed felt at home during the stay.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay for our first night in Ireland after arriving on the ferry from Fishguard. Des and Susan were very friendly and welcoming on a dark rainy night. After a good night's sleep in a comfortable bed we were provided with a delicious breakfast along with much helpful tourist information. We would definitely stay again!

Susan and Des were excellent hosts and cooks! The room was great and they even had a small gym and lounge plus it’s out in the country and quiet but close to the Viking Triangle. Lovely views from their B and B.

Samuel's Heritage is a jewel, Susan is a star. The breakfast was excellent, the view from the site magnificent, the property beautiful, beds comfortable, and sat nav took us right there - we arrived late, and our host was very understanding. Handy for Waterford, but still nice and rural: we could easily have relaxed there for a few days had we known how lovely this place is.

Great view from B&B. Variety breakfast to choose from. Supermarket 5-7min. drive. Has sauna & small gym. Rooms clean. Con: No tea/coffee etc in room BUT all is available in the large comfortable loungeroom
