The great value of this property is its location near the beach and being able to use their sister The Pacific Resort. Its an easy walk with a lovely pool, lots of towels and seating. Their meals are also good and the staff welcoming. The Paradise Inn could do with a regrout of the shower area. However the bed was fantastic with white sheets and towels for the bathroom. Simple things like removing the fold up bed from the landing on the third floor would also help. Another plus was that the stair area is air conditioned. We were on th third floor but it was not a problem Karon Cafe (their 3rd sister hotel) has good food and a free salad bar. One problem.Our front room on level 3 had a smell from the toilet (not uncommon in SE Asia). Once in the room for more than a couple of minutes, you didnt notice it. I would stay there again.

Best bang for buck on Karon beach. Location is very close to the beach, all kinds of small shops and restaurants are all around. You can leave your laundry to the hotel and they will clean it for a fee. Every staff member was super friendly, especially Chai who arranged us a scooter in 10 minutes. Room had balcony and a big fridge, good wifi and comfy bed. The reception is at Karon Cafe Inn which is few meters on the same road so if you come with a taxi or navigate by yourself, put Karon Cafe Inn as destination. I could not recommend this place enough, absolute gem of Karon beach.

This hotel is an excellent value. Everything about is wonderfully utilitarian, functional and provides for a very comfortable stay. It is not fancy but it lacks for nothing.

Any review about travel accommodations in Thailand must be considered through the lens of the economic devastation that covid has left behind. This hotel has many nice features that one can easily overlook—the arrangement of the lighting, the balcony, the bedding is excellent. If I had to offer one criticism it would be that there is not really hot water (tepidly warm only) but that is not such a big deal in Thailand. The staff, really just one woman and her husband, are very accommodating and doing their best. The location of the hotel is very convenient and the price is right!

The hotel was nice! The amenities are basic, but the room was bigger than average with a kitchenette and sitting bench. The staff were friendly and helped arrange a taxi to the airport for us. Its close to the beach and lots of food.

Can’t fault this hotel one bit. The room is luxurious and it’s even got a balcony so I can sit outdoors. in the middle of Karon Beach so everywhere is a short walk😎👍

Really nice hotel right in the middle of the island, a few mins walk to the beaches or walking St. The young lady on reception was brilliant and couldn't do enough to help, she was lovely. Unless you are staying at a premium resort on the beachfront there is no reason not to stay here!!

Everything was great for me,,,the room is veryclean everyday,,,it feels good energy in the room, i have room 4th floor with balcony with beautiful view on mountain and you can see Big buddha on the mountai, quiet aea, 2 mins walk from the beach, 30 second walk from main restaurant area, but away enough to be quiet. You get 10% off at sister restaurant Karon cafe, 100 meter away and good discount on buffet breakfast which is very good. So my stay here was excellent. The beach is great, feels good energy there too. Month of may,,,not too crowded, just ok.

No Elevator so be prepared for some climbing when you have a room on 3 or 4 Floor.No real Lobby and only Telefonwise reception but Big rooms with all the comfy and very ,very nice Pricesetting.Better for younger ppl or very fit older ppl.already stayed twice this year and looking already for a stay next year

For the price I could not fault it. Comfy bed, good aircon and clean. Only advice would be to request a room on low floor. I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. But for the price not really an issue.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Paradise Inn. The staff were extremely friendly and the housekeeping was excellent. My room was spacious and more than I expected for the affordable price that I paid.The location was 100% suited to my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my room had a full sized fridge rather than a bar fridge and also having a lounge and kitchen table and chairs were a unexpected and pleasant bonus.The only suggestion that I can offer is that the rooms could do with a kettle along with complimentary tea and coffee.Overall an excellent experience, The Paradise Inn will be my accommodation of choice when I next travel to Phuket.

Most of the time nobody was available at the reception. Room and furniture looked quite old. Initial cleaning was also not satisfactory. Needed to kill 2 cockroaches at my arrival. Furthermore, the bathroom installations were quite noisy- we woke up several times as you could heavily hear anybody who flushes a toilette or uses a shower. moved after 2 nights to another hotel.

The employees are great and so was the service. Visual cleanliness was good. But there were so many cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. I know its the tropics but I draw the line with a lot.

it's an annex building from 300m away Karon Cafe Inn so expect reception to be quite far. Clean and comfortable room. No issues except one of their staff is too officious at times.

This is not the place to stay if you go to bed before 2am. There is a restaurant directly across from them that has a live band every night the plays from 9 pm-2 am. The bed was comfortable but I still would not stay again. I prefer to go to bed before 2 am.
